Location was excellent bed mattress and pillows excellent however air conditioning a nightmare 1st room allocated sounded like a car alarm going off.2nd room allocated a/c failed to work the second day and the 3rd night. We were moved to a room at 1am in the morning with an a/c to try and get some sleep. Breakfast was good but every morning we went for breakfast around 9.45 am the coffee was horrendous as it had been brewing since 7.30 am !!! It is a hostile hotel for smokers as there is no allocated area for smoking and the roof terrace was closed earlier than advertised when informing the staff of all these failings A/C etc they seemed helpless. The shower design was dreadful the floor was flooded every time we used.

Weights existed in gym but no workout area at all. Water from the shower could not be contained due to poor glass design and bathroom floor always flooded. No hot water in the shower for at least 5 minutes. Air conditioning didn't work and technician said it couldn't go below 25C (really?). Hot water kettle in the room but no coffee or tea. Exorbitant charges for mini bar items including the water (3 small items and 2 bottles of water was $23 USD). Bathroom sink was badly cracked. Bath towels were like sandpaper. Breakfast was okay. Bed was comfortable. Location was good.

O quarto era grande, cama grande e boa. O boxe do banheiro era parcial, molhava a área externa a ele, mas a ducha era boa. Pedi um quarto em andar superior, não havia. Amerian Executive is my home when in Cordoba. Great horel, fantastic location and staff that goes above and beyond to support customers. I landed 8AM after 20 hours traveling and they helped me getting earlier the room so I could rest... that is service!!!
