Four Points by Sheraton Houston Intercontinental Airport

The staff were amazing and super helpful.

We had to change our room due to a large group of kids on our floor, running up and down the hallway. The receptionist didn't seem very helpful in that regard. The hotel is not a typical Sheraton by any means, with poorly painted areas showing, an elevator not functioning properly and room keys not always working.

The shuttle came quickly once I called to inform the front desk that I had arrived. The driver, Steve, was very professional, courteous and helpful. He loaded and unloaded my bags and helped me to my room. The room itself was nice and clean. My checkout was quick and the shuttle was waiting for those of us for departure. That return trip to the airport was quick and the driver very friendly and helpful as well. All I all, it was a great experience.

Staff was extraordinarily responsive in getting the shuttle to pick me up within minutes of my arrival at the airport. The bar staff was welcoming and the front desk ladies were super courteous. They are doing some construction on the floors, so other than that being an eye sore when you get off of the elevator, the hotel was very clean and modern. I would stay there again.
