Helpful Staff...... We had lots of snow fall on us while there but they kept the parking lot clear and salted to ensure safety. The only negative was some guest would sit in their vehicles and smoke pot. When they came in, the stink remained in the hallways and elavators for hours. It is a vile smell and I wish something could be done about it.

The actual room was very nice for the price. Parking lot in need of repairs as well as elevator. Outdated policy requiring a signature about wearing masks at all times? Not enforced, but had to sign.

Lots of cigarette butts on the ground and in the bricks if the building at the side door. Front entrance glass was very dirty. Check-in staff was pleasant but check-n qas a bit slow. Diffucult to sleep because if the VERY noisy refrigerator in our room. Also we were directly across from the guest laundry and we could clearly hear people doing their laundry during the night (1am and later).

The staff and accommodations were above expectations and was very clean. The full kitchen in the unit had everything from pots and pans to silverware. (Bring a coffee pot though… the lobby had coffee but would have been more convenient in the room.) Very good experience. We’ll be staying there again! Quiet, close to everything, laundry services and kitchen made it so convenient!!

The rooms are clean, they have a stove full size fridge and dishwasher. I had to stay the night, and there was hot fresh coffee in lobby. I will definitely stay again.

It was the first time for us to stay in a hotel that has a kitchen. Definitely different experience. The room had a weird smell, probably came from cooking. The towels were worn thin. The hotel did not have restaurant. We walked in the cold morning for about 15 minutes, hoping to find a place for breakfast, but there was nothing near the property.

The hotel was nice and quiet. The employees were all very nice an accommodating. Upon check in the manager went above and beyond to assist me in an issue I was having and that was very appreciated! - The ONLY issue that I found with this hotel was kitchenette area. Normally you find the clean dishes, pots/pans and silverware in the cupboards in drawers. However at this hotel everything was located in the dishwasher and I was unsure if they were clean or dirty. The refrigerator was also dirty and looked as though the last guest spilled something inside and it was never cleaned up. Which is simply a housekeeping issue and an employee's poor job performance. -- Other then that this hotel was great and would definitely recommend.

Place was not very clean. No silverware in the room except for one knife. Ask for a coffee pot, never got it. Toilet paper holder was empty when we arrived in the room, who does that. Glue or something all over the carpet. Area around trash can disgusting. Had not been vacuumed in who knows how long. Bathroom floor around baseboard was filthy.

I must say. I wasn’t a fan. I started out with some confusion at check-in. It took a while. Got to the room and it smelled like stale cigarette smoke. The sheets and pillowcases had a yellow tent to them. That night, there was a drunk passed out in the lobby with a bottle of whiskey in front of him. Instead of running him off, they just let him sleep it off. Wasn’t a good vibe. Coffee in the morning was kind of a joke too. Powdered creamer and a tiny coffee cup. Remember you get what you pay for. Will not go back.

Switched rooms 3x because the first one had hair EVERYWHERE like all over the tub and then IN the sheets and pillows like they just folded it nicely, then the second room had yellow and brown stains all over the white comforter, NASTY I wanted half off for the night so I’d leave the next day they offered me another room that sufficed but same price. Staff was nice about it but supposedly they said they’d give me a full refund but I have yet to see any of that I’ve contacted Expedia too bruh

We had only one night-stay but I think O should reflect my feedback since this is an overstay suite. Old hotel was tried to renovated with nice furniture and kitchen top and cabinets , great! But when I enter the mold smell reminded me my village (which is not a bad memory but you expect a fresh air right? ) then clogged bathroom sink was very inconvenient. Dishwasher was at the clean mode but the staff did not even check inside when cleaning rhe room and out away the dishes inside there was also an uncleaned messy pot stinking badly. I couldn’t use any of the clean utensils or plates. There was no coffee pot! Unbelievable…morning no breakfast other than a coffee thermos and mandarins. I thought it was saying the breakfast included. One night only thankfully I had no other choice because this hotel was the only available but it shouldn’t be that bad conditions because humans living in it for extended stays! Please!

Front desk was very helpful and polite during check in. Our room cards stopped working the second day front desk took care of it right away with no issues. Very clean hotel with spacious rooms. Close to many food establishments. Would stay again!

I very much enjoyed my one night stay at this hotel. Front desk staff and the manager were exceptionally attentive and helpful. Room and common areas were neat and clean. I will make this my first choice when returning to the area.

The office/front desk staff at the hotel were great. All were friendly and accommodating. We were traveling on motorcycles and were in an accident during our stay. We had no transporation and had to be picked up. The hotel extended our checkout with no problem so that we could stay in the room waiting for transportation. After checkout they also held our equipment and luggage so we could get our bikes. The room was also exactly as pictured. Highly recommend the property.
The office/front desk staff at the hotel were great. All were friendly and accommodating. We were traveling on motorcycles and were in an accident during our stay. We had no transporation and had to be picked up. The hotel extended our checkout with no problem so that we could stay in the room waiting for transportation. After checkout they also held our equipment and luggage so we could get our bikes. The room was also exactly as pictured. Highly recommend the property.

Seemed short staffed. Had to wait to get checked in and had to go pick up extra towels myself. Staff that were there were very nice though. The small child jumping in the room above us at 7:00am on a Sunday was very unpleasant. When will someone build sound proofed hotel rooms?

It was the first time for us to stay in a hotel that has a kitchen. Definitely different experience. The room had a weird smell, probably came from cooking. The towels were worn thin. The hotel did not have restaurant. We walked in the cold morning for about 15 minutes, hoping to find a place for breakfast, but there was nothing near the property.

Front desk was very helpful and polite during check in. Our room cards stopped working the second day front desk took care of it right away with no issues. Very clean hotel with spacious rooms. Close to many food establishments. Would stay again!

Nice quiet hotel. Full kitchen in each room. Most guest are workmen on temp assignment. This group needs their rest, therefore hotel noise is kept at a minimum. My favorite in the Monaca area.

We had a great experience. The staff was professional and the room was very clean. The only complaint is we wished there were more than fork and spoon and the skillet was little but we survived without it. Would definitely recommend it and stay there again.

The staff and accommodations were above expectations and was very clean. The full kitchen in the unit had everything from pots and pans to silverware. (Bring a coffee pot though… the lobby had coffee but would have been more convenient in the room.) Very good experience. We’ll be staying there again! Quiet, close to everything, laundry services and kitchen made it so convenient!!

The rooms are clean, they have a stove full size fridge and dishwasher. I had to stay the night, and there was hot fresh coffee in lobby. I will definitely stay again.

We had only one night-stay but I think O should reflect my feedback since this is an overstay suite. Old hotel was tried to renovated with nice furniture and kitchen top and cabinets , great! But when I enter the mold smell reminded me my village (which is not a bad memory but you expect a fresh air right? ) then clogged bathroom sink was very inconvenient. Dishwasher was at the clean mode but the staff did not even check inside when cleaning rhe room and out away the dishes inside there was also an uncleaned messy pot stinking badly. I couldn’t use any of the clean utensils or plates. There was no coffee pot! Unbelievable…morning no breakfast other than a coffee thermos and mandarins. I thought it was saying the breakfast included. One night only thankfully I had no other choice because this hotel was the only available but it shouldn’t be that bad conditions because humans living in it for extended stays! Please!

We've stayed here many times and have noticed the hotel is starting to show wear and tear from the transient workers. Having grown up in the area, we refuse to pay a lot of money to stay in Monaca/Center Township, PA. We pulled in and two huge men (workers) were hanging out in the main entrance. Then, only one of our two keys worked despite three tips back and forth to try and fix it (battery needed changed). Then, there was only one tiny soap for two adults, staying two nights. Also, there were only two charging ports in the room which eventually died, too. I asked for a second alarm clock with charging ports but it didn't work (perhaps it needed set up?). Again, this is a bare bones, no extras hotel. I was highly disappointed because previously we've had no major issues like this time. This hotel is basically just a roof over your head and bed to sleep in. Speaking of beds, don't make a mess because they never made our beds, either.

Great place to stay! The room was large and extremely clean. The location so close to the highway made getting to work easy. The full size fridge was a bonus. The staff was helpful and very friendly. Hats off to Kevin for how quickly he solved my broken desk chair problem. I will absolutely recommend Suburban Studios!
