I was driving a uhaul with a car in tow. Without even asking, the night clerk put me on a first floor room at the back of the hotel, right next to the truck parking- awesome customer service!

The checkin lady was wonderful. She was polite, friendly and professional!! The room was stinky, dirty, and pretty gross. The refrigerator had some gross gelatin in the freezer portion so it was unusable. Don’t think I’d ever stay here again. The pool is filled with cement!! FYI!!

Nice hotel, particularly for the price. Everything was clean, and very quiet. Close to lots of food options - Wendy's and Cook Out right next door. If you are there for a Troy University game, make sure to catch the shuttle that comes around up to 15 minutes before the game - free. Parking was easy with lots of lighting to feel safe. Breakfast was a little disappointing - with just a few options. But the staff was helpful, kind and courteous. I would highly recommend this location.

this property is in transition to a baymont. we chose it based on brand reputation and it is *not* of baymont quality. rooms are milewy smelling, beds were uncomfortable. hotel was in no way to full capacity but there were still no kings available bc they were not cleaned. exterior stairwells are filled with junk (old appliances, etc), back lot is also filled with junk. the staff are VERY nice, but they can't do much on the condition of this tired old property.

Room was in below average condition and needs some TLC. Curtains were aged, had some heavy wear (visible patches of light) and not completely hanging. Door allowed daylight through. Upon entry into the room, there was dead grass or other random trimmings on the floor and the bed. The floor in the bathroom was questionably clean - there was a residue on the floor that looks like mud but wasn't. The bathtub had a sticker on the wall of the tub that no one has bothered to scrape off either. A few small bugs were found on the counter and mirrors. Probably baby roaches. The TV worked, fridge worked, water in the shower was hot. The location was great. Walking distance to a lot of retail. Good truck parking area on the back of the property. I wish the property was pet friendly though - a lot of drivers have a dog, and although they advertise Truck Parking - they do not allow dogs. I got confused when booking as there is another Wyndham property very close by that also has truck parking and allows dogs, but only has two truck parking spots.

The room stinks very bad smelt like cigarettes, the room was in bad conditions don’t look like it been cleaned, the bed had dirty marks on it had to use my own covers, the bathroom was disgusting I had to put towel on the tub floor to shower, and a bug almost went in my purse. I do not recommend going there.

The stay was horrible first off we killed a few roaches, carpet dirty, shower curtain filthy,bed pillows stained with God knows what,bed head board dirty and dusty, I complained to office the lady would not give us another room. She came and changed the shower curtain and took wet towel and cleaned the floor, just sad could not justify roaches, dirty towels, door latch broken and stained bedding. We also saw a big Rat which ran out when we opened the door. I was so shocked never had this kind of experience before. We complained but nothing was done it was home coming weekend and all local hotels were booked we drove 6hours there.

This room was the most disgusting place I have ever stayed at. I have traveled to all lower 48 states. The couch was horribly stained. Looked like they could have picked it up out of a landfill. There was huge holes in the walls and the carpet was nasty. Spend a few more dollars and go down the road. If I had seen the room prior to checking in we definitely would have gone elsewhere. Tired after being on the road for 14 hours

Only positive thing about our stay was the employees. First room had a broken bed. Clerk offered to change rooms. Second room had a hole in the curtain and the bathroom door. When we flushed the toilet, room had a horrible sewage smell. It was late and we decided to just deal with the smell rather than complain a second time.

Refrigerator/freezer were dirty as was bathroom & vanity floor. Towel bar broken off wall by bathroom sink. A/C was noisy so made it difficult to sleep-not a good noise machine! One plus was they had new towels & washcloths. Also was a convenient location.

Room smelled like weed. Only 2 tiny pillows in king bed. Couch dirty with burn holes. Bed was soft, but overall the property was terrible. If we had not paid in full, we would have found another place even after driving all day.

The motel is old and in terrible condition. Everything is run-down. For example, it looks like the bathroom door had been kicked in and cracked. Found black hairs in the sink. Furniture and refrigerator in sad shape. Breakfast looked OK, except that they had bread but no toaster.

Staff was great from manager to front desk to housekeeping...chatted with all of them and all were so considerate and genuinely friendly. Room was fine for the rate..no complaints with consideration of value rate. Having a mini fridge and microwave was nice bonus for the value rate.

Older property but clean and comfortable. Young lady at the desk when checking in was faced some difficult situations for people checking in due to language barriers. She handled it really well. She also accomidated me to avoid a large group that could have been fairly noisy. Much appreciated.

It was very convenient to where we were going and to all the local eating venues. It was a very old hotel with very old linens, lighting and furniture, however it was clean and the A/C worked very well. The front desk wasn't manned at all times. We waited about 15 minutes for someone to come check us in and there was no one there when we went to check out this morning. I think she was involved in cleaning the rooms which left the front desk unattended.

I don’t understand if I booked a king size bed room, why was it given away???? They put me in a room with 2 full size beds which are tiny and is extremely inconvenient. I might not ever stay here again. There is too many hotels around here to have my king bed room given away

The room smelled like cigarettes and ass. My back has never been in so much pain, the bed was so firm we may as well have slept on the floor if I weren’t afraid of bugs. Stains on the furniture. The fridge and microwave were filthy. Bathroom door broken. A group of scary men standing around room as we pull up. But hey. Only $75. 🤘

Nice hotel, particularly for the price. Everything was clean, and very quiet. Close to lots of food options - Wendy's and Cook Out right next door. If you are there for a Troy University game, make sure to catch the shuttle that comes around up to 15 minutes before the game - free. Parking was easy with lots of lighting to feel safe. Breakfast was a little disappointing - with just a few options. But the staff was helpful, kind and courteous. I would highly recommend this location.

Our room smelled like pot, the room was very old, the door lock didn’t latch, you could see outside around the door frame, there were people outside smoking and drinking outside our room at midnight, we actually got up at that time and went to another hotel, just didn’t feel safe

Room was in below average condition and needs some TLC. Curtains were aged, had some heavy wear (visible patches of light) and not completely hanging. Door allowed daylight through. Upon entry into the room, there was dead grass or other random trimmings on the floor and the bed. The floor in the bathroom was questionably clean - there was a residue on the floor that looks like mud but wasn't. The bathtub had a sticker on the wall of the tub that no one has bothered to scrape off either. A few small bugs were found on the counter and mirrors. Probably baby roaches. The TV worked, fridge worked, water in the shower was hot. The location was great. Walking distance to a lot of retail. Good truck parking area on the back of the property. I wish the property was pet friendly though - a lot of drivers have a dog, and although they advertise Truck Parking - they do not allow dogs. I got confused when booking as there is another Wyndham property very close by that also has truck parking and allows dogs, but only has two truck parking spots.

The room was dirty .. stained sifa, rug, bedspread .. dirty floor .. mictowave had crumbs under and in .. The breakfast area offered both a broken coffee pot and juice server .. a charafe was supplied with watered down coffee, a waffle maker and instant grits just add hot water .. they advertised a pool but it was filled with cement.

Room was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel room was older and could of used some minor repairs/updating, but, remember, this was a discount room. You get what you pay for and I think this was a fair deal. If I wanted a a room in another hotel, I would have spent another 40 or $50 a night. Breakfast was decent, offering hot waffles, cereal, coffee, juice. Muffins.

The motel is old and in terrible condition. Everything is run-down. For example, it looks like the bathroom door had been kicked in and cracked. Found black hairs in the sink. Furniture and refrigerator in sad shape. Breakfast looked OK, except that they had bread but no toaster.

I traveled to Troy, Alabama to escape approaching hurricane impact. The hotel was presented as non-smoking rooms with a breakfast. My room wreaked of cigarette smoke (I mentioned to hotel staff and was told folks should not smoke in rooms but they do. I sprayed my room with cologne and stayed in room). The free breakfast may as well not have been offered: juice machines did not work, no hot water for oatmeal/etcetera and pancake batter mixer was useless. I walked to a local fast food restaurant both mornings of my stay for my breakfast. I was overall dissatisfied with facilities & would never stay there again. Oh yes, I had to tighten the loose commode seat or it and I would have fallen to the floor. I would have left but would have been charged for one of my two nights anyway since I booked online. Staff were friendly but everything else was very shabby in my experience for a typical Wyndham hotel.

Never will stay there again.

Very noisy AC kept me awake most of the night. One side of TV stand was broken so the TV sat crooked. Chair in room was filthy and the bed was worst I've slept on in 60 days on the road. Breakfast was lacking. Poor Wyndham location. Early evening staff was super nice (8/29)!

The door had massive stains on the outside and the curtains had what looked like blood or rust tains that you could see from outside the room looking in. There were personal belongings sticking out from the bed and chair from the previous guest and there was dirt and mildew around the tub and toilet. The TV didn’t work, and the housekeeper woke me up at 9am the first day and then after yelling I’m ok and to come back the second day 4 times they still came in the room while I was sleeping. I admit I forgot the do not disturb sign twice but 9am is a bit early for a room not checking out that day. The housekeeper was very nice and very friendly and so was the front desk person. The quality of the rooms and property were gross though.

Room was old and needed updating and a good cleaning. The only thing that appeared to be fresh were the linens. Staff was fine and helpful with questions about the area. Breakfast was nonexistent compared to other places we have stayed. Very disappointed in the lack of care at this motel.

Room was clean, just old, chair was badly stained, tv remote hard to use & breakfast was very poor, apples were the only fresh thing. Waffles, sugary breakfast cereal, barely any coffee…that was it! Places around easy to get to for food, some within walking distance.
