Amei! Achei interessante você acionar tudo pelas chaves no celular. Vale reforçar, que você precisa ter sempre internet para não ficar na mão. Ao entrar no elevador, na lavanderia(maravilhosa opção), no seu quarto ou até na porta principal dependendo do horário, é tudo acionado pelas chaves on line no seu celular. O meu espaço era melhor do que da foto, Linda vista, amei tudo!

A tatty and careworn ‘hotel’. Poorly furnished and poorly equipped. The advertised ‘kitchenette’ had a kettle and a microwave, but NO utensils - but they could be hired for CHF15….!!! We didn’t bother. The picture in the advert bore no resemblance to our room. We were disturbed throughout the night by party-like noise from another room on our corridor.

Boa estadia em Lugano, a localização era ótima, espaço do quarto também, ficamos apenas 2 noites, mas no atendeu bem. Mas por se tratar de um quarto com uma mini cozinha, esperava que tivesse itens como pratos, talheres e alguns itens básicos, caso quisesse preparar o próprio café da manhã.

Boa estadia em Lugano, a localização era ótima, espaço do quarto também, ficamos apenas 2 noites, mas no atendeu bem. Mas por se tratar de um quarto com uma mini cozinha, esperava que tivesse itens como pratos, talheres e alguns itens básicos, caso quisesse preparar o próprio café da manhã.

Basic property about a mile from the train station in Lugano with limited dining options nearby. Our room had 2 beds and a small kitchenette with almost no dishes (so if you want to actually use the kitchenette you’ll need to bring your own). The stay was comfortable for the price, but rooms are on a busy street so it gets quite loud if a window is open. I would not recommend this stay to light sleepers!

Il personale è stato gentilissimo, ha reso la permanenza veramente tranquilla e sono stati sempre disponibili ad aiutare e a dare informazioni con molta gentilezza e cordialità. L’hotel ha la fermata del bus per Lugano centro proprio di fronte, raggiungibile anche a piedi. La struttura è pulita e ordinata così come le camere.

Very small for three people. Seemed very damp. The location was good. 15 minute walk to the centre of the city or the bus stop was right outside the hotel. Staff were friendly. Very expensive place to eat.

We stayed at this hotel for one night on our journey from Lake Como to Zurich. Website information is little misleading that this location is walkable to Lugano train station. But its 1.5 km from station, but there is bus stop opposite to the hotel. This looked like apartment coverted to hotel. very basic ameneties. Hotel staff was good and provided details for late check in, but did not give correct details about bus in the morning to go to train station. One couple helped us in the morning with bus details and we were able to reach station on time to catch 6:35 am train. It is very hard to find cab in this area. Bus is preferable, so please make sure you have enough details about bus schedules. I would not recommend this hotel until you have very short stay to catch an early train.

Il personale è stato gentilissimo, ha reso la permanenza veramente tranquilla e sono stati sempre disponibili ad aiutare e a dare informazioni con molta gentilezza e cordialità. L’hotel ha la fermata del bus per Lugano centro proprio di fronte, raggiungibile anche a piedi. La struttura è pulita e ordinata così come le camere.

We stayed at this hotel for one night on our journey from Lake Como to Zurich. Website information is little misleading that this location is walkable to Lugano train station. But its 1.5 km from station, but there is bus stop opposite to the hotel. This looked like apartment coverted to hotel. very basic ameneties. Hotel staff was good and provided details for late check in, but did not give correct details about bus in the morning to go to train station. One couple helped us in the morning with bus details and we were able to reach station on time to catch 6:35 am train. It is very hard to find cab in this area. Bus is preferable, so please make sure you have enough details about bus schedules. I would not recommend this hotel until you have very short stay to catch an early train.

It is only 15mins walk to city center and hotel will also provide city pass for tourist for free. You can take a bus to connect to town, too. If you are on the road trip, hotel will provide parking area with additional charge. And also can pay for cooking set.

Very small for three people. Seemed very damp. The location was good. 15 minute walk to the centre of the city or the bus stop was right outside the hotel. Staff were friendly. Very expensive place to eat.

Spacious, bright, clean, comfortable room. Short walk to the lake in the Paradiso area and abot 15mims easy walk along the lakeside to Lugano centre. The Guest House is a lot better on the inside than it looks on the outside!! We opted to pay for parking space at the guest house €20 euros. Street an meter parking is nightmare in Lugano area but there are several pay parking garages fairly close by. We would stay there again if the xhance arose.

Good location by a bus stop. Beds in one area, small kitchenette area, and bathroom. All of the essentials. The air conditioning could have been better, but if you’re on a higher floor where you can open a window it probably would have been fine. Our first level room was right against the outside sidewalk.

Great hotel in between Lugano and Paradiso that is easily walkable to both. Parking in the area is a bit tricky but we opted to pay for the hotel's parking and just walk around during our stay. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Room was spacious enough with comfortable beds and a decent size bathroom. The mini fridge was also quite large and came in super handy to keep our food cool which we purchased from a nearby grocery store. Only thing I wished was different would be to include some basic amenities in the kitchen like cutlery and a coffee machine with pods (i.e. Nespresso or other). We weren't planning to cook any food but would've been nice to have a coffee in the morning and be able to eat some snacks from the store without needing to rely on our own disposable cutlery.

They claim that they have a free parking and there wasn't. Had asked for it queen bed and they give us two separate beds for people who are in their honeymoon. The pillows felt like they were filled with cardboard. The staff were not present and when I called them they said if you don't like it you can leave. There was a shared balcony that Lord the privacy of the guests because people were walking in the balcony and they could look into your room. The mattress was hard. Very very poor quality it was not worth more than 30 bucks a night.
