We checked in with the Manager Alex. He told me we were going to get a great room. When we went into our room. The room was a double queen bed and we reserved a king bed. The refrigerator was broken and the bathroom was dirty and the bathroom tub was clogged. When I called the front desk they said they could not move us and that we can also put items in there refrigerator. I also asked Alex about the shuttle services so I was prepared in the morning and they almost made us miss our flight. On top of all this Alex was training someone. Completely unacceptable from someone that should know better since they manage the location. We also bought food at there restaurant that went bad and also items we bought on our vacation because there refrigerator was broken. I tried to resolve this with one of the front representatives but they said he would contact me. So so bad, LA should be better then this
