We had a one night stop here and found this place a great choice. Very clean and like and modern. Good sized room and clean modern bathroom. Easy parking too. Good breakfast with fresh omelette to order and good choice in a hot and cold buffet. Would highly recommend it to you.

This hotel is quite disappointing. The towels are yellowing and frayed, the shower water was cold, the bedsheets had stains on them and the breakfast was limited and poor. On the plus side it was cheap and closer to Sepilok Orangutan Sanctuary than staying in Sandakan itself.

The only good thing about this hotel is the ample free parking. Unfortunately, the stay itself was disappointing. The room was not clean—found a long hair on the table and food crumbs on the bedside table. The bath towels were old and worn out, and they were the only towels provided. No box tissues were available, and the closet was dirty with only three hangers. The shower was broken, making it inconvenient to use. If you don’t have a car, I wouldn’t recommend staying here due to the location. Overall, not a comfortable or pleasant experience.

This hotel is like the England performance at euro 2024, promised a lot, performed poorly and ultimately failed to deliver. The towels are yellowing and frayed, the shower water was cold, the bedsheets had stains on them and the breakfast was limited and poor. Fairly standard ‘business travel’ style hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. Hotel restaurant was closed for everything except breakfast, with no car this involved walking out of the hotel along the grass verge alongside a busy road and open sewer to nearest shops/restaurants.
