Balcony Retreat Apartment by Ready Set Host

Cozy and comfy for 2 adults and 2 kids, close to public transport

This property is very good. we are very happy with them, especially with the office director, Mr. Michael who was is extremely polite, helpful, and courteous. The first night that we landed on the beautiful soil of Aust realia and we were not able to find the Lock-box, This wonderful manager was over the phone with us and guided us how to get that issue solved. He is a very nice gentleman. That is why we are in process of extending our stay with them for another whole year. The only thing I would change is to add some lights inside the apartment and outside which is really pitch dark at night. :) Ms. Marie is great too. We do recommend this apartment complex to friends and family.
