Super disappointed with the cleanliness of the room, being that there were eight spitballs on the ceiling of our room and a weird white stain on the lounge chair. The two staff members we encountered during our short stay were friendly and informative. But the spitballs hanging above our heads as we slept (we checked in late in the afternoon and did not notice until midnight) were dreadful and stained our stay at this Holiday Inn location.

I was charged a security deposit for my stay and I was told by the front desk lady that I should receive my security deposit back within 3-5 days. Its been a week now and I still have not received my security deposit. I called the hotel and spoke with two different reps, the first rep stated that my security deposit had been refunded and the second time I called, the rep stated that my security deposit was refunded the same day of my check out. Yet, I keep being told it was refunded but my bank shows no signs of refund, or pending. I then called the call center and I was told that a ticket has been created. I plan on waiting until the end of this week, if I do not get back my security deposit by then, I plan on filing a dispute with my bank. I don't understand what is going on, when I went to another vacationearlier this year, my security deposit was issued and I received it the same day! This Hotel is a nightmare, when it comes to receiving your security deposit. I wouldn't book here again because of the hassle I am going through just to get my money back.

I got an email saying they will hold $100 got there they want $150 told the guy and he said they changed it so I said why didn’t they send an email again saying that he said they which was a lie I hate hidden fees
