Pros: Spacious rooms Walking distance to bus terminal Shops and laundromat below Good breakfast Cons: WiFi was really bad unless in the hotel reception Room was very mouldy Shower area wasn’t clean Floor of room had marks on it Room spelt very musty (opened all windows and had fan on and opened door and the smell remained for the whole stay) General lobby toilets very unclean

Was a mistake with the room key on check in which was a bit of a faff going back and forwards to sort. The room was not really very clean, the bathroom door was filthy and it was just kinda grimy. We had the deluxe studio with 2 bathrooms, 1 of the showers was broken with water only coming out half the shower head. 1 of the kitchen cupboards was also broken. It is very noisy, banging all night. No blackout curtains and they barely closed together to cover the windows with a lot of artificial light outside making it extremely light in the room even at night. No ceiling fan or AC in the main bedroom either. This coupled with all the light in the room that we couldn’t block out made it very difficult for us to sleep. Definitely not our favourite hotel of the trip.

Après avoir appelé la réception, on nous a trouvé une nouvelle chambre dans un état beaucoup plus propre et sans moisissure très rapidement. Le service et le personnel sont vraiment au top mais il manque de l’entretien et la chambre initialement prévue était vraiment dans un état déplorable.

Fint hotell i Cameron. Frokosten er hovedsaklig tilpasset asiatiske turister, men helt ok. Dusjdørene på rommet bærer preg av dårlig renhold over tid. Ellers er det rent og fint. Sengen er hard, noe som virker som standard i Malaysia. Men en mykere seng hadde vært bra.

Property was ok. Booked for three nights. We had a medical emergency on day two of our stay and had to depart early the next morning to take a bus to the nearest ER hospital in Kuala Lumpur. Called Expedia to see if we could cancel the last night of our booking for a credit, but this hotel would not allow it. We lost the last night of our booking, but we did make it to the hospital for treatment. Hopefully, you won't have an emergency like we did, but if you do, be aware that this hotel will not be understanding and let you amend your booking.

Hotel is centrally located, 5 min walking from central bus station. Several restaurants, mini market, currency exchange in walking distance. Ordered rooms have very good size very very maintained and therefore absolutely nice. Breakfast buffet is very good with many choices for all tastes. Staff is very friendly and we would be happy to stay there again

For family, go for 2 bedroom suite, it is spacious, quiet and easy access to playground. This hotel is on top of a shopping complex and the shopping options are nice and cheap. Also ground level of this property has many food options including a pizza. Walking distance are more food options including Indian vegeterian and a small night market.
