Exactly as pictured from the website, nothing disappointed and we were completely satisfied. Very easy check in instruction and the building was clean and everyone was friendly. The apartment had everything we needed for our brief stay. Floors were clean, big size bed with 4 big pillows was comfortable, washer/dryer, big refrigerator, dishwasher, a television in each room, windows are able to be opened to gain fresh air, AC in both rooms, quiet and really felt safe. The shower was great and the water pressure was right on, no shortage there. The neighborhood had everything, so dining options were a bit hard to decide on because there were so many. Train and buses just a few feet away to visit and see the city without having to drive. We were able to find parking just around the corner of the building where we didn't have to move our car which was a huge plus, because parking was something we were worried about and not having to go park in a garage. Customer service was just a text or call away and someone came by our second day to see if we needed anything and to make sure all was well. We ended up requesting the late check-out which was very easy to do and responses were prompt. Overall we loved everything about Pierce Boutique Apartments and hoped it was a longer stay.

This is the future of hotels! Absolutely loved everything about this experience. You check in yourself and get the entire suite. So much space, nice shower, washing machine, stove, utensils, tvs in bedroom and living room, king sized bed. No annoying people to deal with when checking in or out. Everything automated and autonomous. You can still email/text for support but otherwise you have everything you can ever need and instructions on how to use everything are crystal clear! The only down side is the lack of parking and you can't even stop the car in front of the lobby because of the no stopping signs but this is a small price to pay for this amazing hotel of the future.

The room had nice amenities, like washer/dryer, and kitchen, and was clean . The hvac was so noisy sounded like a jet taking off, bed was not balanced so rocked noisily upon movement. Neighborhood is very dirty, view from window looked into a rat infested yard (was in room 207). Very much a student housing area.

This place is in a great location - only a couple blocks from Crescent and St Catherine. The apartment was very clean and had all of the amenities that we needed. It was a great place to stay for 3 nights. The only upgrade I’d recommend is cleaning the exterior windows. There was a bit of street noise during the night but though to control that when you are downtown. We would definitely stay again.

Very cool concept. It's nice to have a complete apartment so you can cook meals, relax and do laundry if needed. The apartment is clean, easy to access and well located. However, if you have a vehicle, parking around it is very expensive.

I liked the ambience within the room, It was nice lighting and cozy. The shower was also nice. However the heaters were constantly on without the ability to adjust. The TVs would freeze every few seconds on Netflix and have to buffer constantly. The available coffee tastes really bad. The sheets smell very strongly of cleaner, and caused a dry itchy sensation on our skin, where we had to go out and buy lotion. The shower was stocked with “shampoo” and “body wash” in weird generic dispensers that aren’t labelled. There is NO PARKING. The code to get into the hotel room is very long and annoying to punch in each time. The location of the hotel is a little sketchy, the entrance is beside a laundry place and vape store. No peepholes in the door, someone knocked and said they were room service but I didn’t want to open it because I couldn’t know for sure. Very mediocre and somewhat disappointing experience.

Last few days hot water went out. I didn't get any credit or partial refund for inconvenience. 3 cold showers was crappy. Metro is really close to property was nice. Tons of food in the area. Needed better cleaning.

I appreciate that it's an old building that the owners have attempted to update and make "glam." But the updates are cheaply done, and the finishings do not look good. The unit was not thoroughly cleaned -- there were smudges on the counters, and corners, tiles, etc. did not look clean. The cheap material on the couch was wearing out and stained. Luckily the bed was comfortable and seemed clean. The air vent / heater in the bedroom was full of dust bunnies. Overall, the photos are misleading. Maybe okay for young people coming to party, but it did not feel clean enough to feel comfortable for me.

I have stayed at this property before and loved it, but unfortunately this time around the room was disappointing. It was very dirty, run down, TV did not work, and did not appreciate all of the noise outside of the building. I am sad to say I did not have a great experience.

5/10 for me Unfortunately when we walked in the kitchen and washroom weren’t cleaned properly. There were oil and fingerprint stains on the counters and hair in the bathroom. Stains also on the couch in the living space. Otherwise it was a great experience. Communication and check in were seamless. Location was great, walking distance from bell centre, restaurants and shopping.

Good apartment, concrete ceilings with epoxy floors, I did not feel comfortable enough to walk barefoot. Make sure floors are clean next time. Few towels that feel extra course. Its like someone put them through 100 washes at nearby prison before stocking them in this hotel. Clearly managers have not been inducted into the world of laundry softeners. While place looks renovated, doors are very old looking, proximity and gap in doors between bathroom and bedroom ensure that I could serenade my gf with my number 2 sounds and smells all night. Did I mention no working fan in bathroom? Some switches do nothing. Cracks evident on ceilings. Shower itself was 9/10 though, very nice. Very old LCD TV with nothing interesting to watch. Good price / day with expedia incentives. Overall, clean / large place in an old infrastructure with limited service. I like the place. Make improvements or I will look elsewhere next time.

The sofa in 402 was not comfortable and it needs a cleaning badly. I also didn’t like that there were no regular height chairs in the apartment. The sofa was a little too low and the chairs around the kitchen island were a little too high for me to comfortable get up and down from. I also did not like the cement floors. On the positive side, the location was great… very close to Guy-Concordia metro station and the food choices in the area were great. The shower was also very nice. The bed was fine. Overall though the apartment had a cold feeling.

The sofa was a little too low and the chairs around the kitchen island were a little too high for me to comfortable get up and down from. I also did not like the cement floors. On the positive side, the location was great… very close to Guy-Concordia metro station and the food choices in the area were great. The shower was also very nice. The bed was fine. Overall though the apartment had a cold feeling.

Came to montreal to install my son at Concordia. The appartement is located downtown next to Concordia and was very convenient for that. It was a very spacious and comfortable one bedroom, so all in all very good. Just one annoying detail is the number of locks you have to get through to get to the apartment... 4 locks.. this is too much... plus the one in the elevator is super annoying as it takes time to enter the code and you are likely to go to another floor because someone called the elevator or someone pushed a different floor than yours...

Two nights at this centrally located hotel. Bed was great, the suite layout was nice, but it felt tired: shower knobs were missing, it was a bit of a trick to figure out how to turn on the AC, and the windows didn’t block out much of the noise from de Maisonneuve.

The room had nice amenities, like washer/dryer, and kitchen, and was clean . The hvac was so noisy sounded like a jet taking off, bed was not balanced so rocked noisily upon movement. Very cool concept. It's nice to have a complete apartment so you can cook meals, relax and do laundry if needed. The apartment is clean, easy to access and well located. However, if you have a vehicle, parking around it is very expensive.

The Pierce Hotel was an excellent stay, comfortable rooms that are well designed and have everything you need. The location is perfect, with easy walking access to restaurants, shops, and downtown attractions. Overall, a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. Communication was excellent. Property was easy to find and the location seemed as safe as anywhere in a large city. Metro station was very close, as well as grocery and fast food. Other dining options were also close by. The property was clean, however there were small things that could be improved, but those are the same things we have found with any condo rentals and are not worth complaining about or commenting on, will mention directly to property. Overall great convenient location and very comfortable. Property was very helpful in arranging an additional night stay when our flight was canceled.

We loved everything about our stay at the Pierce Boutique Apartments. The communication was excellent, the Simplissimmo team is one of the most professional I've seen for aparthotels. It's self-catered, so have reasonable expectations. The location is excellent, with 2 Metro stops nearby. Provides access to all of Montreal in every direction. It's a very safe area and the building requires codes to enter & for the elevator to your floor. I much prefer to stay in areas that allow you to be immersed with locals, which feels more authentic vs a tourist zone. There are endless choices for restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. There's a convenience store next store and a number of great grocery stores nearby. Supermarché PA du Fort was close, offered excellent selection and prices. The apartment offers a fully stocked kitchen, should you want to cook or simply to make a quick breakfast. The bedroom is separated from the living area. We appreciated the amazingly comfortable bed to recharge. The bathroom is well setup and the shower is excellent. As mentioned, it might be helpful to provide a mat as it's slick. The livingroom offers a comfy large couch that can sleep 2. Tons of closest space, a full size washer/dryer & couple of detergent pods, which we used. The design is very modern with concrete ceiling and painted floors. Glad to have padded flip flops to wear in the apartment since the floors are hard on my bad knees. I will be happy to stay on a future visit!

Property was nice and clean. Problem was that the fire alarm went off and frightened everyone and there was no one to call to see what was going on. Basically on your own. Fire department finally cleared the building and allowed us to return.

We had a great stay here and as you can see it looks exactly like the pictures online. The location was in a good central location, walking distance to lots of restaurants, shops, cafes, and the metro which was super convenient. The building is an apartment with only a couple of the floors converted into the “hotel” but it was in a secure and clean building as felt safe all hours of the day and into the night. We will definitely be staying here again our next time in Montreal!

This place is in a great location - only a couple blocks from Crescent and St Catherine. The apartment was very clean and had all of the amenities that we needed. It was a great place to stay for 3 nights. The only upgrade I’d recommend is cleaning the exterior windows. There was a bit of street noise during the night but though to control that when you are downtown. We would definitely stay again.

Exactly as pictured from the website, nothing disappointed and we were completely satisfied. Very easy check in instruction and the building was clean and everyone was friendly. The apartment had everything we needed for our brief stay. Floors were clean, big size bed with 4 big pillows was comfortable, washer/dryer, big refrigerator, dishwasher, a television in each room, windows are able to be opened to gain fresh air, AC in both rooms, quiet and really felt safe. The shower was great and the water pressure was right on, no shortage there. The neighborhood had everything, so dining options were a bit hard to decide on because there were so many. Train and buses just a few feet away to visit and see the city without having to drive. We were able to find parking just around the corner of the building where we didn't have to move our car which was a huge plus, because parking was something we were worried about and not having to go park in a garage. Customer service was just a text or call away and someone came by our second day to see if we needed anything and to make sure all was well. We ended up requesting the late check-out which was very easy to do and responses were prompt. Overall we loved everything about Pierce Boutique Apartments and hoped it was a longer stay.

perfect little apartment for my reading week vacation I booked in advance and truly enjoyed this place if I could move into this building I would! There is no room service however if you need a restock of any amenities you can call them or chat to them through Expedia and they’re very helpful they will drop everything off in your apartment during whatever time frame you give them. there’s multiple security codes to even enter the building so I felt secured during my stay. next time I’m in Montreal I will definitely be staying with them again. One suggestion would be to label the shampoo and body wash in the shower as me and my guest were confused as to which was what.

The couch is dirty, and even the kitchen island needs cleaning. Only 2 coffee pods for 4 days stay, so it feels like an unprofessional stay. Cleanliness and hygiene should be top priority. Experience matters a lot in my point of view. Not satisfied.

It was an awesome property ! Felt like home, spacious, equipped with everything you need. Just one thing was not satisfactory- there was no body wash and the shampoo and conditioner were so bad that ruined my hair. Other than that, loved staying at this place and would definitely come back again.
