Only complaint we had 3 bedroom apartment 2 couples one set of keys. Tricky getting in with security gates and worst parking as only 1 car per unit. Parking on street was impossible

This property is not ideal as a holiday stay. It has no recreational facilities and is in a high-end gated community and so is incongruous with its surroundings. The advertising made the client think that it was a canal front property but a row of double story buildings blocked the view of the canal. The reception desk is not manned, and the key had to be picked up from a resort a considerable distance from the accommodation. The apartment is minimal in furnishing, although it does provide every basic. It is a place that a client would not enjoy repeat bookings, nor would a client recommend it as a stay for potential holiday makers. It is best suited to permanent residency. Nevertheless it was an interesting experience to have a three day break there. Walks are confined to being on the roadways predominately as there are very few footpaths. Non-road areas are shared with electric buggies which can be hazardous.

A lovely spacious and well equipped apartment. Beds were comfortable. After hours check in was a bit confusing, particularly that the dongle was the same as a swipe card - not very clear in the documents. Pool was really nice but it wasn’t clear in the pre- booking information that it was offsite- had to drive to pool to access. Area was quiet and there were some shops and restaurants nearby. Communication was excellent via phone- staff answered questions and helped us solve problems in a really friendly manner. Overall a pleasant place to stay.

Property is located within a gated community. The parking is quiet tight and garage is small. The 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for our one night stay. Some wear and tear but that is expected. There was food left from previous guest in freezer.

Lovely apartment, very clean and well-appointed. Would recommend to anyone visiting the theme parks as it was close to those, and not far from major shopping centres. No pool though.

Did not like the fact that it was not clean .. cleaner had to bought in to clean under couch cushions, toilets and around the base of the toilet also around tiles surrounding the kitchen waste bin was not clean. Overall cleanliness standards need to be lifted.

Ensuite shower didn’t work properly Bathroom shower didn’t drain so flooded bathroom and entry from main living Black out blinds, didn’t black out light so bright throughout the night Master bed uncomfortable. Second bedroom bed worse “Cleanish” although cleaners were still cleaning when we entered after check in. Earbud in the wardrobe wasn’t something I needed left behind. Phone, which was part of the gate entry didn’t work A shame as have stayed here before, in another apartment, with no problems hence returning

Great destination but property very dirty. Ants lots of areas not clean bedding stained floors filthy and the list goes on and on could do with a professional spring clean. Building itself lovely .

The Peninsula is okay. It has potential to be even better though. My apartment was new but lacking in warmth and convenience. No pictures on the walls and very basic kitchen amenities. It felt very utilitarian and cold, like nobody cared it you stayed there or not. It’s in a gated community that requires a car. Nothing in walking distance.

Good location and layout. Small items in the apartment need to be fixed / replaced ( knobs on fan switches missing, toilet roll holders in upstairs bathrooms, cushion on outside hanging chair ). Could not access the WiFi. TV was not a smart TV, and could not watch most of the digital channels. Toilet in ensuite bathroom wouldn’t flush most of the time. Fridge didn’t get very cold. Overall cleanliness was OK, but could do with a decent bond clean to bring it back up to scratch.

Pleasant apartment, easy walk to shopping centre and restaurants. Very clean. TV streaming services seemed to have less than average wifi connection with quite a bit of buffering. One other thing that could be an issue was that we were only given one key/fob.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. Apartment itself was pretty good but it backed on to the main road and it is very noisy at night time with all the traffic. I could not believe the windows and doors were not double glazed which would block a lot more noise out. It is a fantastic location and the gated community was really nice. Short walk to the Coles and the local tavern. Such a shame some thought wasn’t put into minimising the road noise.

Apartment was clean and tidy. But the House phone (Intercom) never worked. I had to drive to the gate to open it for my visitors. Maintenance or management wasn't aware of this. Uber eats guy had to call security to open the gate. Maintenance Guy came to fix the Intercom issue but couldn't. *****Five Stars for his visit within few minutes! Apartment was next to the main road and was noisy (no double-glazed windows), broke my sleep around 5.30am every morning. I don't recommend apartment 5228 Harbourview Drive.

Was very confusing on check in where to go. I drive around for a very long time using google maps to get in only to realise I needed to go to another location to pick up keys and directions. Whilst this instruction seemed clear it was not! I think my feedback would be to explicitly state or highlight the fact to go to the other address first and pick up keys. I was fatigued at the time and found it difficult to understand Then once in the gated area it was so tricky to find the actual apartment building as there were no numbers on the street. Otherwise was a good stay. Was a bit dirty as in worn but had everything I needed for a comfortable and safe place to stay.

This is a beautiful location and nice, new, clean property. No complaints there, however, there were issues checking in. To spare any of you the nightmare, please listen up. You should be provided with checkin information before arrival as the email states, so the host will contact you before arriving to arrange that. You need to be provided with a 4 digit code to get into the gate. If you did not receive that for whatever reason, you will need to head down to the property Azzura (2 Activa Way). They look after the property you’ll be staying in, so they will get you in. My check in experience was hectic. There is a young woman with short dyed blond hair and nose piercings of Asian decent who was not helpful, but was rude. She was unwilling to help even though she had the ability to do so. She gave me incorrect information and had me leave the premises as she was not interested in helping any further. After some asking around, we were directed to return. Fortunately, on my second visit, there was a very helpful lady who was able to get us into our accommodation.

Apartment is nice and tidy, well equipped. Neighbourhood is very safe, within a gated community. Walking distance to a shopping area, very handy Expedia committed a QR code to enter for check-in, which made that process very frustrating. Afterwards was great, was given a remote to get through gates.

The place was nice and quiet. It is apartment so put Hotel is tricky a little because there is no room service as hotel and you need to manage your own things. Check in was difficult with no internet as the instructions was sent after arriving the distance and likely no internet.

It felt very utilitarian and cold, like nobody cared it you stayed there or not. It’s in a gated community that requires a car. Nothing in walking distance.
The Peninsula is okay. It has potential to be even better though. My apartment was new but lacking in warmth and convenience. No pictures on the walls and very basic kitchen amenities. Fantastic townhouse. Location is a bit remote, so it is essential to have a car. Would stay longer if we had time. Only a few hundred meters to Coles, butcher, bakery and cafe.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. Apartment itself was pretty good but it backed on to the main road and it is very noisy at night time with all the traffic. I could not believe the windows and doors were not double glazed which would block a lot more noise out. It is a fantastic location and the gated community was really nice. Short walk to the Coles and the local tavern. Such a shame some thought wasn’t put into minimising the road noise.

Location was excellent , close to shops and restaurants and view from the balcony was great.Main bedroom was supposed to have a queen sized bed but it was only a normal double.Hose from the shower head leaked badly.Connectind door to second bedroom had run off it's rollers.Would still do a return stay

Check in process was convoluted. Reception didn't answer the phone when I called multiple times. Cheap beds that weren't great to sleep in, including one bed that the springs in the base all broken and saggy. Nice clean and new apartment, close to coles and some restaurants, but overall just an average experience/stay.

Well priced, tidy apartment. one of the beds was broken however we actually received a 3 bedroom apartment rather than 2 bedder which we booked and paid for. So im guessing the free upgrade was due to the broken bed. no complaints.
