Das Hotel liegt für geplante Ausflüge ins Umland günstig. Das Parken im Hotel kostet 20,-€, allerdings kann man in den Seitenstraßen für 6,-€ parken (Sonn- und Feiertag frei!) Die Auswahl beim Frühstück könnte etwas üppiger ausfallen. Leider keine Lademöglichkeit für E-Bikes.

The staff were very friendly and the bar was ideal for having a tipple before retiring to bed. The breakfast had a good choice of hot and cold food although as it was busy, they could have had more staff clearing the tables. Over all a very pleasant stay.

Fijn hotel op loopafstand van centrum Aken. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet en snelle receptie service. Minpuntjes: deel van de douche kwam er steeds af. Pomp met lotion was leeg; niet aangevuld in de dagen dat we er waren. Liftgedoe met pasje en uitrijden uit de garage gaf ook steeds problemen.

Nice and easy hotel for a good price. Everything was clean and very helpful staff. Parking was good, although tight to get in. easy to walk to town centre (2.5 km).

Geen enkele negatieve opmerking te bedenken. Vlotte, vriendelijke service aan het onthaal. Mooi hotel, ruime, comfortabele kamers. Uitstekend ontbijtbuffet. Handige ondergrondse parking. Op wandelafstand van het voetbalstadion van Alemannia Aachen, en bushaltes vlakbij om naar het stadscentrum te kunnen rijden.

This hotel has gone downhill recently. They did not clean my room on the first day, despite me asking for this. When it was cleaned a few things were missed (some towels and tea bags not replaced). The breakfast was disappointing compared to what we saw previously - this time no eggs, hot chocolate or pancake syrup. The fruit, ham and yoghurt selection was not replenished. The fitness room did not have water, towels or cleaning wipes. Apart from that, the room is comfortable and quiet, and we like the location for Carolus Therme. There’s a supermarket close by.

Das einzige Manko ist dass es kein Restaurant gibt wie beschrieben auf der Website. Eigentlich schade denn ich hab mit der Rezeption geredet und die haben gesagt man kann an der Bar was essen aber es ist halt alles tiefgekühlte Ware wo aufgewärmt wird, wie zum Beispiel Pizza etc. Und das ist finde ich vor allem für Leute wo geschäftlich unterwegs sind ein Manko denn wenn man von der Arbeit zurückkommt ist man froh dass man im Hotel etwas anständiges essen kann.

Très déçu, le nettoyage est moyen, cheveux sur les serviettes, trace sur le robinet, l´isolation est limite, on entend le voisin marché dans sa chambres et cela raisonne, la clim fait un bruit monstrueux il est impossible de dormir avec, le petit déjeuner n´est pas terrible en terme de choix, les oeufs a la coque sont trop cuit, il n´y a pas assez de plateaux, de tasses et de verres, 265€ cela ne les vaut pas, je n´irais plus.

Musste leider nach dem Checkin um Zimmerwechsel bitten, da das erste Zimmer nicht sauber war (Blutflecken oder ähnlich im Bad auf dem Boden) und auch die Toilettenspülung nicht funktionierte. Das 2. Zimmer war völlig i.O.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, mein Zimmer war ausreichend groß, die Betten angenehm und das Bad sehr gut. Das Frühstück ist gut und bietet für jeden etwas, fällt im Vergleich mit anderen Häusern dieser Kategorie jedoch leicht ab. Was mich massiv gestört hat, waren die ständig sehr laut ins Schloss fallenden Türen der Hotelzimmer. Der Softchließmechanismus ist keiner und so bescheren einem die Türen der anderen Zimmer bis spät in die Nacht ein lautes Knallen.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, mein Zimmer war ausreichend groß, die Betten angenehm und das Bad sehr gut. Das Frühstück ist gut und bietet für jeden etwas, fällt im Vergleich mit anderen Häusern dieser Kategorie jedoch leicht ab. Was mich massiv gestört hat, waren die ständig sehr laut ins Schloss fallenden Türen der Hotelzimmer. Easy to find hotel in good location. This hotel has friendly professional staff who look after you during your stay. From check in to checkout they were both knowledgeable and courteous. Rooms are usual Hampton by Hilton clean and comfortable. The room we had was at the side and was very quiet and allowed a good nights sleep. Overall we had no complaints.

Kamer was mooi en netjes. Hoewel we aan de straatkant zaten, hoorden we niets van lawaai. Het ontbijt was beperkt maar lekker. Aan de receptie praatten ze alleen maar Duits. Voor ons niet echt een probleem maar van een hotel waar toch veel toeristen zitten, zou je toch een minimum kennis van Engels verwachten bij het personeel

Premier séjour en Allemagne en hôtel et le personnel ne sourit pas c'est sûr! Hors de question de généraliser. La gestion du petit déjeuner a été catastrophique. Arrivés à 9h30 pour une clôture annoncée pour 10 h. C'est tôt, j'ai souvent vu 11h ailleurs dans le monde. Comme il y a beaucoup de monde, il manque . On pense avoir le temps de revenir mais à 10h02, le personnel ferme l'accès via un rideau. Quelques personnes sont encore à l'intérieur 2,3 personnes se précipitent pour avoir un dernier café. Las, tout est déjà débranché et une employée CRIE de sortir car il est 10h!! Jamais vu une telle aggressivité vis-à-vis de clients.

All was good and according to expectations. Breakfast is excellent and the hotel is very, very nice, and cosy. And although we had a not so good experience with the two morning receptionists when we got there, not so helpful towards our demands and a little haughty towards us, their evening and night colleagues realy showed a DIFFERENT attitude and were very nice and super professional.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I’m very satisfied with my experience. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The staff was polite and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. I would recommend this hotel and will definitely return on my next trip!

Mir wurde ein höherer Betrag abgebucht, der über den Rechnungsbetrag hinaus ging. Auf meine Rückfrage bei der Rezeption würde es sich um eine nicht vereinbarte Reservierungsgebühr handeln, über die weder informiert werden müsste, noch dass diese in der Rechnung berücksichtigt werden sollte. Meines Erachtens handelt es sich um vorsätzliche Täuschung der Kunden und um falsche Rechnungsstellung.

L'hotel non è centrale ma è comodo per chi viaggia in auto e per raggiungere Tivoli; per raggiungere la città vecchia ci vogliono in genere 15-25 minuti a piedi o un breve tragitto in autobus. Gli ospiti apprezzano anche le fermate dell'autobus nelle vicinanze e l'accesso a un supermercato.

Sauber, freundlich, modern. Frühstücksbuffet mit großer Auswahl und auch einigen täglich wechselnden Komponenten. Wir haben im Parkhaus Tivoli geparkt, kostet 5€/24h und beinhaltet Park&Ride-Ticket in die City und zurück für 5 Personen. Haltestelle 2 min vom Hotel entfernt. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Vi hade en bra övernattning på hotellet. Läget är en bit från centrum, det tar ca 20 minuter att gå men det är okej när man suttit i bilen en hel dag. Helt okej frukost och personalen var tillmötesgående och trevliga. Sängen var lite för hård för vår smak, i övrigt var rummet bra och rent.

Belle chambre, lit confortable, insonorisé, beau décor. Secteur tranquille. L'hôtel était très bien entretenu. Le stationnement intérieur est payant et c'est un peu à l'étroit. Le déjeuner inclus était vraiment bon. Il y avait beaucoup de choix et le personnel était très gentil. A distance de marche du Centre-Ville, environ 15 minutes.

Also ich war heute in der Früh beim Frühstück richtig erstaunt als ich nach Rührei fragte weil ich nur hartgekochte Eier im Buffet fand, der Kellner erklärte mir das sie entweder gekochte Eier an dem einem und Rührei an dem anderen Tag hätten . Das Programm läuft unter dem Namen Kostenreduzierung!! Als Antwort fiel mir darauf wirklich nix ein und bestätigt mich mit meiner Annahme das Deutschland ein kulinarisches Entwicklungsland ist

Très déçu, le nettoyage est moyen, cheveux sur les serviettes, trace sur le robinet, l´isolation est limite, on entend le voisin marché dans sa chambres et cela raisonne, la clim fait un bruit monstrueux il est impossible de dormir avec, le petit déjeuner n´est pas terrible en terme de choix, les oeufs a la coque sont trop cuit, il n´y a pas assez de plateaux, de tasses et de verres, 265€ cela ne les vaut pas, je n´irais plus.

Premier séjour en Allemagne en hôtel et le personnel ne sourit pas c'est sûr! Hors de question de généraliser. La gestion du petit déjeuner a été catastrophique. Arrivés à 9h30 pour une clôture annoncée pour 10 h. C'est tôt, j'ai souvent vu 11h ailleurs dans le monde. Comme il y a beaucoup de monde, il manque . On pense avoir le temps de revenir mais à 10h02, le personnel ferme l'accès via un rideau. Quelques personnes sont encore à l'intérieur 2,3 personnes se précipitent pour avoir un dernier café. Las, tout est déjà débranché et une employée CRIE de sortir car il est 10h!! Jamais vu une telle aggressivité vis-à-vis de clients.

The staff were very friendly and the bar was ideal for having a tipple before retiring to bed. The breakfast had a good choice of hot and cold food although as it was busy, they could have had more staff clearing the tables. Over all a very pleasant stay.

The stay was as usual very comfortable in an excellent atmosphere. The rooms are very super comfortable beds. The breakfast room can be a crowded at peak times, but included breakfast is very good with something for for all.

This hotel has gone downhill recently. They did not clean my room on the first day, despite me asking for this. When it was cleaned a few things were missed (some towels and tea bags not replaced). The breakfast was disappointing compared to what we saw previously - this time no eggs, hot chocolate or pancake syrup. The fruit, ham and yoghurt selection was not replenished. The fitness room did not have water, towels or cleaning wipes. Apart from that, the room is comfortable and quiet, and we like the location for Carolus Therme. There’s a supermarket close by.

Das einzige Manko ist dass es kein Restaurant gibt wie beschrieben auf der Website. Eigentlich schade denn ich hab mit der Rezeption geredet und die haben gesagt man kann an der Bar was essen aber es ist halt alles tiefgekühlte Ware wo aufgewärmt wird, wie zum Beispiel Pizza etc. Und das ist finde ich vor allem für Leute wo geschäftlich unterwegs sind ein Manko denn wenn man von der Arbeit zurückkommt ist man froh dass man im Hotel etwas anständiges essen kann.

Very standard. Quite expensive considering what you get. The breakfast buffet was not particularly good and felt slightly below standard. Overall, the hotel had more of a motel feel to it. The room looks fine on the surface, but it feels like it has simply been given a cosmetic makeover. Pull slightly on some of the panels or fittings and they feel like they are about to fall apart. There was no fridge in the room, and the information provided was very limited. I don’t think room service was available, but I couldn’t find any information about it either. In general, the level of information for guests was poor. The rooms are also quite small.
