I was charged a security deposit for my stay and I was told by the front desk lady that I should receive my security deposit back within 3-5 days. Its been a week now and I still have not received my security deposit. I called the hotel and spoke with two different reps, the first rep stated that my security deposit had been refunded and the second time I called, the rep stated that my security deposit was refunded the same day of my check out. Yet, I keep being told it was refunded but my bank shows no signs of refund, or pending. I then called the call center and I was told that a ticket has been created. I plan on waiting until the end of this week, if I do not get back my security deposit by then, I plan on filing a dispute with my bank. I don't understand what is going on, when I went to another vacationearlier this year, my security deposit was issued and I received it the same day! This Hotel is a nightmare, when it comes to receiving your security deposit. I wouldn't book here again because of the hassle I am going through just to get my money back.

I got an email saying they will hold $100 got there they want $150 told the guy and he said they changed it so I said why didn’t they send an email again saying that he said they which was a lie I hate hidden fees
