I don’t recommend this hotel, it doesn’t look near as on the pictures, the location is bed, the hotel is far from 4 star, I would give it 2 stars. Forget about Spa, nothing works.

Vi bodde på dette hotellet for 7 netter og fant den middels grei sammenlignet med mange andre hoteller. Det manglet en god del fasiliteter som Tyrkisk hamam, fungerende sauna og dårlig utvalg av frokost buffer. Inne Basseng hadde også veldig kalt vann ca 18 grader som er unormalt i slike hotell så barna ble litt skuffet. Det første suite vi fikk hadde ekstremt vond kloakk luft, men ble byttet på 5 min uten noe stress. På positive siden var det fin utsikt, relativt fresh hotell. Personell var veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme fra A til Å. Alt i alt en sterk 3.

I always stay in Centro Rotana hotel in istanbul with its wonderful location as i always have a rental car with their unde ground parking but if you dont have a car hotel car provide shuttle with very reasonable prices. Perfect view from the room on Mall of Istanbul. Room are quite and clean and staff is very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel for tourism and business.

To start with, Hotels.com website is terrible. Not only that, but also they do not listen to any feedback. - About my stay, the hotel location is isolated and hard to access. No shops or restaurants within 1.5 km. - The shower splashes around cause it is a half open concept. -amenities quality is not in line with the hotel category. - Tv software and remote are frustrating - i have tried to use the swimming pool on the 15th floor and the receptionist denied my access asking me to put a swimming headcap being the hotel Swimming pool instructions .. i do not understanding the logic .. if it is hygiene issue, well tha cap causes the head to sweat and is worse than without .. and if it is about falling hair, well body hair do also fall .. never faced this in Rotana before. And last month i stayed at the Marriott for 38 nights and yhe cap is not required. - i think I'll skip Rotana hotels in future

Staff was extremely friendly and spoke excellent English. Breakfast was tasty. Room was okay. Bed was comfy. I slept great! The floor was dirty but everything else was clean. The pool requires a head cap which was never mentioned in the description. They don’t mention the head cap until you show up and will try to sell you one and it is over priced.

First of all, this hotel is about 40 minutes away from Istanbul Airport and located directly opposite Mall of Istanbul. In terms of location, it sits between two major highways in a modern part of the city, far from Istanbul’s main tourist attractions, which are mostly in the older and historic areas. This means you’ll likely rely on taxis every day, and a round trip can cost close to £40. The hotel itself is a tall tower and stands out nicely among nearby buildings. It has a large “G Rotana” sign on top, and most drivers seem to know it simply as “Rotana.” At the entrance, there is a revolving door that’s quite inconvenient, along with a metal detector gate that feels unnecessary, as there is no proper security check and it alarms constantly. The staff speak good English, and despite arriving a couple of hours early, we were checked in without any issues. The hotel has 15 floors and around seven elevators, which means you almost never have to wait. Rooms are slightly smaller and less polished than the photos suggest, but still comfortable overall. Rooms on floors 6 and above have better views, especially at night. The bathroom was large, although some worn tiles were noticeable. Service was excellent. We requested a baby cot and received it quickly, and anything we asked for was delivered within minutes. The corner room was very spacious and the bath tub was huge! However, the floor structure of the shower did not allow for all the water to go down the drain so there was a small flood in the bathroom until the morning which was so cold to step on. The pool was great and the temperature was perfect, the kids pool was heated and the kids loved it! View was also great. I did almost trip because the staff did not mop the floor properly, was dangerous for the kids. The breakfast selection was perfect. Room service was also quick. However, the staff were so rude to me when I called to ask if we could have in-room breakfast. Check in was relatively fast, but reception did not activate my key properly which was a pain since I had to go back downstairs with two very tired and irritable kids! Overall, good stay and with a few improvements with the staff, it would have been a very good experience.

Otel beni çok şaşırttı. 919 numaralı odada kaldım ve temizlik açısından hiç iyi değildi. Oda en lüks oda olmasına rağmen perdeler aşırısı pis ve lekeler içerisindeydi. Yatak ve yastıklar hiç rahat değildi. Havuzu soğuktu, saunasıda kadın erkek ayrıydı. Tek güzel şey kahvaltıydı. Tavsiyet etmiyorum.

I stayed in 5 different hotels during my visit to Istanbul this time. Thid Rotana was unfortunately the worst. The rooms were very dirty. The first room they gave me smelled like pee, then they moved me to a suite which was also dirty with dust and stains all over the floor and smelly pillows. The lication is also inconvenient, not pedestrian friendly, you will have to take a taxi to go anywhere and not much is going on in the area beside Mall of Istanbul really. Anyway the poor cleanliness is the main reason why this Rotana is a terrible choice, I checked 2 nights early and left my nonrefundable charge because I couldn't stand the nasty bed and the dusty stained floors. I stayed in Rotanas before and they were typically great this one falls far below the standard. The interesting part is that the public areas are very clean which goes to show that the staff actually knows how to clean properly they just slack when it comes to areas where no one is checking.

Kapıda temizlik sebebiyle bekletildiğimiz odada bizi çöplük karşıladı. Parkelerde ayakkabı lekeri vardı. Yatağın altından toz kümeleri ve çikolata paketi çıktı. Havlumda saç vardı. Hijyen açısından rezalet bir deneyimdi.

Fiyatına göre fazlasıyla iyi bir oteldi. Sadece kaldığımız odanın banyosu camlıydı,perdeler vardı ama yine de rahatsız ediciydi. Genel anlamda iyi bir gece geçirdik.

The corner room was very spacious and the bath tub was huge! However, the floor structure of the shower did not allow for all the water to go down the drain so there was a small flood in the bathroom until the morning which was so cold to step on. The pool was great and the temperature was perfect, the kids pool was heated and the kids loved it! View was also great. I did almost trip because the staff did not mop the floor properly, was dangerous for the kids. The breakfast selection was perfect. Room service was also quick. However, the staff were so rude to me when I called to ask if we could have in-room breakfast. Check in was relatively fast, but reception did not activate my key properly which was a pain since I had to go back downstairs with two very tired and irritable kids! Overall, good stay and with a few improvements with the staff, it would have been a very good experience.

I booked with Expedia I went to the hotel and they said they don’t have my booking even tho I paid. I had receipt and all my information and they still asked me to pay again. Expedia tried to call them but they wouldn’t pick up. The process took almost 2 hours. The receptionist didn’t have any answers and would constantly ask his manager what to do. Stayed here for 15 days, best hotel ever. The hotel manager, Vesile, goes above and beyond for her guests. Such a caring and genuine person. She had made my stay in hotel so much better. Her team is amazing and kind. I really did enjoy the trip and I would recommend Rotana hotel in Istanbul for anyone, especially if you are going from North America as Vesile and her team are extremely accommodating. Definitely staying here again when coming to Türkiye. Beautiful place and pleasant staff.

As a military personnel, I had to cancel my reservation with a last minute operational duty change in the army unit. Although the Hotels.com rep & I tried to reach the hotel by phone, we could not do this in the first two hours of reservation. Then, after 3 hours the hotel decided to answer the phone and said that its too late for a cancellation. I've already raised an expense objection to my bank as I did not receive the servie I had paid for. Do not recommend this hotel as they leave no flexibility for customer satisfaction.

I always stay in Centro Rotana hotel in istanbul with its wonderful location as i always have a rental car with their unde ground parking but if you dont have a car hotel car provide shuttle with very reasonable prices. Perfect view from the room on Mall of Istanbul. Room are quite and clean and staff is very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel for tourism and business.

I had an excellent stay at Centro WestSide by Rotana. The highlight of my visit was the spacious Centro Corner suite, which offered plenty of space to relax and a beautiful city view. The large bathtub was a wonderful addition and made the stay feel even more luxurious. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were professional, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any request. I highly recommend Centro WestSide by Rotana to anyone visiting Istanbul and would gladly stay here again.
