Great staff and easy check in. On site parking and lovely hotel amenities were very much appreciated.

Dans l'ensemble est bon, le restaurant aussi,la salle de sport est petite mais fait l'affaire la piscine est très sympa.

La strutture dell'hotel è molto bella, un po' datata la scelta della moquette nelle camere, ma in generale camere ben fornite, confortevoli e silenziose. Il personale alla reception non sempre all'altezza di una tale struttura, spesso di nessun aiuto e per nulla al servizio del cliente. La connessione wifi scadente e il problema non è stato nemmeno trattato dal personale nonostate le ripetuto richieste. Ottimo il servizio relativo alle sale meeting.

Overall, we were satisfied with our stay at this hotel. However, we noticed some shortcomings: 1. Upon arrival, we were accommodated in a room that was completely cold. The hotel service left the window in the room open, so the air conditioning did not work, and since it was mid-November, the room was 17 degrees and we had to turn the heating on full for about an hour. to make it more comfortable. You don't want to arrive at the room like that. 2. The second remark is related to the temperature: the temperature throughout the hotel was lower than what would mean a comfortable stay. Energy savings at the expense of comfort. 3. We had a family apartment. The shower is a problem in the bathroom: when used, the water from the shower literally spills all over the relatively large bathroom. We had to use 2/3 of the towels to solve the "flood". 4. We also visited the SPA, i.e. the pool and sauna. The water in the pool could be warmer, but that's not a problem. It was unpleasant that we received only 1 towel per person from the staff, but no sauna towels. So you had to choose whether to use a towel in the sauna, but not have a towel for the final shower when leaving the SPA, or not to take a towel to the sauna, but that is not hygienic. However, the hotel also has great positives: 1. Cozy rooms and hotel interior. 2. Beautiful restaurant and excellent breakfast. 3. Friendly staff. 4. Very good location in the city center. We give 4 stars out of 5.

Ett stort konferenshotell. Vi var där en söndag då det kändes väldigt tomt och ödsligt. Atora rum. Fantastisk 20-m pool och suverän frukost. Vi åt också en helt ok middag där. Bra parkeringsmöjligheter.

Meget stort hotel, velegnet til messer og lignende, men ikke velegnet til “hygge ture” med kæresten.

Dwoje kelnerow zachowywalo sie tak jakby robili laske ze pracuja. 45 min czekalismy na przyjecie zamowienia. Nie podano talezykow do pieczywa. Po prostu nie polecam

Meget flot hotel som gerne vil fremstå som et luksushotel, hvilket det udadtil også er. Dog er der små detaljer som, når de går i stykker, ikke bliver repareret: håndvask stoppet, knage på badeværelset i stykker, toiletbørste i stykker, brusehylde i stykker. Det er så ærgerligt. Ellers utrolig flot morgenmad.

On our second night the neigboring room woke us up at 1:30 a.m. i had to call the front desk three times before it finally stopped. That was over the span of an hour. The staff was very confusing about parking. I will say the rooms are excellent and everything was very clean.

The room and staff were excellent. I only have given 3 stars for what’s around the area as I didn’t have enough time to look. When I did I couldn’t find what I was looking for.

Zarezerwowałem dwa pokoje z balkonami , które były obudowane blacha do wysokości 2m jakbym przebywał w komórce. ( zero widoku ) Prośba o zmianę pokoju nawet z dopłatą nie została spełniona. Obsługa niemiła i nie profesjonalna

The hotel is located in a not so much nice area, lots of delapidated buildings around. Hotels.com stated that the check-in time is 2 p.m., however the receptionist told us that check-in time is 3 p.m. so our room was not ready at 2 p.m. although they did their best to have it ready earlier than 3 p.m. The bedding was very good, lots of options at breakfast. However, the hotel did not have any character, simple decoration. An ok stay overall.

All good except pillow - like a rock

This was truly premium. Large family room. Large bathroom. Automatic curtains. Great breakfast.
