Large, enjoyable pool and spa areas with good saunas; however, they can get crowded and loungers in the adult area are limited. On-site parking is available but considered expensive; the bar and lounge are frequently praised.

General areas and rooms are often clean, but housekeeping is scheduled every two days and several guests reported missed cleanings or overlooked spots, especially in bathrooms and on glass. Overall standards feel inconsistent.

Rooms are modern but compact and basic, with notable omissions such as air conditioning, fridge or minibar, kettle, and often a safe or balcony; some guests found them noisy or too warm without AC. The frosted-glass bathroom offers limited privacy, and a few were disappointed by the assigned view.

Staff are consistently friendly and helpful across reception, restaurant, bar and spa; check-in/out and issue resolution receive good feedback. Operationally, peak-time crowding and occasional communication gaps (for example, about restaurant changes) detract from the experience.

Excellent waterfront setting directly by the Trave and beach, close to the promenade, bars and restaurants, with great ship views. Some stays noted external noise during events or when windows were open.

Breakfast is widely praised for variety and taste. By contrast, the evening buffet is often viewed as expensive or less appealing, and several reviews mention overcrowded seating or disruption during a restaurant renovation; bar options are better received.
