La Quinta by Wyndham Chicago O'Hare Airport

Rent, snyggt, hyfsat nytt och tyst trots lågt flygande plan.

We had issues with the air conditioning unit and fan. It only worked off and on snd at one point it was 85 degrees in our room. The phone wouldn't work in our room to call the front desk for assistance. When I called from my cell phone, they put me on hold for 20+ minutes. Then when we did get t hem on the phone, they did we could come grab a fan to cool the room off, rather than bringing it up to us. It took a few hours yo cool off the room.

No AC….waited 1.5 hours after calling the office 2 times. Said maintenance was coming never showed. Finally went down and requested another room. 2nd room was the size of a closet. Phone did not work and request to repair was never answered.

The air conditioning didn’t work, something about work being done on the roof. Also, the door closer was too tight, it was very hard to open. Parking is $20/night extra.

Rooms were very clean and in good condition. But there were chips and chips bags outside my room all the time. Breakfast was really mediocre
