The price and convenience to the train station was excellent. It wasn't a "seedy" neighborhood either. The place was clean and perfectly fine as a clean, warm, bright place to stay. I didn't see an elevator, and there are no extras that I saw outside of a hairdryer.

The place is proper. The parking place is terrible. They should break down the wall between the lines! And give signs on the street! Because if you arrive you can't park your car somewhere to check in. Its on a main street with a lot of traffic. They should put a board outside the entrance of the alley of the garage. And put more sensore light. For its too dark in the evening to walk. The next morning they fixed the garage without telling us and you can't go out until after 12.00 o'clock. You stuck there! Terrible!!! They should inform the customers cause we alrezdy pay for it.

Zimmer ruhig und sauber, gut und zweckmässig ausgeststtet. Lift funktionierte zu jeder Zeit. Personal freundlich. Zum Duschen kam lauwarmes Wasser nach 10 min Vorlauf. Rezeption bei Ankunft nicht besetzt. Die an der geschlossenen Tür angebrachte Telefonnummer lief in der geschlossenen Rezeption auf. Macht für mich keinen Sinn. Parkplätze in der Umgebung meiner Meinung nach sehr teuer.

Leider hatte ich dieses Mal das Zimmer 202. das Zimmer hat keinen Zugang zum Lift. Ich musste meinen Koffer die Treppe runter tragen!, Ich bin 85 Jahre alt und das war für mich beschwerlich. Ich bin zum vierten Mal im Best Price gewesen. Für mich ist die Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof ausschlaggebend für meine Buchung. Im Allgemeinen ist es für mich okay. Und ich werde wieder im Best Price absteigen.

Alles in allem gut. Die Lage so nah am Bahnhof ist super. Das Zimmer war recht geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Die Zimmer in den oberen Etagen sind mittels steilen und kurzen Treppentritten zu erreichen. Wer nicht so gut zu Fuss ist sollte sich eher ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss oder 1. Stock buchen. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Zwischendurch den Boden kurz saugen oder aufwischen wäre top.

Das Hotel ist sehr veraltet und das Zimmer war auch ziemlich dreckig. Als wir etwas gesagt haben wurde das Bettzeug und die Handtücher ausgetauscht. Die Toilettenspülung hat nur manchmal funktioniert. Das Frühstück ist für die Auswahl auch etwas teuer. Man hat sich nicht so wohl gefühlt dort. Aber für eine Nacht geht es.

This is a budget hotel, saying that the room was spotless, a good size with plenty of power points and a working tv. The bath was really clean with added extras such as tissues, shower gel and hand wash plus a huge lighted mirror and a small but powerful hairdryer. Really impressed especially for the price.

Easy to locate, directly opposite the main railway station. About a 10 minute walk to the city centre. Extremely clean but fairly basic accommodation. For the price it was well worth it.

Budget hotel so don't expect too much. The room is ok sizewise, the bed is very good. Cleanliness was good too. But ask for a room in the back because the front is on a noisy avenue and there is no ventilation system. So its either open window for air with the noise, or closed window without airing. The bathroom was ok but smelled of moist.

OK val om du reiser på budsjett. Nær togstasjonen, men eit stykke frå bykjernen. Ingen aircondition, så det kan bli veldig varmt om sommaren. Vi fekk rom ut mot vegen, som gjorde at vi ikkje kunne lufte om natta pga. trafikken. Frukosten var grei.

OK val om du reiser på budsjett. Nær togstasjonen, men eit stykke frå bykjernen. Ingen aircondition, så det kan bli veldig varmt om sommaren. Vi fekk rom ut mot vegen, som gjorde at vi ikkje kunne lufte om natta pga. trafikken. Frukosten var grei.

Conveniently located hotel within walking distance to the city center, and right across from the train station. Somewhat noisy at night because of that, but no big deal. The rooms are big, but basic. No kettles, refrigerators, microwaves, or anything like that. Not even a kettle in the common area for hot water. No cleaning service, and limited front desk staff.

kamer zeer steriel, een nepbloemetje zou al leuk zijn. maar netjes, zeer groot. goed bed. gebouw wel zeer gehorig. En helaas werd er gerookt op een binnenplaats wat als je graag met ramen open slaapt vervelend is. Denk aan milieuvignet als u de binnenstad in wil met auto of gebruik park and ride systeem.

It is basic, but it so handy for the train station. The room is small, but fine, the bathroom is also fine. It's just fine. It's all fine. Comfier chairs would be nice (maybe fine?), but for €50-odd a night, you could do a lot worse. I find hotel breakfasts, the participants, really depressing, so just used to pop 30 meters around the corner and get coffee and a roĺl from the bakery nearby. The location really is great. Nice(ish) staff, they communicated to me in a language I've never heatd before. If you're waiting for a train, there's a cracking bar seconds away. I'd go back quite happily. Downside, the check-in time is balls. You cant even drop your bags so have to use lockers at the staiom.

Travelodge type hotel in great location for boarding the train the next day and easy walk into the beautiful old town. Moaz on reception was very helpful and suggested trying the traditional Dom Keller to sample the local beers, which had a fantastic atmosphere.

Für eine Nacht genutzt. Die sehr kurze Anbindung zum Hauptbahnhof und dem örtlichen ÖPNV des Hotels war mir sehr wichtig. Mein Zimmer war sauber, aber nur mäßig ausgestattet (kein Tresor, Fön oder Wasserkocher). Als meine Zimmer-Zugangskarte mal nicht funktionierte, konnte mir schnell mit einer neuen Karte geholfen werden. Preis ist unschlagbar. Top Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

Praktisch omdat het dicht bij het station is. Verwacht geen service. Bijvoorbeeld de receptie zat dicht bij aankomst en telefoon nummer (op de deur) werd niet beantwoord. Medewerker was even koffie drinken. Vervelend na een reis van 4,5 uur. Personeel bij ontbijt ook onverschillig.

Zimmer ruhig und sauber, gut und zweckmässig ausgeststtet. Lift funktionierte zu jeder Zeit. Personal freundlich. Zum Duschen kam lauwarmes Wasser nach 10 min Vorlauf. Rezeption bei Ankunft nicht besetzt. Die an der geschlossenen Tür angebrachte Telefonnummer lief in der geschlossenen Rezeption auf. Macht für mich keinen Sinn. Parkplätze in der Umgebung meiner Meinung nach sehr teuer.

It was fine. Very basic. The price is right. No one on the desk before 14:00. Quiet at the back. Windows open. Plenty of heat. Another hook in the bathroom would be nice and some extra hangers for clothes.

Es ist eine zweckmäßig eingerichtete Unterkunft mit gutem Bett und Fernseher in Bahnhofsnähe. Auf meine Unterbringungswünsche wurde eingegangen.

I was inter railing so being 50 yards from the Hauptbahnhof at a reasonable price was excellent. Decent restaurants and cafes around and lots more in the Altstadt. Nice city too.

Easy to locate, directly opposite the main railway station. About a 10 minute walk to the city centre. Extremely clean but fairly basic accommodation. For the price it was well worth it.

Perfect place for a short visit. I was 3 nights at BestPrice and I had a good night sleep. That's all i was looking for. Opposite of central trainstation, many buses stop there and a nice walk to the city center. A nice supermarket in the trainstation or a big rewe just 5 minutes away. Restaurants in the area too. Best Price Quality ... I will be back!

Perfect location close to the central station. Not easy to find, since the entrance door is small and with no name...... The room was large and perfect. I will use the hotel again next time I will visit Aachen.

Vom Hotel Aachen Hauptbahnhof ist dringend abzuraten. Von einem Hotel am Hauptbahnhof kann man erwarten, dass die Rezeption rund um die Uhr besetzt ist. Hätte ich am Nachmittag um meine Ankunftszeit mitzuteilen nicht angerufen, ich hätte die Nacht vergeblich bezahlt. Auch dass erst um 8 Uhr Frühstück möglich ist, ist unverständlich, denn da fahren die ersten Züge wieder los.

Vom Hotel Aachen Hauptbahnhof ist dringend abzuraten. Von einem Hotel am Hauptbahnhof kann man erwarten, dass die Rezeption rund um die Uhr besetzt ist. OK val om du reiser på budsjett. Nær togstasjonen, men eit stykke frå bykjernen. Ingen aircondition, så det kan bli veldig varmt om sommaren. Vi fekk rom ut mot vegen, som gjorde at vi ikkje kunne lufte om natta pga. trafikken. Frukosten var grei.

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt bei Reise mit der Bahn ist die Lage am Hauptbahnhof prima. Zimmer ausgestattet mit Bett, Schreibtisch, 1 Stuhl, Kleiderbügeln - alles sauber und absolut okay für den Preis. Bad: Klein, aber sauber, Dusche funktioniert gut. Becher fürs Zähneputzen muss man mitbringen (wenn man möchte). Alles in allem als spartanisch, aber vertretbar - und preislich dann auch okay. Frühstück im Haus: einfach. Preis 8,90 Euro ist da auch noch okay, weil Kaffeeautomat mit Wahlmöglichkeiten bereitsteht und Trinkbares liefert.

Am Sonntag gab es keine Brötchen zum Frühstück, obwohl gegenüber der Hauptbahnhof mit zwei bis drei Bäckern ist. Es wurden drei Pakete Brot einfach hingestellt, nicht einmal aus der Tüte genommen. Das hatte ich so in einem Hotel noch nie erlebt. Wir haben uns dann selbst Brötchen noch gekauft.

Am Sonntag gab es keine Brötchen zum Frühstück, obwohl gegenüber der Hauptbahnhof mit zwei bis drei Bäckern ist. Es wurden drei Pakete Brot einfach hingestellt, nicht einmal aus der Tüte genommen. Das hatte ich so in einem Hotel noch nie erlebt. Wir haben uns dann selbst Brötchen noch gekauft.

Booked it for a week of Holiday in Aachen. Good location, friendly desk staff. Some not so nice points: room didnt get cleaned all the week. Only new towels provided and bin emptied. Breakfast was alright, but overbooked. Far to small breakfast area with max 25 seats but possibly at least 50 bookings. You had to join the queue for a table... Around the hotel: good options for a quick snack. Very good breakfast options just next to the Hotel with the Moss Bakery!

Preiswerte Übernachtungsmöglichkeit für eine Nacht. Sauber, Frühstück für den Preis in Ordnung. Übergardinen im Zimmer hingen z.T. herunter. Stores wären außerdem gut, um im Erdgeschoss Privatsphäre zu haben.

The room was overall nice and clean. The only issue we had was that during our first check-in we mentioned that we wanted to stay on the first floor (our original room was on the ground floor). The following day, no further communication happened so we assumed that we continue to stay in the same room. But when we got back to our room the next night at 11pm we realized that our room was changed without any information and we were locked out of our room as the key card did not work for either of the rooms. We called the contact number and we were informed that we recieved an email about it, when we actually didn't. In the end we were given the new room key and the problem was solved but it wasn't a nice experience. Additionally, our personal belongings were carried by the staff without our knowledge and permission. We thank the staff for their help with our request, but it wasn't executed the way we would like it to be. We still recommend the place as it was clean and staff was helpful.
