Chueca Boutique - Madflats Collection

Nous avons passé quatre bonnes journées avec ma femme à Madrid. L'appartement est très bien placé. La décoration est moderne et on s'y sent bien. Par contre quel dommage, un si bel appartement et une si mauvaise literie. Mal de dos garantie pour ceux qui n'aiment pas les matelas très mous. La robinetterie est bas de gamme et les fenêtres en PVC n'isolent pas du bruit. Beaucoup de fêtards dehors très tard dans la nuit et au petit matin les poubelles et différents services. Difficile d'avoir un sommeil parfait. Cette appartement avec un vrai lit et des fenêtres isolantes au bruit serait parfait. Ce serait bien également de fournir une cafetière car la Nespresso sans capsule ni magasin ce n'est pas terrible.

The apartment was well furnished and we loved the e-key system as well as the communication with the management team. We didn't need to use transit often, though it is nearby, because it was an easy walk to most places we wanted to go. It is close to Gran Via and on a pedestrian street, but most nights it was very loud with drunken passers by into the early hours of the morning which was a downside. Also, the water in the shower was never really hot and didn't last long, but the washer and dryer were very handy for our extended vacation allowing us to pack light. Overall, noise aside, we were satisfied with this property.

The flat was great - modern and comfortable. We used the dishwasher and clothes washer/dryer. The bathroom is large with a large shower. The location is ideal, in a nice shopping area with restaurants and a grocery around the corner. It was easy to get in the building and in the flat. The host was responsive. Full size fridge; we cooked on the stovetop. Stocked with all the necessary amenities. I would highly recommend this rental.

This property small but great for 2-4 people touring daily, was well above my expectations. It was a lovely mix of experiencing old Madrid living in a shopping heaven. I strongly recommend for a couples get away or a girlfriend trip.
