Owl Booking Villa Padrina - Walking to the Old Town

Wir waren ganz angetan von dem mallorquinischen Haus über 3 Etagen mit Dachterrasse und herrlichen Blick von dort über Pollença und auf die Berge. Das Haus liegt mitten in der Altstadt. Jetzt im Oktober war es abends nicht laut, obwohl unsere Schlafzimmer zu einem Platz mit Restaurants ausgerichtet waren. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, insbesondere die Küchenausstattung ist beachtlich. Von der Bushaltestelle in Pollença (7 Minuten Fussweg) kommt man sehr gut und günstig nach Palma, Port de Pollença, Alcudia, Formentor, Lluc. Mit dem Auto muss man auf einem größeren Parkplatz am Ortsrand parken (ca. 8 Min Fußweg). Das Haus ist für Familien oder mit Freunden geeignet. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern vielleicht aufgrund vieler relativ steiler Treppen nicht so empfehlenswert. Pollença hat uns als Stadt sehr gefallen. Würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut, die Aufteilung der Räume ist gut, die Terrasse und der Blick über die Stadt und die Gegend ist hervorragend. Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet, insgesamt ist es authentisch und historisch. Wer allerdings keine Lust auf quietschende Betten hat, sollte es nicht buchen.

Amazing location, lovely owner, quirky townhouse with lots of room. Beds were firm and comfy - slept well. So nice to stay on Calvaria square. The second floor outside has a noisy pump or something - the 4th bedroom was adjacent to this. We didn't need to use it, but it would probably have been annoying with that noise.

Charming and extremely well located. Hosts were excellent. Fixtures / filttings could do with some updating

La casa di Pollenca è in una posizione perfetta, al centro della piazzetta con ristoranti e bar di ogni tipo. Anche essendo un una zona centrale non si sente il trambusto né di giorno né di notte. Il proprietario è una persona molto genitile e carina e sia lui che l'agenzia sono stati molto disponibili. La casa si sviluppa su tre piani con 4 stanze e un terrazzo molto bello. L'unica nota un po' negativa è che in alcune cose avrebbe bisogno di qualche aggiustatina come i materassi del letto... Nel complesso è stata comunque una bella esperienza e un bel soggiorno, molto comodo per chi vuole essere in un piccolo centro e raggiungere le spiagge di Maiorca
