Bien pour le prix. Cependant que les chambres ne sont pas toutes de dimensions égales. De plus le « balcon » n’est pas véritablement accessible pour flâner car trop étroit! Donc ne constitue pas vraiment un avantage pour la location de la chambre. Bonne climatisation. Pas d’ascenseur

Room was very small but very cute. The bathroom door looked like closet doors which was interesting and I did like that the sink was outside of the bathroom. Thank goodness for air-conditioning especially after our stay in Porto. The only downfall is no fridge- not even a tiny one but being that we were able to keep the room so cold it wasn’t too bad but we also didn’t bring anything back that required it because of that. You are definitely on a hill so no matter where you want to go you will be walking up and down on one :) it’s like 2-3 min away from The Sao Jorge castle and super close to catch the 28 tram car if you chose not to walk: 3 euros per person per ride

The bed was great. It was deceiving because reception was in another building across the street. No elevator. My husband has had back surgery and I have had 2 knee surgeries. Not good to be dragging heavy suitcases up one floor let alone 4

Very clean and lovely room but the biggest problem was bringing cases down from the 4th floor down a narrow staircase with no lift. Location was very central for the old town but busy with narrow streets and narrow pavements. Breakfast was good but in a very small busy room.

La locación de este hotel es inmejorable una maravilla en el mismo centro de Alfama precioso.El personal de este hotel súper amables. Pague la habitación más cara que tienen era amplia pero oscura no nos la dieron en el piso más alto lo cual ahora agradezco ya que no tienen elevador repito no elevador lo que hay es escaleras y no hay personal ni nadie que te ayude a subir o bajar el equipaje. La limpieza se reduce a tender la cama y limpiar el piso nunca cambiaron ni las toallas ni tan siquiera las que estaban en el suelo las toallas son lijas. A mi llegada el shower estaba lleno de pelos nunca lo Limpiaron pero era tan fácil como coger un papel y quitarlos todos como hice, el tragante del shower no tragaba bien lo que al bañarte se llena. La tasa del baño nunca la limpiaron nunca nunca. La Recepción está en el hotel de enfrente lo que siempre vas a tener que cruzar para lo que necesites inclusive para dejar las maletas cuando hagas checkout. Nada empaña a la hermosa y llena de contrastes Lisboa.

AC was excellent and kept the room cool. The balcony windows were very well sound proofed and I did not hear the street when I closed the windows. The area is very close to the Santa Luzia view point and some nice restaurants so the location itself is great. Breakfast was nice and was provided at the hotel across the street. Check in was with the hotel across the street and the staff member was very kind and helped with bags across the street to the hotel room. Staff were not present in the Santa Luzia B&B but were very close across the street which was fine by me. However public transport can be a little bit of a pain as the main tram which goes past the hotel is tram 28 which is always crowded and difficult to get on. There were no safe, fridge, or teas and coffee's facilities in the room housekeeping was also lacking. Overall a good stay if you are looking for a good, safe location but overall just a place to rest your head.

The check in process was confusing. The hotels.com listing says you need to contact the hotel 24 hours in advance for instructions. I did this and never received a response. As we were arriving around 9pm I was anxious that we wouldn’t be able to check in easily. Once we were there the sign on the front door sent us to a location across the street to check in. Once we officially found the location the woman was very nice and showed us to our room. (Back across the street.) the room was simple but in the center of town and a good location for our 1 night to explore.

The location was excellent, very walkable, the bed was ok, clean and nice. Room decor ok, good lighting. One of the windows was not able to shut close but I was able to just push the shutter and keep it warm. The bathroom felt like a closet, no fan and the odor was very strong sifting from other floors. The shower had small areas of black mold. They need to bleach it.

Das Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend, allerdings das B&B an sich nicht zu empfehlen. Mega dünne Wände, man hört jeden Schritt. Das Zimmer gleicht einer Abstellkammer. Keine Türen für Toilette und Dusche. Das Badezimmer schimmelt. Betten sehr unbequem, keine Nacht durchgeschlafen. Ab 7:00 Uhr jeden Morgen geweckt worden wegen Leuten. Wir fanden beim Packen unserer Sachen Socken von den Leuten davor. Also für den Preis würden wir es nicht mehr machen. Lage sehr weit oben, aber eigentlich in Ordnung!

Pros - Location was great, in the old town part of Lisbon with the castle and cathedral just 10 mins away. Lots of nice little cafes and restaurants in close proximity. The room itself was lovely, simple and nicely decorated. It is small with nowhere to hang clothes but it did the job for one night. Cons- The shower drain does smell! But if you keep the door shut it doesn’t impact on the bedroom area. You are on the tram line route so it is noisy outside. I slept with earplugs as I’m a light sleeper. Also you can hear people walking up and down the corridor outside and above you (I was on floor 2) If you just want a cheap and cheerful place for a night or two while you’re out exploring the city then it does the job. If you want a place you can spend time in and relax it might not be the one for you.

Spacious and clean room. Location is very central and avoids the supper busy areas. It is close to the hospital so you will hear noise at night but no issues for us. Service was very punctual and on top of items that came up.

The room itself was good, although there were mold in the bathrooms and some in the room and the AC didn't always work. You had to check-in across the street at another hotel to get your key and pay for your tourist tax. We ended up reserving an extra night a couple months before our stay (we reserved the other nights many months in advance) and instead of leaving us in the room, they switched us to another room (still unsure why, it just made them have to clean two rooms instead of one). The area around the stay was nice, very walkable, lots to see, lots to do, lots of places to eat/shop, but that did mean it was quiet noisy all the time. The reception is open from 7:30am-10:00pm, check-in being after 2pm, check-out 10am. Breakfast was 8-11am, selection of justices, coffee, teas, espresso, pastries, breads, jams, fruit, yogurts, meat and cheese, and (often cold) scrambled eggs. Be prepared for the spiral-like staircase. Not accessible.

Quarto confortável, muito limpo, bem decorado e espaçoso. Funcionários muito simpáticos e solícitos. Infelizmente, não tive acesso ao brinde (drinks de cortesia), pois o responsável por liberar esse benefício não se encontrava à noite. Com relação às instalações, o único problema a apontar é sobre o ar condicionado: vazou água durante todo o tempo em que esteve ligado, inclusive passando até o corredor da propriedade, por isso tivemos que optar por mantê-lo desligado durante a noite, apesar do calor. Informamos por mensagem neste aplicativo, mas não tivemos retorno da administração.

The location was terrific but the room sub par. No furniture except a bed and old chair. There is lots of room to put a small table or dresser that would allow a surface to put things on. Would give more stars if we hadn’t had to put things on the floor

The personnel was excellent and the daily cleaning service made the stay very comfortable. One thing to point out is that the building doesn’t reduce noise. So whenever someone enters the building or something happens outside you will hear it.

Great place to stay if you don't plan to spend much time in the hotel. The double bed room is small, with not much space outside of the bed, but it was all we needed. The bathroom was more spacious with a really nice shower. It's a quick walk to the nearest metro station, where you can get to/from the airport, and within walking distance from tons of restaurants and the Tagus. The concierge was extremely friendly and went above and beyond.

Extremely Disappointing Experience From the moment I arrived, the service was unacceptable. The receptionist was in a bad mood, unfriendly, and frankly quite rude. I had booked a room with 2 beds — one for me and one for my brother — and specifically selected a double. Instead, they gave us a room with one full-size bed and refused to change it. I also booked with breakfast included, yet the receptionist declined to honor it. On top of that, I’m an Expedia VIP/Rewards member, which means I’m supposed to receive basic perks like complimentary water bottles or small amenities. I received absolutely nothing. Overall, this stay was extremely disappointing. The lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and failure to honor what I paid for and what I’m entitled to is unacceptable. I would not stay here again and do not recommend this hotel.

Santa Luzia B&B is a charming and cozy stay in the heart of Lisbon’s historic Alfama district. The rooms are beautifully decorated, clean, and some offer lovely balcony views. Spacious and clean room. Location is very central and avoids the supper busy areas. It is close to the hospital so you will hear noise at night but no issues for us. Service was very punctual and on top of items that came up.

AC was excellent and kept the room cool. The balcony windows were very well sound proofed and I did not hear the street when I closed the windows. The area is very close to the Santa Luzia view point and some nice restaurants so the location itself is great. Breakfast was nice and was provided at the hotel across the street. Check in was with the hotel across the street and the staff member was very kind and helped with bags across the street to the hotel room. Staff were not present in the Santa Luzia B&B but were very close across the street which was fine by me. However public transport can be a little bit of a pain as the main tram which goes past the hotel is tram 28 which is always crowded and difficult to get on. There were no safe, fridge, or teas and coffee's facilities in the room housekeeping was also lacking. Overall a good stay if you are looking for a good, safe location but overall just a place to rest your head.

Very clean and lovely room but the biggest problem was bringing cases down from the 4th floor down a narrow staircase with no lift. Location was very central for the old town but busy with narrow streets and narrow pavements. Breakfast was good but in a very small busy room.

You had to check-in across the street at another hotel to get your key and pay for your tourist tax. We ended up reserving an extra night a couple months before our stay (we reserved the other nights many months in advance) and instead of leaving us in the room, they switched us to another room (still unsure why, it just made them have to clean two rooms instead of one). The area around the stay was nice, very walkable, lots to see, lots to do, lots of places to eat/shop, but that did mean it was quiet noisy all the time. The reception is open from 7:30am-10:00pm, check-in being after 2pm, check-out 10am. Breakfast was 8-11am, selection of justices, coffee, teas, espresso, pastries, breads, jams, fruit, yogurts, meat and cheese, and (often cold) scrambled eggs. Be prepared for the spiral-like staircase. Not accessible.
