Gewan Hotel Cairo

Hotel tres agreable ,personnel sympatique (surtout le service des taxis et excursion ainsi que la sécurité) un petit déjeuné un peu décevant par rapport aux etoiles de l hotel . Aucune personne ne parle ou couprend un peu le francais donc tres difficile pour ceux qui ne maitrise pas trop l anglais...Bien sur tres tres tres decevant pour nous les francais ...pas de vin pas d alcool donc pas d apero...

Juste convenable

The room booked was including breakfast , instead of working with expedia , the staff just wanted to grab money. Expedia clearly sold the rooms with breakfast but thier support guaranteed a solution , even after checkout and unjustly paying for breakfast everyday , there is no solution except the customer both hotel and expedia are happy There was an incedent regarding internet and no efforts at providing wifi alternatives

Very good stay. Plus heated outdoor swiming pool.

This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Would not recommend this at all. The food was terrible, the rooms don’t look like they did in the pictures on the web. They were renovating and we had timber fall from the ceiling which they did not apologise for when it hit us. Book elsewhere
