Mark was very welcoming, the room and bed were very comfortable. The chocolates as well as biscuits in the room were a nice touch. Mark was prepared to do a variety of cooked breakfasts which were excellent. There is free parking and the guest house is a short walk from Broadwater shops and eateries.

Mark and Helene made the stay, as short as it was, as good as a home from home. Would certainly suggest trying Merton House as a useful venue away from the seafront to explore the Downland hinterland.
