To begin, the property was below street level and down 15 metal stairs. We were unaware of this. The shower is absolutely dangerous. Slippery and no grab bar. 10 day rental with no linen or bath towel service. The bar for hanging clothes in master bedroom was literally 8 feet height. Impossible to hang clothes. I saw two mice during our stay. There is a possibility of fleas as my wife has numerous bug bites. The living room: no end tables at all, no lamps and only harsh overhead lighting, rug was absolutely filthy, and seats in chairs were totally sprung. PS: the master bedroom rug was very dirty.

We loved the proximity to Underground and walkability to fun restaurants and shops. The flat was very comfortable and had a lovely kitchen. Staff attentive. We would definitely stay again.

Very well located in Notting Hill, very close to underground, buses, restaurants along with easy walking to Kensington Park. Comfortable flat after long days of site seeing. Would definitely recommend
