Hyatt Place Niagara Falls

Just wish there was parking within the hotel

Room was clean, staff was friendly. Furnace whisteled when running which made it hard to sleep. Garage parking not too far away but not connected. Close to falls!

Couldn't ask for a better location. You need to park in the parking garage across the street but not a big deal, plenty of spaces to park in there and they validate your parking for you. Room was nice and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast, I felt, could've been better for the cost. There are 4 hot items each day (what they are varies) and then fruit, cereal, coffee, juice...etc. Overall if I go back to Niagara Falls, I'd try a different location just to experience something different BUT I have no qualms and really had a great time!

Room was very clean and organized, staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend for future visitors being aware that the parking is a parking garage across the street and is an additional $10 a day fee for it. We did not eat breakfast as it was an additional $11 per person.
