This hotel was just amazing. The room was super nice, the bathroom was very clean and breakfast was full of options! It locates close to a giant shopping center which opens until midnight and I didn’t feel unsafe to walk back to the hotel around 12am. I think this hotel deserves higher scores of reviews!!!!

This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Would not recommend this at all. The food was terrible, the rooms don’t look like they did in the pictures on the web. They were renovating and we had timber fall from the ceiling which they did not apologise for when it hit us. Book elsewhere

This hotel was very pleasant and made our trip to Egypt memorable. The staff was great, the roombclean and the breakfast buffet terrific. It is in a safe environment which is paramount in Egypt. We were here as a member of a tour group and happy they chose this hotel as our base. There are a half dozen restuaurants adjacent to the hotel grounds which made it very convenient.

The room booked was including breakfast , instead of working with expedia , the staff just wanted to grab money. Expedia clearly sold the rooms with breakfast but thier support guaranteed a solution , even after checkout and unjustly paying for breakfast everyday , there is no solution except the customer both hotel and expedia are happy There was an incedent regarding internet and no efforts at providing wifi alternatives

The staffs at the front desk were not professional. Their work was too clumsy. I had to wait a long time when I requested something there because the staff forgot it. In spite of that, just the concierge is very nice and efficient. Also, I don't recommend to use the tour service agency which is located at the lobby of the hotel. It's over-charged and the contents are very poor.

Hotel tres agreable ,personnel sympatique (surtout le service des taxis et excursion ainsi que la sécurité) un petit déjeuné un peu décevant par rapport aux etoiles de l hotel . Aucune personne ne parle ou couprend un peu le francais donc tres difficile pour ceux qui ne maitrise pas trop l anglais...Bien sur tres tres tres decevant pour nous les francais ...pas de vin pas d alcool donc pas d apero...

Das Hotel ist in der nähe des Flughafens (ca. 15 Fahrminuten.) und dem Einkaufscenter City Stars. ( ca. 15 Gehminuten.) Das Zimmer war sauber und gut klimatisiert. Diverse Restaurants gab es hinter dem Hotel, im Tivoli. Mann kann im Hotel auch Ausflüge buchen.
