Truckers blocked parking, towls was missing from room, water pressure was great, and bed was comfortable

Rented an exterior room not knowing it was outside the main building. Staff was friendly and helpful the room was clean. There was supposed to be a coffee/tea maker, hairdryer in the room but there wasn't. The hotel moved me to a room with a hairdryer but the coffee/ tea maker was in the main building. The free breakfast was very good. There was supposed to have an excersizes room and when I inquired I was told it was closed for good. The pool was clear and but needed vacuuming. I did swim and it was enjoyable All in all pretty good deal

The inside blg rooms are clean & neat. Good place to lay your head & still be pretty central to everthing on Rte 231. They also have medium size outdoor pool. Staff was decent. They could turn on the tv volume when sitting to eat breakfast. Continental brakfast available in lobby

For the price it was average. We loved how large the room was. We have 6 in our family & the room had 3 queen beds. It was spacious enough for us all. The staff were friendly and courteous. It had a small outdoor pool. While not heated it was clean and gated. Free breakfast was available. It is mostly carbs, but you can make waffles. They had cereal, bread, muffins, self-made waffles, oatmeal, and yogurt (no toppings for the yogurt). Drinks were coffee, apple juice, and orange juice. Cons: We were placed on the 2nd floor but the hotel does not have an elevator. It was difficult getting all my kids and their stuff up the stairs. The hallway & room smelled of cigarette smoke even though it's a non-smoking hotel. Many of our sheets had holes in them. One sheet had a cigarette hole, one of the brown "blankets" had multiple large holes in it. The "blankets" are very thin and obviously old and needing replaced. While there, we needed new sheets, more towels, and toilet paper. There is no staff to bring these to you, the guest must go to the front desk for the items they need. We did not use the ice bucket as it was sticky and had some type of red stickiness in it. For a family of 6 in a large room, they provided only 2 towels and one tiny bottle of shampoo, one tiny bottle of conditioner, and one roll of toilet paper. Our day of checkout they deactivated our cards before we actually checked out. We had to take turns loading the van because if we left the room it would lock us out.

I liked the location, it was within walking distance of everything. There were roaches in the bathroom and living space. Bathroom was dirty and the carpet had an oder to it as if it had been wet for a while. The fridge in the room was dirty inside. The pool was dirty with trash, the water was stagnant and there was no circulation of the water. I have pictures.

The room was supposed to be non-smoking and it smelled like a smoking room. It was dirty, blankets had stains on all 3 beds, the shower sprayed water all on the outside and the pool had trash all in and around it

This is the sweetest old school hotel. Back up to your room with the car, unload and no going thru the hotel. Very clean and everyone was so nice. Will stay here again.

The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. However, the shower had mold and the furniture is dated. A very disturbing incident occurred at 2:00 am when the garbage truck woken us up collecting garbage. The parking space for larger vehicles was appreciated in that we had a rv.

Loved multi-bed room. Had 3 beds. Convenient to hunting areas and included breakfast and parking. The guys were happy...

Don't think about it. Go somewhere else. Musty, dingy. Marijuana smoke. Cigarette smoke. A cockroach. Hermetically sealed mini rolls of toilet tissue. Blue lights flashing next door. Holes in the blankets...

Very dirty room, sheets and towels were moist, horrible mildew smell in room.

Unfortunately we can home with bed bug bites all on our legs! Do NOT stay here!!

The towels were filthy. The hotel room smelled like bug spray and cigarettes. I had to kill six roaches In the first five minutes, been checked into the room. Never again will I stay here?

Location was good but there was a roach problem

The room was extremely dirty. The towels in the bathroom were old and worn out and I’m not even sure some of them were even clean. When I took a shower and stepped on the bath towel later when I pick it up, it was covered in dirt because the floor had not been clean. The sink had razor stubble from the previous guest that was never cleaned and they were still in there. The bedsheets felt dirty and beat it up like they were old that needed to be replaced. I brought these dirty things to the front desk to point them out in the front desk, clerk as sweet and kind as she was agreed and said she would take care of it. Not only do they not take care of it they never even cleaned my room again for the next day

If there were negative stars to give I’d give this property a negative rating. Bed linens had stains and makeup marks, bathroom linens were stained, the room was covered in dust, the AC smelled musty and feces was visible in the bathroom.

Their are BEDBUGS, i have video proof of this. We stayed 2 nights & killed about 4 water bugs. The only thing i am truest upset about is the bedbugs.1 i was getting ate up& 2 now i have to check all of my clothes and stuff to make sure im not bringing bedbugs with me.

We chose this stop because of a large room with three king beds. It would be fabulous for a large family. The property is older and looks it's age, but room was clean and tidy and star friendly and efficient.

Bed was very hard and not comfortable. Price was excellent

We booked this last minute and were very surprised to find a room with 3 queen beds! For a family of 4 with two growing boys this worked perfectly for us! Wish more hotels offered that option!

The people outside talked and worst of all the room next door had the tv blasting. I could not sleep and left early with a headache. I was charged extra for checking in early but was not advised of that fee when I called. I booked an non refundable reservation online after I called.

Rooms are not as advertised in photos on line. Room is tiny. A/C unit is loud & annoying. Will not recommend this place. Very disappointed. Good thing it was only one night

The bathroom door wouldn't lock. The TV didn't work. Staff at check in were good.

Dingy towels, bugs in bathroom, air conditioner smells and made buzzing noise. Very loud neighbors that you could hear everything.

Huge room was unique with 3 queen beds. Didn’t like people hanging out in the parking lot at night. There was a smell of “smoke” in the hallways.

Horrible from the start. When we arrived they told us they had no rooms. I explained I have the reservation that was made 1.5hrs earlier. At first I was still told they could do nothing and which I asked... Then what shall I do with my family at midnight?? She "found" a room but it was not a 2 queen as we had reserved and instead was a king and a small sofa (not sleeper bed). I "slept" on the miniature sofa so my husband and daughter could have the bed. Worst night! The room had a very strange smell of a weird fragrance which activated our allergies. I was told to go to the front desk bt 9 and 930 and speak to the manager for a "compensation" for everything. I went.... And no manager. They do not know when he will arrive. And they can't help. They had NOTHING for the "free breakfast" and the juice didn't work. Never ever again!

The front desk staff is welcoming and accommodating.

I liked everything about my stay ,room was clean & Beds were comfortable. It was nice to be able to have breakfast there. I believe this was the easiest check-in I’ve ever had in my life, and all of the staff were always smiling and nice.

It is in a convenient area. The lady in the office in the afternoon was helpful to me when I had a problem with the TV. Other staff were unable to give me a proper senior discount, and so they just made excuses about it. It was very disappointing that they were unable to accomplish a relatively simple thing, and it left me with a bad feeling about your property.

Couldn’t get any maintenance! Front desk service was terrible! I have yet to receive my refund for the room

Ms. Wanda was wonderful. She was very polite, happy and helpful! The room I booked was a little small for my disabled husband. She upgraded us so he would be able to move around the room freely. Loved the fact that you could walk right out the door to your car. Love the convenience to Troy University grocery stores anything you need. Not really a problem, but the shower could’ve used a mat to make it safer for my husband. We will be coming back in September and will be staying at Days Inn by Windham again!

Easy access in and out & close to restaurants.

I had a one night stay and was looking for a cheap hotel. Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly, my room was clean, and location was ideal. Yes, the facility is dated. However, not a bad night stay for the price.

It’s a decent hotel, it’s just old and could use some upgrades. Everything was clean, we were comfortable and we felt safe. Thankful for a room with three beds! You don’t see that a lot. It is convenient to Troy campus!

It's location to everything, certainly located

Everything was fine, no problems of any sort. It fully met our expectations, we especially liked the close-by dining choices..

Not much for breakfast, no coffee in room,tv had a streak going through it ,looked like blood stain on carpet.

Good location for overnight stop while travelling. Stains on the couch and breakfast was terrible. VERY limited choices and yogurt machine was broken.

The room was good, clean. The breakfast was not very good.

Breakfast had no fruit, egg, or protein option.

Cheap hotel, terrible coffee

For a cheaper hotel, this was not too bad! We needed a place close to Troy University for our son’s graduation. It worked just fine! Breakfast was horrible though!

This is a tipical Days Inn. I expected it to be a bit nicer for $114 per night. The breakfast provided only consisted of ceral, pancakes, toast, coffee and juice. No eggs or meats provide. We went to Waffle House for breakfast. This hotel served it's purpose for a 1 night stay, but i wouldn't want to stay multiple nights.
