Bien en general, el agua de la piscina un poco turbia. En excelente ubicación.

The staff are sweethearts. It's within walking distance of everything and the main zocalo is steps away. This is old style Mexican charm so everything is simple. The courtyard and small pool are perfect for cooling off at night. Only complaint :The overhead fans need some WD on them.

Excellent location. Great pool. Nice courtyard. Room did not have towels. no excuse for this, just poor service. No parking available when we arrived. Parking area was full. AC unit dripped water. Overall, for 1 night it was fine.

Its quiet and safe also there is free parking

Perfect location close to everything. We could not hear noise from the street, but you could hear when a loud neighbor arrived. Beds were comfortable, windows had a screen and shutters but no glass. Ac worked well. Bathroom was dated. Pool was fantastic. The people were very friendly and helpful. We traveled with medication and they let us put it in the fridge. Location close to the ADO.

The hotel is old I see few cockroaches, we where 4 and we only have 2 towels, we only have 2 soaps bar, the pool was great, the location is awesome is central.

We stayed at this property nearly 18 years ago in the middle of a class 5 hurricane. The staff is friendly and the hotel is exactly as we remembered. Close to everything nice pool clean rooms very basic but well kept.

Situation parfaite dans la ville, parking sécurisé gratuit, patio au frais superbe avec table et transat, de plus la piscine était propre et en fonctionnement. Accueil froid mais personnel sympathique. Petit déjeuner possible et pas d autre restauration (beaucoup de restaurant à moins de cinq minutes)

Location, clean room and very friendly staff

The place is very central, near shops, places to eat and just a short walk from the ADO bus station or the collectivo busses. The place is a bit worn out, and we had a sewer smell coming from the shower drain after the shower. But for the traveller on a budget, it can be a nice place to stay for a few days.

La habitación 203 que me fue asignada se encuentra con mucha humedad en todo el cuarto, en las paredes tiene hongos. El servicio de baño está muy descuidado y mal organizado tiene un contacto en la parte de la regadera y la iluminación es antigua muy escandalosa

La ubicación es excelente. La habitación amplia pero en mal estado, falta de limpieza, muy empolvado de semanas. Baño se salía agua de la regadera y no había desagüe así que parecía laguna. Mucho zancudo ya que hay mosquiteros pero en mal estado. La limpieza haría la diferencia a pesar de ser un hotel viejo pudiera mejorar.

Todo esta muy sucio y en malas condiciones

Hyggeligt hotel og god morgenmad. Men værelset var ikke rent, der var myrer og pletter på sengetøjet. Ville ikke overnatte her igen. Dårlig service og de forstår ikke engelsk. God lokation.

I didn't expect much, but was was very pleasantly surprised. This is beautiful colonial building with a courtyard, shade, trees, pool and benches. View of the cathedral. Parking on site was major plus for us on this trip. We booked two rooms, one of the 4 beds didn't look clean or the sheets were too old, and the bathroom was little run down, but still very decent. I would suggest adding a mini fridge to the rooms. Other than that I can't complain.

Room was very loud due to street noise, staff unwilling to move me to another room or try to make my stay more comfortable. Very uncomfortable bed, lumpy pillows, no mattress pad - just bed sheet. Sparce amenities (i.e. no tissues in room).

On the corner on the main square and therefore close to almost everything. Nice looking common areas with a pool. Only four sunbeds which is not enough. The rooms are very old and not very good isolated. The linens felt very thin and worn down, almost a little greasy, maybe because of the humidity. Friendly staff that cleaned the rooms everyday.

The wifi did not work in the rooms - very annoying. And even in the lobby, it wasn't very good. I received a message I had to check-in before 5 pm. I contacted the hotel several times (via e-mail and phone) and never received a reply/answer. I changed my plans in order to get there before 5 pm. It seems the reception is open 24 hrs. So the hurry was not necessary.

Good location, but a busy area. Room was clean but run down. This place needs to buy new sheets, towels and mattresses. Needs fresh paint. Very old and it shows. Lots of equipment and things lying around what could be a beautiful courtyard. Breakfast at restaurant was very basic and not included.

muy mala experiencia, nunca nos limpiaron la habitacion apesar que estuvimos 4 dias y 3 noches. X las mañanas nunca pudimos bañarnos debido a que jamas salio el agua a temperatura , siempre estaba hirviendo y nunca pudieron arreglarlo. El ultimo dia nos apagaron el aire acondicionado desde las 7am. Cuando el check out es a las 12. Las personas del turno matutino siempre con un mal caracter lastima por que el hotel esta en muy buena ubicacion .

We stayed just one night, so it fit perfectly our need. It is very clean, simple and can’t beat the central location! The onsite closed parking was much appreciated! Night was quiet

Older property, but very clean! Directly across from the main plaza with wonderful shopping and delicious restaurants!

las habitaciones estan bastante amplias, las camas aunque el colchon duro estan comodas, AA sirve bien. Pero la regadera llena de sarro , salia muy poca agua y se salia por la cortina de la regadera y se mojo el piso del baño . Igualmente olor a caño en el baño. El restaurante muy rico, solo estuvimos una noche. Sirvio para lo que fuimos.

The place has certainly seen better days. For the bargain hunter or those on a budget, it's the answer to a prayer. Directly on the central parque of Valladolid, there is tons to see on foot, restaurants, shopping, and sights. The restaurant serves a decent breakfast with good portions. The sheets were practically transparent and the bathroom lacked a marble vanity, lol, but, the pool was clean and refreshing and our fellow guests were all lovely people. You could do much worse, and not much better unless you wanted to pay for the privilege.

Lady host was very nice and helpful. She took time to tell me how to get to tourist location and ways to save. The hotel is old needs some renovation . The location is amazing very convenient to all tourist locations. My reservation said check in time was at 7 am and check out at 1pm . The hotel sent a message saying check in was at 1300 hrs and when I checked in i was told check out was at 12pm. When i told them my reservations said 1pm . They said no at 12pm . The bathroom could have been cleaner , had some scum, mold and rust. Theres a wierd / connecting door that wasnt locked in the room. I had to talk to the guest next door and we agreed to put a lock on each of our sides for our peace of mind. The stairs are slanted forward seem like they need repair, their falling apart. On the hallway in 2nd floor their uneven floor that is not marked I tripped going past it and my father slightly twisted his foot when he passed it too. On expedia website for hotel details says they have continental breakfast for 80 pesos. That is incorrect. They do have food and each item is sold seperately 90 pesos for food and 40 pesos for drinks. Staff is nice and attentive. No shampoo provided only soap and toliet paper. Bed sheets and towels had stains but smelled clean. The garden area is lovely but their spiders everywhere . Pool water was a little cloudy did smell like it had alot of chlorine. Price i paid was more than worth the stay.
