We had the king with neat shaped couch room. Was spacious and clean. Very quiet and comphy. Pool was actually warm and breakfast choices were good.

I stayed for 3 nights and 2.5 of those days the elevator was inoperable and I had a senior citizen and a small child with me, so it really put strain on me having to use the stairs for the duration of my stay.

Only reason booked this was for the POOL Get there & wasn't informed up front before checking in, that the POOL was CLOSED. VERY UNHAPPY GRANDKIDSMOM & GRANDMA. Need Refunded for not having Pool. Plus 4 guests & Only 3 sets of towels in room. Had to ask for more.????

The air conditioner was exceedingly loud. Wifi was non-functioning. Paint was splattered in the bathroom. There were limited usb ports for charging in the room. The pool was too cold to be enjoyable. The breakfast made my wife and i sick due to out of date or improperly stored items. Somehow there was no cell signal inside the building. The staff was wonderful.

This was a "we need an accessible space for one night while we arrange a space at home after a hospital stay" turned "get out the house" night that I accidentally mis-scheduled a month out rather than the night of. I was very pleasantly surprised to see that the property has aged well since I first viewed it while researching hotels for out of town guests in 2018. Well Done! The only reason the rating is not a full joy smiley face is that the evening desk attendant seemed not to want to be working-you know, civil, but none too friendly. She was, however, competent. Other staff later made up for the initial lack of sunshine... The hotel is adjacent to not less than 10 eateries, several service stations, urgent care, Interstate 85, and only about 10-15 minutes south of Hartsfield. The grounds, common areas, and interior corridors were clean, well-lit, and well kept. The room was clean and comfortable. We slept really well on the comfy bed and body-conforming pillows. The mobility accessible room was spacious and well-laid out. The restroom\'s low profile tub and extra floor space were needed accommodations. We didn\'t use the pool, but the area was clean and well-lit. We did use the gym and the equipment was in good working order and well maintained. Breakfast was appropriate to our no-pork diet. The grits, which are easy to mess up, were "bodified" and properly seasoned. Thank y\'all for a restful evening!

On Thursday morning power went out

By far the worst Fairfield I have stayed at and will never return. Carpet looks dirty, room dated, bed awful. Did I mention that they only clean your room every 3 days!!! Never again! No one communicated the cleaning policy at check in.

The room was spotlessly clean and the staff was very kind and professional but the AC was super noisy, and there was no soap in the container in the shower. At about 6 AM it sounded like the staff or someone was moving furniture, maybe setting up for a meeting or something. Not my best stay.

We checked in at 1am after a long day of flying and our room wasn’t clean. We had to switch rooms. It was a mistake that should have been caught before it happened.

It was a nice stay. My room was clean and very comfortable. The personnel at the counter when I arrived was very nice and anyone interacted with just moving throughout the building. I will definitely stay here again.

Customer service was great, and the breakfast was also wonderful. Scrambled eggs, frittatas, oatmeal with many toppings, waffles, juice, yogurt. The hotel smelled very clean. No smoking anywhere in the hotel, which helped the odor. The AC unit was somewhat loud, but they switched us to a new unit. The AC was a little quieter there. The beds were very firm, too much for my liking, but others may like it.

The stay was ok but my hotel stay was 5 nights and my room was only cleaned once. That makes me not choose this hotel again for my next stay.

We had no internet or tv. We had to get a 4th towel, plus there was no soap in the provided bottle in the shower.

When we got to the room it was really hot. Thought someone just left the heat on. Opened the window and turned on the AC. By the time we went to sleep it was still hot in the room. The AC came off and on and never cooled down the room. The only thing that did work was opening up the window for the cool air outside.

Everyone we came in contact with at the hotel was very friendly and went of and beyond to help us. They went the extra mile!

We arrived at 11:45pm so we couldnt see the surrounding property very well as it sits close to what looks like apartments or condominiums and we got lost trying to find the front of the building. To be fair we was using Google and I don't think she has the directions correct yet. The breakfast was the bestest we had our entire trip! We stayed at a second Marriott when we got to Flordia and they never changed what they served each morning....same thing everyday, except for eggs.We enjoyed our stay in Fairfield Georgia and I wish i would have taken a photo of that beautiful room we stayed in.

Very friendly front desk staff, clean room and pretty quiet. Only issue was with breakfast. Not many options and the person working that area didn’t care to keep it stocked. Throw out that chicken sausage, it’s inedible and nobody, I mean nobody, ate it.

I enjoy my stay here, everything was nice and ckean, the shower was to die for, loved it also the breakfast was great 👍
