This was an ideal location near Covent Garden, Embankment Tube Station and Charing Cross. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room reminded me of an efficiency apartment with several eco-friendly features that took a minute to figure out. We shared a twin room. The separate beds were right next to each other with barely any space between. One of us had to climb over the first bed to get to the other. There was a big storage drawer underneath the beds that we used for our suitcases and backpacks. There is a fold-down table with folding chairs in case you needed to work or eat in the room. There were 2 sinks - one in the kitchenette area and the other in the room with the beds. The compact bathroom has only a shower and toilet as well as a towel heater. While not the most spacious and functional of hotel rooms, the price was reasonable and it was convenient to many places we planned to visit as well as the tube stations.

The staff was very accommodating.

🏨 Great Location, but Cleanliness Needs Improvement The room is relatively small, but it’s manageable if well organized. The main issue was cleanliness—there were toothpaste stains in the sink and a leftover chocolate milk in the fridge. The bottles in the shower were also not properly secured. The lighting was quite dim, making it a bit difficult to see clearly (though this may be a European style). That said, the location is excellent and very convenient, and the staff were all friendly and welcoming.
