A smaller condo complex in comparison to others, which we liked. We met a couple who own and live in a unit. The owners all take great pride in caring for the complex. It was a very nice condo with nice layout and furnishings. The parking garage is under construction and spaces are tight. If necessary, directly across the street is a shared gravel lot that can be used.

Beautiful, well equipped condo. Views were spectacular. Elevators had one side down two times during our stay. Pool was never cleaned and had sand on the bottom the entire stay.

We've been renting condos in the Gulf Shores area at least every other year for the last 15 years and this was by far the best property we've ever rented. It's spacious and well-appointed, on the lower floor of the building with easy access. The beach is such a short walk and the pool / hot tub / gym are just steps away. The furniture and decor are high quality and have an elegant Italian Villa vibe rather than a strictly beach vibe. The kitchen has everything you would need and more. It's obvious the owners spend a good amount of time here and have thought of everything. Tons of games and DVD's to stay entertained and the view is incredible. The patio is small but the furniture is very nice unlike some condos with huge balconies and no furniture. And it's very clean! To be fair, there were a few negatives but nothing to deter from staying here: 1. the parking garage is currently under renovation which will last 1-2 years. This means parking is limited. We were able to secure a second parking pass after receiving an email that said we could only have one, but we did have to pay the building manager $50 for it. Beats parking off-site and finding your way back tho. 2. The parking garage has some very tight spaces. If you're in a large truck or SUV good luck! 3. The jets in the jacuzzi tub in the master didn't work. 4. There is only a sheer curtain on the master bedroom patio door and no curtain at all on the living room patio door. We will certainly be back again!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was beautiful and as described. There were a few noisy railing on the balcony, however, these would be a quick fix if choosen to do so. When windy these things were very loud and interrupted sleep. Unfortunately, the pool and hottub were poorly kept and the hottub actually was closed off for the majority of our stay. With cooler weather, it would have been nice to be able to sit in the hottub a bit. The management was great for the most but when it came to any of our complaints like the rails, pool, hottub...crickets. The condo itself was lovely though.

It’s about a 10 minute walk to the famous Flora-Bama. The property manager was so friendly, always answering questions promptly. The only negative about this unit was the shower in the Master Bath, the shower head really needs to be changed so you can adjust its direction. The shower can’t be turned on without the door being closed, otherwise water spews onto the bathroom floor. You want the water to be warm before getting in. The complex is the perfect size, an easy walk to beach. The parking garage is tight if you have a truck or large SUV but nice that you have covered parking. We will definitely book this unit again!! ☀️

Our trip was for a few days so getting into the condo and enjoying our vacation was important. We got to the condo at 4:02 and the condo was not ready. We waited outside for additional 25 minutes before our condo was cleaned. That evening, when taking a shower there was hair in the drain. Then we got the sofa sleeper ready to sleep in but we didn’t have any sheets for it. It was too late in the evening to call anyone about it. We did call the following day and the property brought over a set very quickly. We ran out of toilet paper the second night of our trip. There was only one roll per bathroom. We just bought extra because it was late at night. The location was excellent. Directly on the beach. Gorgeous view.

Upon arrival there always a strong musty odor throughout the entire condo and mold/water damage on some walls, ceilings. There was also one toilet that was broken and we were not able to use throughout our stay. The jacuzzi tub was nice however the hot water tank wasn’t large enough to fill above the 2nd jet so we were not able to do se the jets. The view was great and this is a 1st floor condo. The location was great and overall we enjoyed our stay. The owners had great communication and were very responsive to our concerns, although all could not be addressed immediately/during our stay.

We've been renting condos in the Gulf Shores area at least every other year for the last 15 years and this was by far the best property we've ever rented. It's spacious and well-appointed, on the lower floor of the building with easy access. The beach is such a short walk and the pool / hot tub / gym are just steps away. The furniture and decor are high quality and have an elegant Italian Villa vibe rather than a strictly beach vibe. The kitchen has everything you would need and more. It's obvious the owners spend a good amount of time here and have thought of everything. Tons of games and DVD's to stay entertained and the view is incredible. The patio is small but the furniture is very nice unlike some condos with huge balconies and no furniture. And it's very clean! To be fair, there were a few negatives but nothing to deter from staying here: 1. the parking garage is currently under renovation which will last 1-2 years. This means parking is limited. We were able to secure a second parking pass after receiving an email that said we could only have one, but we did have to pay the building manager $50 for it. Beats parking off-site and finding your way back tho. 2. The parking garage has some very tight spaces. If you're in a large truck or SUV good luck! 3. The jets in the jacuzzi tub in the master didn't work. 4. There is only a sheer curtain on the master bedroom patio door and no curtain at all on the living room patio door. We will certainly be back again!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was beautiful and as described. There were a few noisy railing on the balcony, however, these would be a quick fix if choosen to do so. When windy these things were very loud and interrupted sleep. Unfortunately, the pool and hottub were poorly kept and the hottub actually was closed off for the majority of our stay. With cooler weather, it would have been nice to be able to sit in the hottub a bit. The management was great for the most but when it came to any of our complaints like the rails, pool, hottub...crickets. The condo itself was lovely though.

We enjoyed staying here, very spacious-could not even hear others in the condo once in my bedroom. All the amenities were great and we had everything we needed. Had an issue with the shower and it was fixed next day--very prompt attention. Great experience will stay here again!

I booked this property for 9 adults due to it’s location. My friends and I were able to walk to the flora bama (0.5 mile) which was great for individuals that come and go as they please. The property management company was very responsive to my request for an extra parking pass, and the on site security were no hassle when other friends met us at the beach. Easy checkin, great location, A+

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very nice and loved the layout. Access to the beach and the beach in general was fantastic. Neighbors and residents were very friendly. Wish we would have known there were no basic condiments like salt and pepper, seasoning or coffee filters. I guess we assumed there would be. Also struggled some before the vacation with no communication as far as getting the final payment made and communication as to condo entry instructions. After we did make the final payment, we were told we would get entry instructions 7 days before our reservation started, but we got nothing and that had me worried. I finally received a communication 3 days before the trip. In the future it would be nice to stick to the original instructions and not ghost a paying customer. But overall it was a very nice place and a great time at the beach.

The only negative about this unit was the shower in the Master Bath, the shower head really needs to be changed so you can adjust its direction. The shower can’t be turned on without the door being closed, otherwise water spews onto the bathroom floor. You want the water to be warm before getting in. The complex is the perfect size, an easy walk to beach. The parking garage is tight if you have a truck or large SUV but nice that you have covered parking. We will definitely book this unit again!! ☀️

The listing is just as described and the property management was very communicative. We have stayed at many different places over the years, and this by far was the best! The beach was not crowded, the condo was quiet and a good mix of owners, and the location was perfect. We had four adults and two children so lots of space for everyone to gather, but also have their own areas to rest.

Our trip was for a few days so getting into the condo and enjoying our vacation was important. We got to the condo at 4:02 and the condo was not ready. We waited outside for additional 25 minutes before our condo was cleaned. That evening, when taking a shower there was hair in the drain. Then we got the sofa sleeper ready to sleep in but we didn’t have any sheets for it. It was too late in the evening to call anyone about it. We did call the following day and the property brought over a set very quickly. We ran out of toilet paper the second night of our trip. There was only one roll per bathroom. We just bought extra because it was late at night. The location was excellent. Directly on the beach. Gorgeous view.

We had four adults and two children so lots of space for everyone to gather, but also have their own areas to rest.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we were extremely satisfied with the condo and everything was just as pictured. It was very clean and spacious for our entire family. If you have a truck, parking is difficult due concrete columns outlining half the spots. The showerhead in master bathroom could be replaced to make it easier but once we realize it didn’t adjust, we accepted and didn’t worry about it. We would definitely stay here again.

The beds(mattress)in both of the larger rooms need to be replaced. I expected a comfortable place to sleep and was disappointed. A few other updates in the bathrooms and this place would be perfect. The parking is also a little troublesome for larger vehicles, but can be managed. Overall, it was a great place to stay and I would recommend to others.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the best time in Orange Beach. Broadmoor 1205 had the best views of both the Beach & Bay Area. It’s beautifully decorated and comfortable. It’s location was close to area attractions and grocery stores. The beach service fromIke’s was awesome. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the famous Flora-Bama. The property manager was so friendly, always answering questions promptly. The only negative about this unit was the shower in the Master Bath, the shower head really needs to be changed so you can adjust its direction. The shower can’t be turned on without the door being closed, otherwise water spews onto the bathroom floor. You want the water to be warm before getting in. The complex is the perfect size, an easy walk to beach. The parking garage is tight if you have a truck or large SUV but nice that you have covered parking. We will definitely book this unit again!! ☀️
