Halcyon ~ Fordyb dig i himlen og havet

Absolute perfection at Halcyon House, Coles Bay! We had the most incredible stay at Halcyon House. The property manager was outstanding from start to finish — excellent communication, super responsive, and genuinely warm and helpful. It made everything effortless. The house itself is stunning. It sits right on the ocean, so you wake up and fall asleep to the sound of the waves. It’s incredibly peaceful and private — the perfect escape. The kitchen is large and very well equipped, and the layout is spacious with three big bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king bed and a spectacular ensuite with a breathtaking view over the beach. The second bedroom with the queen bed also looks straight out to the water. Access to the beach is really easy, and we loved spending time on the big deck soaking in the views. The sunsets from the house are simply unforgettable — every evening felt magical watching the sky change over the water. I can’t recommend Halcyon House highly enough. Beautiful home, amazing views, total tranquility, and a fantastic property manager. We would come back in a heartbeat.

The view was just amazing and we enjoyed watching the sunset in the evening. When the wind picked up the noise was somewhat unsettling but not a big problem at all. The new washing machine came to be installed just in time to do laundry too :)
