An Service und Personal ist als solches nicht auszusetzen. Im Zimmer lagen leider Haar auf dem Kopfkissen, die Wände hatten Einschlagspuren bzw. Löcher und an Vorhang als auch Wand waren eindeutige Flecken zu erkennen. Ich bin seit Jahren immer mal wieder gerne im Leonardo Hotel, das war bisher die nicht so glücklich Erfahrung, was Zustand und Sauberkeit anbelangt. Die Sauna war leider nicht intakt, dies wurde uns bei der Ankunft auch nicht mitgeteilt, sondern erst als wir dann nachgefragt habe. Schade. Was ich toll fand, Willkommensgetränk und Möglichkeit für einen Kaffee.

Très bel hôtel , literie très confortable , chambres un peu petites ( il faudrait enlever une table et un fauteuil ) , parking en sous sol . Par contre , pas de restaurants aux alentours ,situé au niveau d embranchements routiers , travaux importants à proximité , environnement désagréable .A proximité à pied du centre ville piétonnier et de la Gare .

Schönes Hotel, modern aber trotzdem gemütlich. Die Zimmer waren schön, groß und komfortabel. Das Personal an der Rezeption, der Bar und beim Frühstück waren sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist gut, auf der Rückseite vom Bahnhof, nicht sehr weit von der Innenstadt. Kann man gut zu Fuß machen. Die öffentlichen Parkplätze sind allerdings sehr schlecht und sehr wenig, das Parkhaus vom Hotel ist vorhanden, aber sehr teuer. Frühstück war sehr gut. Große Auswahl an Herzhaftem, Süßem, Ei, Obst - alles war da und gut.

Tiefgarage teuer und viel zu klein. Parktaschen winzig. Wartezeiten an den Aufzügen und Rezeption ewig lange. Personal genervt. Frühstück unverschämt teuer und nicht sehr sauber dort !

Abbiamo scelto questo albergo perché c’era nella descrizione dei servizi la sauna, ma arrivati alla struttura ci hanno detto senza spiegazioni ne almeno nessun tipo di gentilezza che non era disponibile. Non capisco perché viene offerto un servizio che non avete a disposizione, questo lo chiamo essere disonesti poi si può sempre accontentare il cliente in un’altra maniera, siete un albergo 4 stelle e mi aspetto di essere trattato come tale. Mi dispiace perché soggiorno spesso per lavoro e mi ero sempre trovato bene.

Neu errichtetes Hotel mit guter Ausstattung. Sehr einladender Lobbybereich und schneller Check-In. Saunabereich war auch ganz nett. Die Glasschiebetür zum Bad ist sicherlich verbaut worden um Platz zu sparen, jedoch hört man dadurch leider alles aus dem Bad. Insbesondere die Geräusche aus der Lüftung (auch nachts) waren störend. Die Umgebung ist wenig ansehnlich, eine einzige Baustelle und es ist kaum etwas geboten. Man ist jedoch in gut 10 Minuten zu Fuß in der Innenstadt 👍

Tolle Unterkunft, wie immer eigentlich alles super. Lediglich der Abfluss in der Dusche hat etwas gerochen, das war nicht ganz so toll. Aber ansonsten super zufrieden. Auch das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und alles super frisch.

Der Mitarbeiter beim einchecken war genervt das ich um 21 Uhr erst einchecke ( war telefonisch so ausgemacht ) dann hat er mir die Zimmer Karte auf den Tresen geworfen und hat nur gesagt viel Spaß ohne zu wissen wer ich eig war. Das Zimmer war Zimmer war top nur die Dusche leider voller Schimmel Danke aber nie wieder !

Leider waren die Wurstwaren teilweise nicht mehr frisch. Croissants waren nicht richtig aufgebacken worden. Die Vielfalt war sonst ausreichend und für jeden was dabei. Zimmer sind gut und funktional. Leider waren im Bad Haare vom Vorgänger.

Sauberes, gepflegtes Businesshotel in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs. Umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet mit den gummigsten Semmeln die ich jemals hatte. Die Anfahrt ist gerade von einer Großbaustelle gesäumt, war aber im Hotelzimmer nicht zu spüren

The air conditioning was broken and they knew weeks before we came. They didn’t let us know, they couldn’t fix it and had no solution. They said they would give us a discount when we checked out and didn’t. The pillows were terrible quality.

Gute Lage, aber sehr laut. Klimaanlage war kaputt und bei offenem Fenster kann man bei der Lautstärke nicht schlafen. Das Hotel ist gut eingerichtet, aber scheint Personalmangel zu haben. Es werden junge Mitarbeitende allein gelassen, um Schlange stehende Gäste einzuchecken.

Eigentlich ein sehr schönes, neueres Hotel mit leckerem Frühstück. Aber zum Bad/WC nur eine Schiebetür zu haben, die überhaupt nicht richtig schließt, geht gar nicht. Schade war auch, dass am TV kein deutscher Radiosender auswählbar war.

Hotel sehr schön, nur etwa 10 Minuten bis in die Stadt aber keinerlei Restaurants oder Kneipen in der Nähe. Die Umgebung nicht sehr einladend. Schöne Bar aber leider zu wenig Personal auch beim Frühstück oder an der Rezeption. Überall lange Wartezeit.

Très bel hôtel , literie très confortable , chambres un peu petites ( il faudrait enlever une table et un fauteuil ) , parking en sous sol . Par contre , pas de restaurants aux alentours ,situé au niveau d embranchements routiers , travaux importants à proximité , environnement désagréable .A proximité à pied du centre ville piétonnier et de la Gare .

The room was very clean, updated, and the breakfast was really good. The shower was nice as well. However, there's a tablet in the room where you can opt out of room service but that was ineffective and my room was cleaned even though I opted out. Further, the hair dryer was the worst I've seen and there was only body wash, not a separate shampoo or conditioner (something I was hoping for as I was trying to pack super light). The location was ok and the outside construction can make it a bit difficult to get around except it's really close to the train station. The air-conditioning worked really well and the bed was fairly comfortable. Overall, I recommend, just pack all the equipment and toiletries you need if you have hair you care about.
