Room was clean, but overpriced. Jacuzzi and pool were not heated whatsoever, which ruined that experience. Okay hotel but needs a lot of improvements in features/amenities to be worth the price. Also, avoid the breakfast in the morning and go to one of the restaurants nearby.

Five star hotel! The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The view and pool is amazing. The only bad thing is the rooftop bar has been close since Covid. It would be great if they could reopen that bar for people that want to enjoy the night at the hotel.

First of all this hotel is truly beautiful. Paid for a large room on this app but had an issue because the hotel does not allow room modifications, however the app didn't communicate that and I was charged anyway. This is a luxury hotel with beautiful common areas and pool and many professional guests. We came on the weekday so it was extra quiet. Three restaurants on site and they are all American priced. Had a local delicacy and the worst BLT I've ever had in my life. Some disappointments were there is no beach access, had to walk around the whole block and across other hotel properties to reach it. The rooftop bar area was also closed. The amenities were nice and free valet parking, but my trip was unfortunately spoiled badly by the payment issue (it was eventually fixed but no one wants that).

The breakfast buffet here was amazing. We ended up getting a room at the hotel the night of because we did not feel comfortable at the hotel we had checked into. The staff was super accommodating and understanding with us. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very helpful. The dinner at the hotel was not the best, but the breakfast is well worth it.

Overall room was dirty. It smelled really bad, I got moved to a higher level but rooms are dirty. Hair, dust everywhere. You better shower with sandals! shower was slimy and disgusting. Stay out of the Pool ! Pool was covered with black mold. It was a good hotel before but now it's not worth the money!

The hotel is very good! Comfortable beads and very friendly stuff. The only thing that was disappointing was the shower : it takes very long time to get hot water and it sprays anywhere around you and not at you.

It was a beautify hotel, modern and attentive staff. Our bathroom sink had a small leak, we let the front desk know it was fixed that while we were out on the town. Valte parking was helpful and there was a great breakfast brunch.

Todo bien, solo que en el restaurante el servicio en el buffet en muy malo, muy lento y los solo atienden la mesa que les toca, no trabajan como equipo, así que si le pides algo a un mesero y no es el tuyo, el se lo pide a tu mesero cuando tiene oportunidad y eso hace que el servicio sea malo.

Todo bien, solo que en el restaurante el servicio en el buffet en muy malo, muy lento y los solo atienden la mesa que les toca, no trabajan como equipo, así que si le pides algo a un mesero y no es el tuyo, el se lo pide a tu mesero cuando tiene oportunidad y eso hace que el servicio sea malo.

The staff did not answer our calls for the most part. The water went out for about 4-5 hours for 1 day and they did nothing to credit or make up for the inconvenience. The front desk didn’t even know how to apologize for the incident either. On the last day I called and called for bell hop service and no answer. The service review was simply for the front desk. Valet, bar and dining service was excellent. I highly suggest the restaurant for dinner. The waiter was very attentive and experienced in serving which I appreciated. We had the restaurant to ourselves which made it special to us, it was dim and sultry. In the end, I wouldn’t mind stay again but the hotel has a lot of little flaws that need to be worked on and little repairs abs deep cleaning need to be done. We had the loft suite with balcony and which was sexy for a romantic weekend getaway. 3 star review.

Nice hotel with ocean view but no direct access to ocean and beach. Hotel should keep a coffee maker ( at least) in room, considering the high daily rate!

This hotel is really cool. Lobby is very entertaining, great bar, live piano music and breakfast lounge. Pool area looks very chill. 7 minutes from all the cool places in Ensenada. We are motorcycle riders and had safe place to leave bikes, and we were 10 minutes away from our favorite restaurant BOULES.

Room was clean, but overpriced. Jacuzzi and pool were not heated whatsoever, which ruined that experience. Okay hotel but needs a lot of improvements in features/amenities to be worth the price. Also, avoid the breakfast in the morning and go to one of the restaurants nearby.

We were able to check in but early. Lobby is sleek and clean. Rooms are really spacious and beds are very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was incredible with plenty of choices from omelets to seafood. Self serve unlimited mimosas and micheladas was great!

The breakfast buffet here was amazing. We ended up getting a room at the hotel the night of because we did not feel comfortable at the hotel we had checked into. The staff was super accommodating and understanding with us. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very helpful. The dinner at the hotel was not the best, but the breakfast is well worth it.

The property is really nice. Clean modern. Price of drinks and food is outrageously high. Two mediocre wines at bar was $36! Price of breakfast was crazy high. Not worth it. The value is not there on food and drinks. They get you there and charge you high prices to rip you off.

Todo bien, solo que en el restaurante el servicio en el buffet en muy malo, muy lento y los solo atienden la mesa que les toca, no trabajan como equipo, así que si le pides algo a un mesero y no es el tuyo, el se lo pide a tu mesero cuando tiene oportunidad y eso hace que el servicio sea malo.

Well, it was disappointing. The pool was not clean & the jacuzzi was warm like bath water & also murky. My husband and I didn’t feel comfortable getting into either. Then, there was no hotel access to the waterfront walkway, so we had to go through a sketchy parking lot and weird gate. Our shower didn’t drain properly. There were no hand towels at all. The staff said they were totally out of hand towels and wash cloths. Then, a kind bell hop brought me 3 wash cloths at least. But I dried my hands on a bath towel the entire time. We had dinner at the restaurant & were sold on the lava cake. Then, after almost 20 minutes, we were told that they were sold out of lava cake. So we ordered some stale cream puffs and ice cream. The ice cream had icicles and freezer burn. The hotel is stunning & the buffet was incredible. The chef was amazing and made me the BEST pancakes with bananas! Wow! Unfortunately, the details matter. I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel after my experience. The pool and the jacuzzi alone were a shock. Then to be out of wash cloths and hand towels? You are even given that basic at a Motel 6. This was a regrettable stay because you can see the potential. The pianist was a lovely touch, but hard to appreciate when your shower doesn’t drain, you don’t have the right towels and you’re hiking through a random dirt parking lot to access the waterfront. This hotel and its guests deserve better.
