The pictures don’t do this place justice. This was a beautiful property with great amenities. The view is amazing and the pool is perfect. The rooms were very comfortable and the staff was friendly. They were able to get us in our room before checkin which is early already (2:00pm). They have a restaurant on site which is really good. I really think this is the best property in the area.

Nice hotel; on the beach; they provide the towels but not umbrellas. Nice bar service.

Ideale Lage am Strand und In Nähe von Restaurants. Schöner Pool und Bar Bereich. Zimmer okay - Einziges Manko ist Frhlende Minibar/Kühlschrank

Wir waren super zufrieden und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Es wäre schön, wenn die Liegen und Stühle am Pool ausgetauscht würden, da diese schon durchgelegen sind und dadurch etwas unbequem und auch quietschen.

Unieke locatie en zeezicht Dit nieuwe hotel is niet te groot, biedt persoonlijke service, heeft een goede keuken en vooral… biedt een uniek zicht zee; met een nette strandpromenade, natuurlijke duinen en het strand. Alles ligt breed voor je uitgespreid met een discrete houten afsluiting die inkijk van passanten beperkt. Kleine minpunten; onderbezetting bij het kamerpersoneel, buitenzwembad is niet verwarmd, sommige bediening spreekt geen woordje Engels, duur in het hoogseizoen. Maar met 15 min van de luchthaven, 30min van Barcelona stad, Sitges op een kwartiertje… een heerlijke hide-away naar de zon.

The pool was serene just foot steps to the sand of a beautiful beach. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the food was good!

My Wife and I spent 6 nights at this lovely hotel, the room was spotless, cleaned every day and towels changed too plus free water left in the fridge. Staff very helpful and friendly especially Erik on reception. Sea view rooms are amazing with free use of towels for pool and beach !! The only slightly disappointing thing was the lack of choice in the hotel restaurant but not a big isdue as numerous restaurants within easy walking distance. Would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The location is great. This hotel desperately needs remodeling. The room smelled like a sewage. I had to open the window so I could sleep but at 6 am some people woke me up screaming at the bus station which is right by the hotel. I ad to close the window so I can sleep. The blue lights on the hallway is like a drug lab. The view from the pool and hotel restaurant is great, but no way this stay was worth the money paid for the room.

Die Aussicht auf das Meer und der Balkon waren grandios. Wir hatten Zimmer 104. Alles andere hat die 4 Sterne nicht verdient: Es hat immer nach Chemie gerochen und der Boden (eine Art Geflecht) machte einen unhygienischen Eindruck. Insbesondere in der Toilette roch man, dass er nicht gut zu reinigen ist. Der Duschkopf war grünlich verkrustet. Sobald man die Dusche aufdrehte gab es ein lautes Quitschen aus den Leitungen. Die bläuliche Beleuchtung im Flur erfüllte gut den Zweck, die ganzen Flecken zu vertuschen, die sich auf dem Boden (ebenfalls komisches Geflecht aus Kunststoff) befanden. Auch im Bad nützt mir der größte Schminkspiegel nichts, wenn ich kein vernünftiges Licht habe…. Das Bett bräuchte mal ne neue Matratze. Das Personal war jederzeit freundlich, auch als wir reklamierten, dass dich unsere Balkontüre leider nicht abschliessen ließ. Es kam ein Handwerker und setzte ein Schliessblech von oben nach unten…. Die Türe ließ sich weiterhin im abgeschlossenen Zustand öffnen… Die Beleuchtung auf dem Balkon scheint die ganze Nacht und lässt sich nicht ausschalten. Dafür gibt es Dicke Vorhänge, die sich nur schwer zuziehen liessen und bereits an einigen Stellen aus den Rollchen gerissen waren. Es war in Summe nicht länger zu ertragen als die 6 Nächte. Die Gegend dort ist schön aber man hatte mir das Haus als „Bestes“ Hotel am Ort empfohlen… da möchte ich die anderen lieber nicht mehr ausprobieren. Das Steak im Restaurant war sehr gut!

I only stayed 1 night at this hotel (unfortunately) in mid-october, but I would recommend it at 100%. I knew it was off downtown, but I have heard you can commute easily to see all the tourist spots downtown Barcelona. Honestly, I enjoyed a lot more being off and I appreciated so much being so close to the water and a very long boardwalk. Some people would argue/critic that it is far away, but I would not. For me it was extremely convenient to also stay close to the airport, and there were no annoyances like in so many other places (like poorly behaved uneducated tourists, lots of noise, loud bars and clubs, etc). It was extremely clean, and the bed was super comfortable. I tried the terrasse restaurant and everything I ate/drank was delicious. I wish I could have stayed longer to also enjoy the pool (it was crystal clear), but I had to leave. Barcelona is a very expensive city, so be aware that the taxi from the airport to this spot will be between 24 and 30 Euros, single ride). The are had numerous cafés, restaurants but I cannot say anything about nightlife. It was very quiet, since the room is very well isolated. Thanks to the nice staff that made me have a very pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend and/or come back !!

Chambre propre et personnel gentil. Une lumière s'allumait pendant la nuit - nous avons aviser le personnel, ils ont été très coopératifs. Plage accessible ou on peut prendre une grande marche. Beaucoup de restaurants autour.

Hotel venido a menos, se nota la falta de mantenimiento en elementos exteriores y en la propia habitación, no se han molestado ni en pintar de nuevo las habitaciones desde que lo inauguraron y el colmo es que ni siquiera fumigan, nos encontramos una cucaracha tamaño metro de Barcelona o Nueva York paseando por la habitación… Un hotel de esa categoría y con precios de casi 300€/noche no se puede permitir esas cosas y lo peor aún es que cuándo me queje y que quería hablar con el/la director/a me dijeron que era fin de semana y que hasta el lunes pero el chico de la recepción, muy franco el y que no tenía nada de culpa, me dijo qué igualmente dudaba que me llamarían (me iba ese domingo y deje nota de que al menos me llamaran para darme explicaciones por ese incidente ya que soy cliente habitual, bueno lo dejo de ser porque he cancelado las otras reservas que tenía con ellos) así que con ese lo digo todo. Resumen hotel que no vale lo que pagas y que te atracan con desayunos de 20€/persona y que no se preocupan ni lo más mínimo después de un incidente como ese.. Recomendación? Probad con Playafels, Bel Air o Masd…en fin muy decepcionado con el trato recibido

Lucation is great, we were on the 1st floor steps away from the pool and beach. The room is fine, but the shower offers ZERO privacy and there's no place to hang a towel so when you walk out, the floor gets wet. Also- no luggage rack nor sustainable practices. All staff were helpful except for 1 person & management was great when we brought it to their attention. Breakfast buffet is sub-par compared to other 4 & 5 star hotels. Location, comfy bed, and cleanliness were the best things about it.

Room was fairly clean. Ability to control the temperature and water view from room and balcony were amazing. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom and shower placement weren’t preferred. Restaurant expensive. Better options within walking distance. Breakfast is for a fee. Pool looked beautiful.

Interessante Zimmer, Dusche mit Meerblick ;-) Super Ausblick. Frühstück OK, etwas teuer für was es war.

Dommage qu en basse saison, nous n ayons pas une chambre vue mers pour un prix accesible. Chambre sympa mais peu pratique car pas de bureau pour travailler. Personnel très agréable

The hallways are Extremely dark w dim blue lighting, very odd!! The shower placement in the middle of the room behind the bed was also very odd! Turning the shower on was also difficult, toiletries were limited. Sink placement also odd. Safe in a wheeled cart kinda defeats the purpose! The view of the sea was spectacular. Unfortunately, we had to keep the drapes (hard to pull and broken) closed due to privacy ie when taking a shower etc We only stayed one night before leaving for the airport the next day so we made do but definitely would not recommend staying here for any length of time.

Beautiful hotel, great location. I felt the clerk when I checked in did not appreciate my business. I was told when I arrived I would need to wait to check in, “try in an hour or two”. I am a female traveler, my brother arrived 10 minutes later and was checked in immediately.

The staff at the dONNA hotel was extremely kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet was filled with fresh fruit, bread, great coffee, and the staff always asked if we wanted any eggs or cooked items. We are definitely wanting to visit again.

I loved my time at dONNA hotel. It was really beautiful by the sea. I would say that it felt a little bit like scruffy around the edges as though maybe it needs some minor renovations to bring it back to how it was when originally constructed (which I don't think was long ago), such as the carpet/tiles in the bedroom were peeling up in some areas. There was a lot of scuffed paint. The beds/pillows were not very comfortable for such an up market hotel I would have expected better. It was quite difficult to get the attention of the staff e.g. by the pool or in the restaurant, but when you did, they were really brilliant and very helpful. They One word of warning...it says on hotels.com that all city view rooms have a balcony/patio, which isn't true. Only ground floor city view rooms have patio. So I told reception that I was expecting a patio/balcony, and she upgraded us to a poolside sea view room with privtlate patio, which was incredible, and I was very grateful. If I had not had this room, I think I would have felt like the hotel was quite expensive. The breakfast was also a bit disappointing, the hot food was tepid. Not a great selection, bad coffee. However when the breakfast buffet went away and lunch/dinner came out, the restaurant really shines. The restaurant menu is absolutely delicious! Great food. And a lovely busy atmosphere all day with hotel guests and outside guests flooding into the restaurant for lunch. Overall a great stay, minor room for improvement.

The staff was amazing and so accommodating! Hassan was the best! He made sure we were taken care of! Couldn’t have asked for nicer people!!! P.S The view from our room was beautiful!!!😊❤️🌴

Der Strand und Pool waren direkt vor dem Hotel. Das Frühstück war hervorragend! Das Zimmer war gut, jedoch fehlten einpaar Haken zum Aufhängen von Kleidung und Handtüchern. Der Aufenthalt war dennoch sehr angenehm.

Wir würden das Hotel sofort wieder buchen. Busanbindung nach Barcelona direkt vor der Tür. Zum Flughafen 10 min per Taxi. Perfekt!!! Leider ist die Kommunikation mit dem Personal (ausser Rezeption) in Englisch nicht ganz so einfach. Dies scheint aber ein genereller Sachverhalt dort zu sein?

Great Hotel! Loved the Area. Lots of great places to eat. The beach is great. Super family friendly.

Great stay, beach right in the back of hotel with nice broad walk to run. Lots of restaurants but no souvenir stores in the area. Only bad thing is transportation into downtown Barcelona area. You must take multiple buses/trains which may run on different schedule posted. It’s easier to take bus L194 to metro Gothic neighborhood.

Great location and comfortable

Very well located in front of the beach. Definitely prefer room with sea view. Room quite big and confortable. Nice shower. Dinner room a bit quiet not incitatîng new hosts to come. Breakfast OK. Not excellent but ok. Parking free on the street in winter time.

definetly not a 4 star superior hotel. on the first look everything looks good but if you look closer its dirty, damaged or old. the worst were pigeons walking and eating on the breakfest buffet and nobody of the service crew cared about.
