The Residences at The Peninsula

Beautiful property. Comfy beds, tastefully furnished apartments. Easy check in with excellent instructions on how to access the property. Lovely staff at check in. Highly recommended.

Clean & comfortable - plenty of room - convenient

Room was good and parking was good. Didn’t have enough sugar by a long way and the coffee is that inedible cheap sachets of international roast. The BIG problem was the gate to initially get into the complex. Lines of cars, gate code not working. People out of their cars trying to stand there and put it in. Ours didn’t work either. 6 times my wife and I both tried putting it in. The help phone didn’t work either. Constantly engaged. The QR code option we tried multiple times too until it eventually worked. What a joke of a way to start your trip. Do better people. Get it fixed or explain what to press after typing in the code.

The room was very clean and the welcoming was lovely. There was a bit to take in on check-in as its a locked community. We didn't get where to leave the key but text them and they found them. I think it needs some written instructions.
