Although it is centrally located, getting in and out of the property is difficult due to traffic and other roadway restrictions. The staff didn't provide any input about the property's amenities or the surrounding area. The pool and fitness areas looked modern, but I didn't use them. There were hot items for breakfast, but none of it was something you would normally eat for breakfast. The room was nice and spacious but smelled like cleaner when I walked in. The windows don't open to air it out. The bed was comfortable. The hot water fluctuated a lot during the shower. I will probably find another place to stay next time I'm in the area.

Business stay

First of all. Staff is very unfriendly! But most of all, I realize that I did not pay for the insurance because this was a trip that we have been looking forward to for months. However, just as we were getting ready to check in we received a family emergency phone call and had to leave immediately. So I paid $343 for a room that never even got checked into. That is just robbery to me. It was a Saturday so I know that they were able to re rent that room. And for me to not get any money back because I had a good heart and left for my family member is just absolutely ridiculous to me!

Very clean room and friendly staff. Nice and quiet for sleeping. Breakfast was good.

I would have given it excellent rating but the bed was not comfortable at all. Lumpy ugh. Otherwise room was clean and breakfast was great and loved the shuttle to casino.
