A hotel within a historical building, great location, a pool, nice little free breakfast with amazing coffee and a huge basket of tiny bananas among other. Would return. Maybe too many stairs for disabled guests.

I wrote a review and I have good things to say about our stay. I was disappointed that they forgot to return my security deposit, and when I wrote them twice about it, I did not receive a reply:( otherwise only excellent things to say.

well located hotel in a lovely heritage building. the pool is perfect , but there is not enough sun loungers (some are broken) and not enough cushions for the loungers. they provide a simple breakfast which was unexpected, but it didn’t seem to be replenished when stuff was gone - corn flakes, toast , tea and a decent coffee machine ! the room was fine but poorly sound proofed i could hear people upstairs crashing about and generally moving around. it’s a alright place and i would stay again. there are a lot of steps to get up to the house and again inside the house depending where your room is !

The quirky hotel is a tutor mansion about a block from the waterfront. Very convenient location. Lots of food choices around the corner. The pool is an extra plus surrounded by a beautiful garden. Coffee in the morning is good. They should find some alternative to sliced white bread for the continental. Restaurant behind the office is not recommended. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Well recommended..
