Second time staying here for a business trip. Location is right by the subway station and very convenient for dining/shopping. I arrived very early from the airport and had to wait but the manager really went out of the way to be accommodating. Breakfast was good considering the price. My only wish is that it had a larger lobby as it was difficult to meet guests coming in. The Starbucks attached to the hotel gets really crowded. Overall, great value stay in Seoul.

I am a solo traveler from Texas. I’ve stayed at this hotel twice, for 14 days in 2022 and 16 days just 2 weeks ago. This is by far one of my favorite hotels in Seoul. The staff knows enough English to be helpful, even with taxi info. There’s cleaning service every single day if you need it. Restaurant and gym on the property. Corner store and starbucks right downstairs and everything you can think to eat across the street. The distance might be farther away from the usual tourist sites, but there’s a subway right around the corner. An easy card only laundry mate less than 5 min away. 10/10 experience every time and I can’t wait to come back.

チェックインの際、エレベーターの乗り方について教えて欲しかったです。 特殊な乗り方なのに何の説明も無く苦労しました。

受付は韓国語のみ、エレベーターが呼出式で変わっている。3泊したが、2泊目が4時過ぎても清掃がしていなかった。立地は永登浦駅から駅沿い3番出口から徒歩3分ほどで近い。一人で宿泊するには十分な広さ。バスタブなし、シャワーのみ。

밤 늦도록 열차 소음에 시달리고 새벽부터 또 열차 소음… 그리고 객실 비치용 휴지통이 없어 아주 불편했음. 주차비용 또한 1박에 2만원 별도 지불…ㅠㅠ

このホテルは4度目ですが、今回の部屋はドアの鍵が緩く、ポットに毛が入っていたり、部屋も芳香剤の匂いが酷く、タオルは端切れの様にボロボロで驚きました。 数ヶ月前に宿泊した時は清潔な印象だったので、今後の利用はどうしようか悩みます。残念です。

I'm truly disappointed with my experience at your hotel. The room, though visually appealing in the pictures, turned out to be much smaller in reality, leaving almost no space to move around comfortably. Moreover, the cleanliness was far from what I expected. The room was filled with hair, specks of dust, and to my utter disgust, even pubic hair was noticeable upon our first arrival. I chose your hotel based on the impression of a beautiful, clean and space depicted in the photos, but the actual experience fell drastically short of my expectations. This discrepancy has left me dissatisfied with my stay, and I hope improvements can be made to align the actual conditions with the advertised images.

Very Clean. Staff was very efficient. Room was updated and high tech. Fast access to the busses and subway. Plenty of coffee places and restaurants within walking. Had some issue setting the TV to English. The previous person left their streaming services logged on to their account. Hallway smelled like cigarettes. They warned me about that at check in. Room smelled great and was very clean. So I did not really care. Could see and hear the trains going by a little from the window. Again did not care. I use a noise machine when I sleep and was on the 12th floor. I loved my stay and the value was excellent. Would stay there again.

フロントの方も優しく、チェックインの時も英語で説明してくれたのですが、ちょっとわからない顔をしてたら、翻訳ツール使って説明してくれてありがたかったです。 チェックアウトの時は日本語で対応してくれたので驚きました！ 建物も新しく、部屋も清潔感があって掃除も行き届いて快適でした。 お部屋も広すぎず、程よくコンパクトで、洗面と部屋にの間も引き戸で開けたままにも出来たので、個人的には使いやすくて良いお部屋でした。 テーブルとソファもあったので、お部屋でご飯も食べやすかったです。 立地も駅から近くてホテルの下にスタバ、セブンイレブンが入っていて、便利なのも助かりました◎ ロビーにWOWPASSのチャージする機械があったのもよかったです。

First room we got had bugs crawling on the wall and pillow. When I moved the small cube night stand, there was a streak of dust bunnies like its never been cleaned properly. We asked to change rooms and on the phone the first person said yes and come to the lobby. Once there, the other person at the desk tried to get involved and said it will be cleaned the next day. I trapped the bug from the pillow and took it down to the front desk. We got the exact same room just 9 floors above. We walked in an it had a day old wet smell still linguring. We were so tired from our travels, we let that pass after checking the rest of the room. The smell was near the bathroom/sink. The smell did disappear by the morning. The staff aside from that first evening have been great. Room was cleaned every day, but not throughly. I sprinkled some crumbs in a very easily seen area and they were still there for the remainder of the stay. This is not meant to be a deterrent from staying at the hotel. I believe overall it was easy to get around seoul from the hotel. There are small local shops and convenience stores within walking distance. Bus stops and subway not too far. The airport limousine bus drops you off steps from the hotel. The return bus stop is located by the McDonald's on the opposite side, a 2-3min walk from the hotel. So, overall the stay and location met our needs. Cleanliness and service staff are the main issue.

部屋が狭くトイレとお風呂の扉が共有で、半透明のガラス、下部は20cmくらい隙間があります。友人や恋人と泊まるのはかなり厳しいと思います。 朝食も余りおすすめしません。駅や金浦国際空港には割と近いので便利です え きんほ

観光客向けかな。部屋が狭い故にデスクワークしたくても、スペースの関係で、机も無く、トイレに至ってはドアもなく、仕切られていない開放的な気分が味わえる。 また、もともとエレベーター前が照明暗い上に、エレベーター番号がエレベーター扉の枠に枠と同系色になってて、非常に分かりにくい。 駅から近いだけが、唯一のいい点かもしれないが、線路脇にあるので、線路側の部屋はアラーム要らずで朝起きることが出来た。

The location is good, very close to the metro station. No one answer when calling front desk, I need to go to front desk directly for assistance. Moreover, the toilet and shower room shared one glass door only, so it is quite embarrass if you share a room with friend.

The location is quiet good for dining, shopping but a bit far from the heart of Seoul. Taxi is very cheap so we didn’t mind at all. But the size of the room is very pettite. My husband and we can hardly walk around the room at the same time. Can hardly open our luggages. It was that bad for my experience. The bed was not comfortable at all, it was very squeaky. The room size was ok for solo traveller but not for a couple. It was rated 4 star but i would give it 3star due to the size and comfort i expected better from Marriot’s name. I wouldn’t stay there again with my husband but I would as a solo traveller. The breakfast was the downfall not so Traditional asian menu and i was better off at Mcdonalds😂

Room layout is more studio-like; bathroom doesn't have a door but rather there is a sliding partition to separate the bed from the rest of the room. Very small rooms so I would reccomend this to solo travelers, for the most part. The back side of the building overlooks a train station, so be advised you may wamt to bring earplugs or something similar if you're a light sleeper as the trains run until about 1am and start again at about 5am. Overall satisfied with my stay.

The room is so tiny. No space at all. I was unable to open my luggage. They said all rooms are the same size and cannot upgrade at all. Never visit this place.

客室は最低限という感じで自分の部屋はデスクや椅子もなく仕事はできない。また防音がしっかりしていないので隣の線路を走る電車の音がかなり気になる。金浦空港に近い、飲食店やデパートが近くに有るという点以外は及第点以下と感じてしまった。

駅から近くて、一本道なので分かりやすかったです。 みなさんが仰るトイレについては一人だったので問題なかったです。 フロントの方、清掃の方、レストランの方、みなさん優しかったです。最近韓国のお店の方、愛想悪い、ものをぶん投げてよこすなど、最悪で韓国嫌いになりそうでしたが、こちらのホテルのスタッフさんはみんな親切でした。 もう少しお安いと有難いです。。

There are not enough staffs on duty, always has a queue in the reception.

방 컨디션은 매우 좋았으나, 기차역을 바로 옆에 두고 있어 소음이 장난 아닙니다.. 예민하신분들은 기차 운행이 종료 되어야 겨우 잠들 수 있습니다. 또한, 내국인보다 외국인이 많았던 체크인 피크타임에 체크인을 도와주시는 직원이 단 3분만 계셔서 30분 이상 줄서서 기다렸습니다. 휴대폰 충전기는 대여가 불가능하며 프론트에 맡겨야 충전가능합니다. 칫솔 치약은 1층 자판기에서 사용가능합니다.

Some of the staff at the reception are not helpful and provided wrong information .I was given different information 3 times by the different staff who I approached.Mostly the male staff are very friendly and helpful at the reception .This was my fourth time stayed at this hotel.I noticed that the services and professionalism are declining.

チェックアウト客がたくさん並んでいるのに、フロント対応者が1人だけ。 従業員がいないのかと思ったら、バックヤードに数人いた。 客が並んでる時は、対応者人数を増やして欲しい。 領収書を貰うだけなのに30分も待った。

交通の便がいい。永登浦駅から徒歩数分で、ホテルの目の前にあるバス停からは汝矣島やソウル駅に行きやすい。 ロッテ百貨店、新世界百貨店、eマート、コンビニ、カフェ、食堂などお店が周辺にたくさんあって買い物や食事も便利。ホテルはキレイで機能的。WOWPASSの機械も設置されています。特に不満な点はないので、また利用したいと思います。

Walking distance to line 1 subway station. The hotel staff are professional and the housekeeping staff are friendly. Lots of restaurants, cafes and malls around! Our room was a bit small, but it was good nonetheless! Room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The only downside is the noise coming from the trains running very frequently. Aside from that, I would love to stay again given the convenience, cleanliness, service, and the price.

Clean and comfortable hotel with very nice, helpful staff. The location is excellent—right next to the station, making it extremely convenient for getting around. Would definitely stay here again.

very clean and neat. transportation to the central Seoul and airport is awesome. there are a lot of fantastic restaurants around this hotel.

There’s a subway station near a 2 min walking distance, there’s a mall next door. Really good location, in front there’s a bunch of restaurants and small bars, sometimes during night there’s people coming out late of the bars but really calm.

永登浦の駅からすぐなので道に迷うことなく行けます （空港バスは欠航中でした） 下にはスタバ、コンビニ 向かいにもコンビニ、マート、飲食 タイムズスクエアや汝矣島も徒歩圏内です

Convenient location with nearby shopping and dining and easy access to transit.

Everything was great, but I wish I chose to stay closer to myeongdong or hongdae. Been commute and transit with train and bus daily basis to the tourist shots, it can be really hectic.

The room is small-ish but comfortable. Staff helpful. A bit noisy because of the trains, but i was fine. Breakfast buffet was not great but there are so mnay food options nearby thats not an issue. Nearness to subway station a big plus. I would stay there again.

L'hôtel est assez moderne, en revanche l'insonorisation n'est pas efficace, même au 19ème étage on entend le bruit de la route. Le petit-déjeuner est très décevant pour un hôtel de ce standing. Aucun service de préparation de plats, aucune viennoiserie, uniquement du pain de mie et de la confiture en sachet comme du ketchup. Bref, à ce prix c'est décevant.

Close to department store, shopping mall, subway and bus. Lots of food options nearby but not in hotel. Courtyard by Marriott walking distance for American breakfast

Hotel was located near train station. But rooms have poor soundproofing. Could hear the trains passing as hotel is next to train tracks. Had buffet breakfast at hotel\'s restaurant "Million Spoons". They don\'t have hot water and as a result no breakfast tea was available.

Breakfast menu is good. Over all is good. However, noise of the train passing by is annoying. Also, it is even better if there is bidet in the toilet.

The floor around the shower smelled of mold, likely from the vinyl tiles. Difficulty using tv (the guide was not accurate), was allowed only 1 Netflix for free, hard time controlling temperature in my room. Great access to metro, shopping, authentic restaurants and cafes.
