My stay at the hotel was generally good. The facility itself is as golden and polished as advertised—comparable to a luxury hotel in both appearance and ambiance. I checked in late in the evening while the manager was busy closing out the day, surrounded by a stack of receipts. The tone was professional, though somewhat lukewarm. I stayed in the Urban Suite, which overlooks an empty lot and a partial view of the bay. The room featured shelves lined with coffee table books and a standard fruit basket (banana, apple, orange, and plum). The bed was easily the highlight of my stay—extremely comfortable and inviting. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to enjoy the in-room coffee in the morning, as there was no milk provided for the Nespresso machine. I skipped the complimentary breakfast and went for a local restaurant. Just before checkout, I received a call from the front desk at 11:45 AM, asking if I needed help with my luggage and confirming if I was “still good for noon checkout.” While courteous, the timing and phrasing made me feel slightly rushed. All in all, while there were a few minor service hiccups , the facility is just as stunning as it appears online.

If you’re as hesitant as I was when booking Raffles Doha from the few reviews and higher price tag compared to other high end hotels in Doha, let me save you some trouble and say this is nothing short of the most luxurious hotel you could possibly stay in, it is worth every penny. I did the Burj Al Arab in Dubai recently, and Raffles Doha is just as, if not more, of a luxurious experience. To me, it has set a new standard of luxury that I’m sad to say I will struggle to find elsewhere. The design is shockingly beautiful, everything from the grand lobby with it’s “forever ceiling” (my words, not theirs) where everyone immediately stops and takes pictures, to the blue cigar lounge where one can find rare books and cigars (plus a secret room, if you ask nicely), to the elevators which have a super comfortable seat (never seen this!), to even the back of the building where people have afternoon tea. Every corner of this place makes you feel as if you are in a middle eastern palace. I could talk about this for ages, but just look at the pictures of the suites and know it’s even better in person. What also stood out was how serious they take privacy and the extremely high level of service from everyone involved from the moment you step in the door. Sadly we only spent 2 nights here and it was fantastic. Raffles is famous for having only suite options and here in Doha they were exactly that. Great, location, great staff, and over the top facilities.

Amazing hotel. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and we were upgraded to a beautiful suite. The amenities were great and you can use the Fairmount pool etc. so peaceful and out of the way. The team was a 5min walk a Which connected you to the metro which I would recommend doing as it is clean and an easy way to travel.

É simplesmente o hotel mais lindo que já vimos! Mistura a decoração clássica árabe com elementos muito modernos. Existe um "túnel para o céu" no saguão principal, que é algo inacreditável! Simplesmente lindo. O quarto tinha tudo que se pode imaginar... até sanitário aquecido. Os funcionários muito educados, muito sorridentes, e usando um uniforme lindo a altura do luxo do hotel.

But the little things are annoying. iPads that don’t work (you can’t do anything without them), filthy windows, technology that is too complex to navigate. So, for me, the number one criteria above all others is a peaceful night's sleep. If everything else is great, but I can't sleep, the rest really doesn't matter. The rooms are great, as to be expected. The location is fantastic, interesting and walkable. However, the service, particularly compared to other hotels in the area, leaves a lot to be desired. Particularly, scheduling a work crew at 3:30 AM to dismantle decorations from a wedding with hammers. On top of this, no greeting upon arrival, a late check-in, (to be fair, given transportation as compensation) and balcony windows so filthy you could barely see through them. It is a unique and beautiful hotel and it deserves a staff and management that respects it.

It was very expensive for this the service was v bad the butler service was just a joke I was so shocked about the water came out v dirty in bath tub I don’t recommend this hotel never gonna book ever again v disappointed want to request money back for this hotel. U can see I’m a gold member and never had this kind of experience before we had rooms too in fairmont aswell v nice hotel and better service in v good price. I hope u gonna help me with it.

This place was unreal. From when we arrived to the day we were leaving the staff was great. The days we went were kinda gloomy but the last day we were there the sun was out and our ocean view was unreal. I travel around the world and been to so many high end spots but this hotel is unmatched for the views. Room service was great! Amin and Shabir always took are orders after midnight because we were jet lagged. Our food was always hot when we received it. Housekeeping made sure our rooms were clean especially the floors after going through the desert dunes with sand all over the floor. My opinion, this is a place for couples that wanna relax. This hotel is kid friendly and there was some kids but too be honest the lobby area was really quiet and if your kids are loud, just doesn’t look good when you’re a tourist. Good place for business and the area is like a 15 min walk from the mall and there’s an amusement center with a rollercoaster and Ferris wheel across the way just in case you bring kids . Hope this review helps

Absolutely unbelievable. I was there for 8 nights on our honeymoon and everything was perfect. The room is outstanding! The balcony view brilliant. The staff are so attentive and cater to all your needs. There was a 24/7 butler and in room dining as well as a 24/7 concierge service. The room was immaculate and incredibly modern. Highly recommend!

Multiple issues. The room was beautiful but dysfunctional. Nowhere to hang wet towels in bathroom. TV in mirror in bathroom but remote control is in the IT dept. Can’t turn the tv light off without remote. Flashing lights on ceiling like a lighthouse beacon. The automated lights are ridiculous. When turn one light on, all the curtains in the entire suite open. Rollaway bed - asked for one at check in, then when taken to room (there was a cot there for my 1m tall three year old), at 2pm asked for it before 4pm. Still not delivered by 8pm. Call again and still not delivered until 9.10pm. Booked suite w balcony. Arrive to find the balcony door has a seal on it and a note in room saying it can’t be used due to maintenance. Call to request move to room where we can use balcony. Told that the suite we booked doesn’t have balcony which was inaccurate. Called me again and told we do have a balcony. I explained again that there is seal on door. Told me that is because of window cleaning. Man came to make us sign a disclaimer before would unseal the door, in case a cleaner was cleaning the windows. What a joke and waste of my time. Asked and was given late checkout at 3pm. Keycard updated. 1320 the day of checkout, phone call asking if we want a late checkout. Told checkout at 4pm. Key not working. Call at 1503 stating we had gone over checkout time. Staff were mostly incompetent and interrupted us with frequent, unnecessary phone calls.

Beautiful property, good staff and attentiveness, disappointing sleep quality. The hotel itself is stunning and well maintained, and the bed was comfortable, although I’ve experienced better. Unfortunately, sleep was extremely poor. There are no proper blackout curtains, despite the blinds light escapes into the room so the room is very bright, and the flashing fire detector light on top of your head throughout the night was unbearable. For anyone with light sensitivity or sensory issues, this can make sleep impossible and even cause dizziness. A beautiful stay overall, but rest and sleep need serious attention.

Absolutely unbelievable. I was there for 8 nights on our honeymoon and everything was perfect. The room is outstanding! The balcony view brilliant. The staff are so attentive and cater to all your needs. There was a 24/7 butler and in room dining as well as a 24/7 concierge service. The room was immaculate and incredibly modern. Highly recommend!

Multiple issues. The room was beautiful but dysfunctional. Nowhere to hang wet towels in bathroom. TV in mirror in bathroom but remote control is in the IT dept. Can’t turn the tv light off without remote. Flashing lights on ceiling like a lighthouse beacon. The automated lights are ridiculous. When turn one light on, all the curtains in the entire suite open. Rollaway bed - asked for one at check in, then when taken to room (there was a cot there for my 1m tall three year old), at 2pm asked for it before 4pm. Still not delivered by 8pm. Call again and still not delivered until 9.10pm. Booked suite w balcony. Arrive to find the balcony door has a seal on it and a note in room saying it can’t be used due to maintenance. Call to request move to room where we can use balcony. Told that the suite we booked doesn’t have balcony which was inaccurate. Called me again and told we do have a balcony. I explained again that there is seal on door. Told me that is because of window cleaning. Man came to make us sign a disclaimer before would unseal the door, in case a cleaner was cleaning the windows. What a joke and waste of my time. Asked and was given late checkout at 3pm. Keycard updated. 1320 the day of checkout, phone call asking if we want a late checkout. Told checkout at 4pm. Key not working. Call at 1503 stating we had gone over checkout time. Staff were mostly incompetent and interrupted us with frequent, unnecessary phone calls.

Finally a legit 5 star hotel! I had an outstanding experience at Raffles Qatar in their Gulf Signature Suite. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the professionalism of the staff—they truly go above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome and cared for. The team is highly trained, attentive, and dedicated to providing the best service possible. Check-in was quick, efficient and the same attendant met me in the suite for completion of payment and extension of stay! We had daily laundry services and the team was extremely punctual. Special thank you to Abdullah Al Mamun who assisted with packing our laundry at the last night of our stay. The atmosphere is top-notch and the attention to detail in guest treatment is clear from start to finish. Every part of my visit felt luxurious and comfortable, giving me a true five-star experience. The service is the worst I have ever experienced in a 5 star hotel. Car pick up didn’t show up at the airport (they gave me a complimentary drop off). The butler never answer any calls. Cigar lounge is great but it seems they have only one lighter. Italian restaurant staff looked as if they have another job. Stunning hotel and rooms but management needs to change, immediately.

It was very expensive for this the service was v bad the butler service was just a joke I was so shocked about the water came out v dirty in bath tub I don’t recommend this hotel never gonna book ever again v disappointed want to request money back for this hotel. U can see I’m a gold member and never had this kind of experience before we had rooms too in fairmont aswell v nice hotel and better service in v good price. I hope u gonna help me with it.

Our stay was interesting. We initially spent most of the stay trying to find a suitable rooms as the staff hadn’t made any arrange arrangements or acknowledgement to rectify several issues. It wasn’t until a formal complaint was submitted that a duty manager upgraded us which was a recommendation made by us. All in all not the stay we expected

Amazing hotel. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and we were upgraded to a beautiful suite. The amenities were great and you can use the Fairmount pool etc. so peaceful and out of the way. The team was a 5min walk a Which connected you to the metro which I would recommend doing as it is clean and an easy way to travel.

My stay at the hotel was generally good. The facility itself is as golden and polished as advertised—comparable to a luxury hotel in both appearance and ambiance. I checked in late in the evening while the manager was busy closing out the day, surrounded by a stack of receipts. The tone was professional, though somewhat lukewarm. I stayed in the Urban Suite, which overlooks an empty lot and a partial view of the bay. The room featured shelves lined with coffee table books and a standard fruit basket (banana, apple, orange, and plum). The bed was easily the highlight of my stay—extremely comfortable and inviting. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to enjoy the in-room coffee in the morning, as there was no milk provided for the Nespresso machine. I skipped the complimentary breakfast and went for a local restaurant. Just before checkout, I received a call from the front desk at 11:45 AM, asking if I needed help with my luggage and confirming if I was “still good for noon checkout.” While courteous, the timing and phrasing made me feel slightly rushed. All in all, while there were a few minor service hiccups , the facility is just as stunning as it appears online.

This place was unreal. From when we arrived to the day we were leaving the staff was great. The days we went were kinda gloomy but the last day we were there the sun was out and our ocean view was unreal. I travel around the world and been to so many high end spots but this hotel is unmatched for the views. Room service was great! Amin and Shabir always took are orders after midnight because we were jet lagged. Our food was always hot when we received it. Housekeeping made sure our rooms were clean especially the floors after going through the desert dunes with sand all over the floor. My opinion, this is a place for couples that wanna relax. This hotel is kid friendly and there was some kids but too be honest the lobby area was really quiet and if your kids are loud, just doesn’t look good when you’re a tourist. Good place for business and the area is like a 15 min walk from the mall and there’s an amusement center with a rollercoaster and Ferris wheel across the way just in case you bring kids . Sadly we only spent 2 nights here and it was fantastic. Raffles is famous for having only suite options and here in Doha they were exactly that. Great, location, great staff, and over the top facilities.

Excellent staff, will help you with whatever you need. We stayed in crescent suite. The room is huge, very clean, amazing with really beautiful city and sea view. Although we had minor issue with the bathroom like the remote is not working. Still an excellent stay. One of the best breakfast we had in Doha. Food and coffee were delicious and satisfying
