Charming rural villa located south of Torcal, a natural and relaxed place where you can enjoy the tranquility and beauty that the place offers. The house is distributed over two floors. On the 1st floor there is an independent equipped kitchen, a large living room with fireplace and TV. It has a separate bathroom with shower and 3 bedrooms, two with a double bed, one with a single bed and the other with two single beds. On the 2nd floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. All spaces are perfectly equipped to meet the needs of our tenants. Outside, there are numerous places to spend time, such as the swimming pool surrounded by grass, barbecue area and two large porches. As well as space for walking.
