Siargao Island Villas

La pieza estaba sucia, era muy oscura, el baño no funcionaba, el WC estaba suelto y funcionaba muy mal. Mal mantenido. Cuando entramos tenían un cartel que daba la bienvenida a otros huespedes. Lo peor de todo era el ruido de las construcciones que tenian en la zona de la piscina. Queriamos un lugar para relajarnos pero no era lo que pensabamos. No lo recomiendo. Mejor no te quedes aca

The rooms were clean; however, housekeeping was only provided upon request, which is not as seamless as in many other hotels where it happens automatically. The breakfast buffet was decent overall. There were a few European options available, but it was predominantly focused on Asian cuisine. In addition, while it was possible to charge food and drinks from the bar and restaurant to the room, these charges had to be settled on the same day rather than being billed at the end of the stay, which was somewhat inconvenient.

The villa was beautiful and spacious, and the cleaning crew did a great job cleaning it daily. I loved the “extras” the hotel provided, eg free SUP rental, free transfers around GL, and free fresh coconuts almost on a daily basis. All staff we encountered were wonderful and friendly. There are a few minor points which I think the hotel could benefit from improving: 1. Offering hair conditioner and body lotion in the villas and 2. Offering Filipino / other cuisines in the restaurant.

Incredible stay! Staff is so so helpful when it comes to everything. Premier room is super comfortable and cosy, quiet at night. Shower gets really warm and has a lot of pressure. Amazing breakfast with new dishes every day. Beautiful location right by the ocean. Don’t have anything bad to say about this place!
