Location is great between CBD and St Kilda. Great spa. Basic gym but has all you need. Very clean, every comfortable and super friendly staff. If you’re coming when the weather is joce, live some time to go to the rooftop pool.

Just a couple of days. Very comfortable, well equipped and daily servicing. View over Albert Pak is lovely but traffic noise is a negative. Close to transport and food options. Super facilities...pool, spa, sauna etc

Excellent location good facilities wonderful roof terrace with brilliant views of tye city and F1 circuit. Helpful and friendly reception staff, and housekeeping crew. Nice cafe on ground floor. Only thing lacking in my apartment was a full length mirror .. I had to climb on a chair to see how I looked, in the bathroom mirror. Also some instructions on the kitchen appliances would be good. Other than that .. highly recommended .. I would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay. 2 minutes to Tram Station. 10 minutes to city. 10 minutes to St Kilda. Room was spotless. Great kitchen facilities. Very comfortable bed. Lounge and dining area roomy. Nice balcony to let in some breeze. Good water pressure for shower. Vanity interesting. Washing machine and dryer handy. Coffee shop underneath great. Coffee and Food 7.00 - 3.00pm . Very popular. All in all a great accommodation hotel.

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment with views over Albert park . The apartment was lovely, spacious and clean with a bathroom for each bedroom a bonus. Lovely dining area for social interaction. However there was no hot water in either bathrooms, in the shower or sink. Reported to reception but not resolved for our overnight stay. The noise from busy Queens Rd can be heard from front bedroom so those not used to city traffic noise may have difficulty getting to sleep. Parking is also extremely tight, made difficult with limited turning space. Good central location, friendly staff and easy check in and out.

A fantastic location close to Albert Park for those attending the Grand Prix. The room itself was lovely but luxurious might be a stretch. the main bathroom had no hooks or towel racks to hang towels. Great to have a clothes dryer and washer in the room - although the dryer was placed very high for those of us that are not over 5'5 so could not reach the dials. The washing machine front loader door was broken so difficult to open.. lounge and cushions were dusty so allergies were instantly triggered.. but the room was large, quiet, very comfortable beds and the restaurant downstairs does great food and coffee.. little things that could easily be improved - overall a great stay.

Uncomfortable seating, doubtful cleaning: found nail clippings on the floor, stained cushions and sofa, cleaning staff consistently forgot to refill coffee/milk and laundry detergent. Hallway carpet in need of cleaning and walls all smudged with dirt. Service at front desk almost non-existant. Do not recommend.

We read so many good reviews about the apartments so chose here for our time away. The room was lovely and bed very comfortable. There were so many things that we werent happy with and this took it away from what was nice. The phone didnt work so we had to go to reception for any issues or questions. The balcony door didnt lock. The shower over the bath leaked and if we didnt put towels down the water would have gone into the bedroom and onto the carpet. The air-conditioning didnt work so it was uncomfortably hot at night and lastly nothing was left. No spare toilet paper no spare towels. Very disappointing considering the cost to stay.

The room was nice, modern and well-appointed. However the view ruined our stay. The view looked directly into the bedrooms of the adjacent property, which was very close. Could not use the patio because of the awkward view into people‘s personal lives. I will never stay at this property again and am disappointed with the mis- marketing.

The front desk staff were outstanding. The roof top swimming pool area was stunningly beautiful. What an incredible view. Unfortunately the room had a few short comings. The room had a balcony and the view was terrible. The apartment side rooms were right next to anorther apartment building (long term stays) and people would hang their clothes and bikes on their balconies and you could see folks in their apartments. We had to keep the window blakout shades closed the entire stay. We rated Tyrian 4 star only because of the spectcular rooftop and friendly staff.

Brilliant location and proximity to local trams. Fantastic views over the Albert Park golf course and lake. Our room was overlooking the park and we loved the view but the noise from the traffic was a bit loud at night and early in the morning. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and moved us to a lovely quieter room at the back of the building. Percival cafe was great for breakfast and coffees.

Love the room and friendly staff. However, the phone wasn’t working and had to go to ground floor to speak to the staff. As the apartment was beside the road, it was rather noisy even in the middle of the night. Would be great if could soundproof the glass doors.

This is a beautiful, well appointed property. Front of house staff are warm, welcoming and professional. The rooftop pool,gym,dining area is outstanding with incredible views across to Port Phillip Bay. One star removed for failure to fully service the room but this was the only flaw and was possibly just an oversight as everything else was fabulous. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning :)

Our room was overlooking the park and we loved the view but the noise from the traffic was a bit loud at night and early in the morning. The location of this property is really handy I would recommend hiring a car but the tram is a short distance away. There is a 24 hour front desk making checking in and checking out easy. I would definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable apartment hotel. We enjoyed our stay here as a family with 2 young children. Very safe neighborhood. Gorgeous views from the swimming pool rooftop. It was too chilly for us to swim when we went but pool is stunning. Also, the cafe (Mr. Percival) on the first floor served really good food if you don’t feel like cooking! Tyrian is not located in CBD. The area around Tyrian (Albert Lake Park) is beautiful and quiet. You have to walk a few blocks for food and the trams. You would need to have a car or take an uber if you want to buy groceries. Melbourne CBD is about 25 minutes away on the tram and about 15-25 minutes away in an uber (depending on traffic). Once again we were delighted to stay at Tyrian. Beautiful place with efficient friendly staff. Mr Percival downstairs has fresh delicious food for breakfast or lunch. It’s heavenly quiet and the beds are super comfy. We wanted for nothing. We’ve been before and we’ll be back again.

Great location near Albert Park Lake (with running track!) Sauna on roof for recovery. Easy walk from tram line with frequent trams passing by. My room was set back from the road which kept it quiet (Queens Rd is a major thoroughfare). Lovely reception staff. Great cafe on ground floor (Mr Percival). Studio apartment yet had fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher!! Balcony too.

Great cafe for breakfast and lunch. Superb Italian restaurant around the corner at The Kinson Hotel-Vivi. In a great neighborhood with several dining options. A Woolworth grocery was walkable. Very close was Fawkner Convenience which carries everything you need.

I have stayed at this property before and was overall very pleased. This time, however, I was offered a room on the first floor, right in top of the highway going under the window of the room. The hallway was smelly, and the room was noisy. Could not stay there so asked for a different room. I was sent to a room facing the back of the building - but it was also facing the apartement next door. I could see how well they made their bed and they could see straight into my room. Zero privacy. No privacy curtness, just blackout ones, so I had to choose - light, quiet, fresh air or privacy. Could only have one... We had to leave the hotel since they had no other rooms for us. Of course we did not receive a refund. This used to be my "go to" hotel in Melbourne, but never again.

The room was very modern but they have chosen form over function in the bathroom. The sink is just a slab without a bowl. This causes water to splash on clothing especially during shaving or cleaning teeth. The partitions doors were broken. The lift would not go up to the pool area unless you 1st went down to the ground floor and the ability to cast from your device to the tv did not work due to slow wifi but the in-house netflix did work after a period of buffering.

Our stay was terrific! We redeemed a free Hotels night and got upgraded from a 1 bedroom apartment to a 2 bedroom apartment. It was so spacious and great layout. Very clean, loved the Kevin Murphy products and the lounge area. Highly recommend!
