Hotel Silver

Un hotel que conocemos y nos alojamos prácticamente desde que se construyó, el tiempo ha pasado y las habitaciones necesitarían un poco de cariño para que estén perfectas, pero está bastante acorde al precio, lo único negativo es que me parece caro el aparcamiento, y más cuando el hotel Elda cuesta mucho menos y lo da gratis, además el acceso al hotel es complicado, sobre todo cuando llegas de noche la primera vez, no hay cartel donde indique la entrada.

Al personal de la recepción le falta un poco de simpatía. Las instalaciones están bien y las mantienen limpias.

It's a decent, budget hotel.

I have been here a few times over the years and it has always been a bit ropey but it's cheap. I turned up to find I had to drive through a construction site to get to the entrance to park. Parking has never cost here but I was surprised to now find out that I had to pay 35pln (£7) to park in what can only be described as a construction site for a hotel which you cannot reasonably access by foot. There are no facilities at this hotel, no restaurant, vending machine, so if you had managed to walk there, you would have to walk through the construction site and up the highway to get anything. I told the receptionist that the car park was not worth 35pln and she told me that it's not her decision to charge for it. Great. Totally understand its not her call but maybe a little better response might have stopped me walking out and going to a better place just up the road. The car park charge was the tipping point for an already poor decision of mine to stay here because it was cheaper by a few pounds and the charge was just a blatant money grab. It's obvious I wouldn't get a refund, but it was out of principle that I left to find somewhere else. This hotel is the first in Bydgoszcz to be added to my never consider again list of bad hotels.

A really nice room with a modern feeling. Easy check in. There is a direct tram from the railway station as its a bit out of town, the hotel is in between stops so whichever stop you use you will need to walk about 5 minutes to the hotel in one direction or the other.
