Get to the breakfast at 6am, it’s supposed to go to 9 but the employee started to clean up and turn off the heat at 8

I will admit the hotel itself was nice, but I forgot my earings on the nightstand the night we stayed. I called the evening after checking out when I finally realized I didn't grab then. The gentleman at the desk said he would talk to the house keeping crew and call me back. I never received a call back. So when I was in Lubbock again 5 days later I decided to go in person. I informed the girl at the front desk why I was there. She processeded to look around and then after not finding them called another employee. He told her he looked and didn't see them. When I called it was after the check in time so the room would have already been cleaned.

Clean room, convenient. Walk ti places to eat.

Good parking. Clean. Professional staff.
