An outstanding experience. The staff were exceptional, the amenities were fantastic, and the hotel itself was beautiful. The views were absolutely breathtaking and provided the perfect backdrop for a relaxing stay. The restaurant and coffee shop were both excellent, with high-quality food, drinks, and service. I would highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to return.

A warm welcome from all staff. We had a great room on the third floor. We enjoyed a lovely meal in The Stirling, with such attentive and friendly staff. Highly recommend a stay here if you are visiting Canmore.

Conveniently located in an area near the downtown restaurants and shops, surrounded by Canmore's exquisite mountains and views, the Malcolm was superb. The room is comfortable and outfitted nicely with lush robes, roomy refrigerator, and a quality coffee maker. Coffee shop in the hotel is nice for a quick breakfast, or a take-out lunch, with restaurant (Stirling) a convenient and lovely choice for meals....as well as outdoor patio dining. Front desk was VERY helpful with bus schedules, local activities. The only negative is all the surrounding construction, which makes sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view impossible.....as well as intermittent wifi service. (difficult to work from room).
