Hotel Grand Guanajuato

El personal fue muy amable en todo momento y la zona muy céntrica para llegar caminando a cualquier lugar. Lo único malo es que llevábamos muchas maletas y no hay elevador, pero el joven nos ayudó a subirlas. La zona es tranquila.

Rooms do not have a/c so the room are not very cold. I understand that the average temperature at night in GTO is around 48 degrees at night but if you do not have windows good luck. The hotel staff is ok but they did not help to yield a cab on our last day as we needed a ride to the parking. The hotel does not have on-site parking but they do cover the parking that’s about 1.5 miles away (first come first serve). Other than that stay was ok. I will definitely stay elsewhere next time.

Muy bonito lugar y la vista de la terraza increíble

Es un hotel muy céntrico y agradable, solo hay que considerar que se deben subir muchas escaleras dependiendo del piso que te toque. El personal es amable y atento a tus peticiones.

Internet wasn’t working, there’s no safe parking around and no available transportation if you go on holidays

This hotel is super near to all areas of Guanajuanto. Museums, fleet market, tourist area,bars restaurants super convenient. I give 3 stars due to the bathroom have an awful smell due to the drainage. I had to leave the balcony doors open because it was pretty strong odor.They provide parking but its far to walk back, you need to get a taxi.

Un hotel sencillo pero para dormir está bien céntrico todo queda cerca a pie , el personal es muy amable y atento ! Lo único malo es que él estacionamiento se llena muy rápido y tienes que buscar por tu cuenta y con costo extra !

Everything is walking distance. Lots of options to eat & shop. No elevator so be ready for stairs.

Está bien el hotel para su precio, lo único malo es que lo ofertan con estacionamiento u no cuentan con el, tienes que buscar tu propio estacionamiento y es un extra más, deberían de dejar de ofertarlo como que cuenta con estacionamiento

Sink did not have p-trap, noxious sewer gas seeps into room cuasing nuasia and headaches.

Pues la recepción Genial al entrar al Hotel pues una cama vieja parecía amaca, un cuarto que solo cabe la cama y lo peor los vecinos de alado gemían de placer y todos los detalles y no fue grato escuchar todo lo de alado y al otro día la limpieza terrible nos dejaron la misma cobija y sábanas mismos cabellos y bueno el primer día una botella de agua el segundo nada y mejor un sobre que solicitaba propina, y las toallas viejas hasta más no poder y al final nos querían cobrar una por qué estaba manchada de shampo, que mala experiencia no descansas te cansas descansando aunque sea un rato, lástima nos quedaron a deber demasiado. Y el señor de la segunda noche todo borracho atendiendo el negocio y como si fueras hacer chek-in.

The bedsheets were not cleaned. I found women hair all over the bedsheets. I asked the front desk about the situation and they took care of it.

La ubicación es súper céntrica, los cuartos pueden mejorar mucho, el baño no tiene casi separación con el cuarto, el agua se tarda 10 minutos en calentarse, se escucha mucha ruido de los vecinos...

Well google has it as a 4-star hotel, other websites have it as a 3-star, but in all honesty, it was more like a 1–2-star hotel. At $124 US Dollars a night, I would expect a lot more. The room was very little & no view. No iron in room you must walk downstairs to get an iron and leave your ID, no cups or glasses in room to drink water, I felt like I was in a hostel and not a hotel. Upon checking out the front desk I asked if I could bring back down the iron? Front desk does not really like getting up or calling housekeeping for simple things.

Outside the hotel we couldn't even find it since the sign says Hotel REAL Guanajuato maybe a move to trick people to keep visiting them after millions of bad reviews with their real name account. Just arriving into the room, the bathroom seemed like a joke, sandblasted glass wall and door into the room with no privacy at all. The sink was so small that washing your teeth will leave all the bathroom floor wet. Shower size was ok however there was no place to put anything, even the toilet paper was just sitting on the toilet tank and in the shower soap had to be placed in a little edge of a window. The beds where crooked, i know we where in Mexico but you don't have to sleep inside a taco shell just because of it. Sheets and covers of the lowest quality I've ever seen. Towels where as rough as 50 grit sand paper. But the worst part is at night when you notice the room is just over the front desk and you have a window without even a curtain just looking over it. You can hear every conversation they have mostly with other angry guests, my mother even opened the window and asked them to lower their voice from our room. But that is not the only problem with that window, also all the light from the front desk and hall leaks trough it so your room is never dark. I know this hotel may have other units with less problems but this is what we got at Suite number 6 so if you cant avoid staying at this property at least try to avoid this room.

Los chicos fueron súper eficientes y amables. Me dejaron una canastita de dulces típicos y una notita de felicitaciones, ya que les mencioné que estaba celebrando mi cumpleaños. La vista desde la terraza fue muy bella y las habitaciones también estuvieron bien. El único detalle fue que el wifi estaba un poco lento, pero en general fue una estación agradable. ¡Muchas gracias!

I liked the roof top balcony but i didn't like that there wasn't A/C in the room. Also laundry wasn't available at the hotel and staff couldn't tell me where a neae by laundry was which was very frustrating and stressing out where to wash my clothes at

Excelente servicio y atención.

Un hotel fraudulento, ofrecen algo en la página y al llegar es otra, llevaba una hielera y no me dejaron entrar con ella, al decirles que al reservar eso no estaba en las condiciones salieron con que harían la observación, pero se negaron a regresar el dinero de la reservación, y hasta la habitación volvieron a rentar.

La verdad está muy hermoso el lugar lo único que si me hubiera gustado sería el desayuno en su terraza estaría genial
