Appart hôtel pas très loin de la gare. Chambre vaste et confortable. Salle de bain impeccable. L'hôtel dispose d'un sauna, parfait pour se détendre le soir. Petit déjeuner en buffet, assez complet

The room was in decent condition, but the walls were a little scuffed and it just felt a little dated. Bedding was okay, not the most comfortable, but I would say matched the price we paid. It was convenient having laundry machines available, as well as the small kitchen in the room. The area itself was a little rough around the edges, but was easy to get around and into the city. The thing that really stops this from being higher than average was that there was a really bad smell coming from the shower drain and if we left the washroom door open, the whole room would smell. We asked the staff if there was something they could do, and they came up to put something down the drain, but it only helped for a few hours. We ended up using a plastic bag and an extra towel to block the drain whenever we weren't using it, and that helped a bit.

L'hôtel propose de grands appartements avec chambre séparée, une salle de sport et un sauna, c'est très appréciable. L'hôtel est situé non loin à pieds de la gare et de la place de la Victoire. Il est parfait pour découvrir Bordeaux. Le personnel est très accueillant et disponible.

So, I booked this place because we were staying for a few days in Bordeaux and when we do longer stays we prefer to make our own breafast and have some room to move. So this place did fit the bill but there was issues right away. Like the elevator that brought you up from the parking garage did not work, so hauling all of our luggage was difficult. Then the key card also did not work, so we went via the auto route out of the garage with all of our luggage in tow and couldn't get the door to work ! Eventually another car came in and activated the door so we could get out. I told the reception about our issue and they said someone was coming to fix the elevator. Fadt forward 4 days and the elevator was still boken, and the key card to let you into the garage didnt work (again!). The bed was comforable but the bathroom door was broken and the sofa was in need of being replaced. I would have given the place a 3 ☆ rating but all the key card issues and parking elevator firced me to drop it to a 2☆.

All suítes só para quem vai sem carro, o estacionamento muito complicado o acesso, deveria ter um funcionário para nos guiar. Deveria orientar deixar as malas e após guardar o carro. Ficamos feito barata tonta e depois q 2 pessoas perceberam que estávamos perdidos nos ajudaram indicando o caminho.

Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig. Ein kurzer Fußweg u. man ist sofort an der Bushaltestelle. Tickets kann man ganz einfach am Automaten an jeder Station kaufen. Ganz simpel und einfach. Das Auto kann man im Nebengebäude in der Tiefgarage parken. Sehr groß. Die Zimmer sind super eingerichtet. Und war auch alles sauber. Was auch sehr angenehm ist, dass es erst nach 6 Tagen der Zimmerservice kommt. Herrlich. Man wird nicht gestört.

Cet appart hôtel est bien situé et agréable. Bon accueil à la réception et la literie est confortable. Les studios confort sont relativement spacieux et bien conçus. La salle de sport au rez de chaussée est bien équipée (tapis de course, velo, rameur…) et d’un sauna avec douche. Je recommande cet Appart hôtel à Bordeaux, c’est un bon rapport qualité prix.

Centrally located, 10-15 min walk from the main shopping street and 10 min walk from the station Has a gym and a nice sauna The towels had brown and gray spots (we had. 6 in total during our 4 day stay), the floor was dirty upon arrival, the water pressure is low and it takes time for the flush to refill and for the shower to work We had no water pressure the first day and we realized that flushing affects the shower pressure. Before we realized that the receptionist sent us a guy for help who stepped in with his shoes in the wet bathroom and in the shower, leaving dirty stains, that wasn’t very professional or hygenic The staff was nice and helpful, always available They also offered us cannrlés which was sweet of them

Beds were really comfortable but the room was never cleaned despite putting the sign on the door. I also asked for my toilet to be looked at because the flush was very weak but that also never happened. Quiet location but easy walk to the train station.

Extremely disappointed by the cleanliness of this hotel. This resulted in an immediate checkout and a refund request. The bathroom toilet had human excrement all over it (inside and out), there was a filthy toilet bowl brush next to the toilet, and questionable substances smeared on the floor. The bathroom sink was also dirty. The one plus side-- the front desk was apologetic and responsive in checking me out and stating that a refund would be granted. Buyer beware.

Chambre qui m'a semblée plus petite que ce qui était visible sur les photos de l'annonce pour ce "forfait"... De plus, une mauvaise odeur remonte des canalisations et nous frappe à chaque fois qu'on entre dans la chambre, un rideau était à moitié décroché ce qui laissait apparaître la lumière du jour au réveil, et les joints de la cabine de douche mériteraient d'être refaits car légèrement moisis par endroits. Toutefois, rien à redire sur la literie très confortable, ainsi que la propreté de la chambre et de la salle d'eau, ce qui est le plus important finalement pour passer une bonne nuit ! Nous n'avons pas utilisé la kitchenette mais cet espace ainsi que le frigo étaient également impeccables !

Good stay - nothing fancy but got the job done for a weekend in Bordeaux when you want to stay close to the train station (we had a connection on Sunday). Beds are really good and rooms very quiet so you can rest well. Walking distance to center.

L’hôtel est à 10 min de la gare à pied. La chambre était située pile en face d’une salle de concert. Il y a donc eu beaucoup de bruit jusque passé 1h du matin. La chambre est un peu vieillissante mais correcte.

The room is small, but it has a kitchen, which was very convenient. However, it was a bit disappointing that there was no sponge for washing the dishes. The hotel is within walking distance from Bordeaux train station, which made it very convenient for an early departure. There’s a bakery nearby that opens at 7 AM, and I was able to walk there in the morning to buy fresh bread. Overall, I felt that the area was relatively safe.

Hôtel bien situé avec un parking privé payant ... mais l'annexe est bien moins confortable que le bâtiment principal : chambre petite et surchauffée (comment règle t-on le chauffage ?). Le ménage n'a pas été bien fait : il restait de la nourriture dans le micro ondes et un savon usagé dans la douche.

Room was good comfy bed decent shower , staff good , surrounding streets a bit skechy at night, never felt unsafe though , best to catch a tram into town from train station, found quite a few ticket machines not working properly, liked bordeaux worth a visit, would use hotel again , would recommend.

Clean studio room with kitchen, stove, microwave and fridge, very convenient location, walking distance to train station, fresh produce market, restaurant, grocery store, tram and buses. Staff were very nice to find a room and let us checked in early. But the room AC was broken, then next day we were switched to another room with working AC. Overall very good experience staying at this hotel.

The staff were great - spoke English as well as French. The room was as advertised. Did not buy breakfast. Great location. Close to all transportation, the river, many monuments at the gate st Jean. The hotel lent out umbrellas which was great. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room needed to be maintained, mold in the cupboard, wobbly toilet seat, smelly bathroom. One light wasn't working but it was fixed the day later. Close to the train station and bus stop. A/C worked very well. Overall a good stay for that price, really just need to be more looked after.

Beds were really comfortable but the room was never cleaned despite putting the sign on the door. I also asked for my toilet to be looked at because the flush was very weak but that also never happened. Quiet location but easy walk to the train station.

Extremely disappointed by the cleanliness of this hotel. This resulted in an immediate checkout and a refund request. The bathroom toilet had human excrement all over it (inside and out), there was a filthy toilet bowl brush next to the toilet, and questionable substances smeared on the floor. The bathroom sink was also dirty. The one plus side-- the front desk was apologetic and responsive in checking me out and stating that a refund would be granted. Buyer beware.

Clean studio room with kitchen, stove, microwave and fridge, very convenient location, walking distance to train station, fresh produce market, restaurant, grocery store, tram and buses. Staff were very nice to find a room and let us checked in early. But the room AC was broken, then next day we were switched to another room with working AC. Overall very good experience staying at this hotel.

Centrally located, 10-15 min walk from the main shopping street and 10 min walk from the station Has a gym and a nice sauna The towels had brown and gray spots (we had. 6 in total during our 4 day stay), the floor was dirty upon arrival, the water pressure is low and it takes time for the flush to refill and for the shower to work We had no water pressure the first day and we realized that flushing affects the shower pressure. J'ai passé 3 nuits dans cet hôtel. Localisation assez proche du tram ce qui est bien pratique. La chambre en elle-même correspondait à la description par contre niveau équipement / service je n'ai pas eu le kit vaisselle pour faire la vaisselle malgré ma demande à l'accueil, le ménage n'a pas été fait malgré le panneau mis un matin sur la porte et les toilettes avaient des difficultés à évacuer avec une lunette un peu branlante. Il ne manque pas grand chose pour que celui-ci soit vraiment très bien mais c'est vrai que pour l'instant c'est un peu dommage.

The staff were great - spoke English as well as French. The room was as advertised. Did not buy breakfast. Great location. Close to all transportation, the river, many monuments at the gate st Jean. The hotel lent out umbrellas which was great. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig. Ein kurzer Fußweg u. man ist sofort an der Bushaltestelle. Tickets kann man ganz einfach am Automaten an jeder Station kaufen. Ganz simpel und einfach. Das Auto kann man im Nebengebäude in der Tiefgarage parken. Sehr groß. Die Zimmer sind super eingerichtet. Und war auch alles sauber. Was auch sehr angenehm ist, dass es erst nach 6 Tagen der Zimmerservice kommt. Herrlich. Man wird nicht gestört.

The location is very convenient as it is a 5 min walk away from the main train station. The hotel itself is in good conditions, the staff is helpful and they offer a decent buffet breakfast. However it could improve in cleanliness. And as it's located next to a concert hall, there was a lot of noise on the street during cerain nights (the hotel was accomodating and agreed to switch us to a higher floor with less noise impact). Overall good value for money.

The room is small, but it has a kitchen, which was very convenient. However, it was a bit disappointing that there was no sponge for washing the dishes. The hotel is within walking distance from Bordeaux train station, which made it very convenient for an early departure. There’s a bakery nearby that opens at 7 AM, and I was able to walk there in the morning to buy fresh bread. Overall, I felt that the area was relatively safe.

Room was good comfy bed decent shower , staff good , surrounding streets a bit skechy at night, never felt unsafe though , best to catch a tram into town from train station, found quite a few ticket machines not working properly, liked bordeaux worth a visit, would use hotel again , would recommend.

Good location for our purposes. We were only allowed two coffee pods for our three night stay. We thought we would get at least one coffee for each of us for the price of the room. Just this one amenity would have resulted in an excellent stay

Friendly welcome from the guy on reception and little canelle to eat. Cold water fountain in reception area too - it was Canicule wether so much appreciated. I liked the provision of a glass bottle in the room to fill as needed rather than a plastic bottle of water. Good aircon in the bedroom, nice kitchenette with hob, fridge, microwave, toaster etc. As said it was very hot and we requested a top sheet (drap) instead of using the duvet, no problems. Breakfast was plentiful with eggs, bacon, cold meats, cheese and little croissants etc. (although i'm not a fan of these and prefer a pur beurre, full-size one. We love visiting Bordeaux and can travel there by train. We will definitely stay at this hotel again. Thinking of the lovely staff at this very worrying time (the fires heading their way) keep safe all of you.
