Our apartment was wonderful with all the amenities you could need, and the building was safe, well lit, and clean with 24-hour front desk attendant and key cards to get into the building and between sections. It was nice to return to a safe quiet neighborhood at night, though if you're sightseeing it's a bit of a back and forth to get to the sights. The staff was so helpful and took care of everything we could need on our visit. Would definitely stay again.

The apartment is stocked with all the essentials including bottles of water, tea, milk, and coffee which we greatly appreciated. Several reviewers mentioned they could hear the train. You could hear the underground train pass by every so often, but it didn’t bother us at all. It's actually a very quiet neighborhood. The Gloucester Tube station is about half a mile or a 10 minute walk away. There is a grocery store just down the street and plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. I will definitely stay here the next time I am in London!

Beautiful and charming apartments. Extremely functional for our family of four. The location felt like we were living in London! Easy walk to several Tube stations and neighbourhood restaurants. Staff were very helpful and communication through WhatsApp was convenient and seamless.

There were many quality hotels on Cromwell Street, block and a half away, but that street is noisy and congested. Lexham Gardens is quiet, luxurious and it had its own private garden in the back and a garden square across the street. The staff were wonderful and accommodating.

Everything was over the top great. No detail left undone. The flat was immaculate and the built coffee/espresso unit was fantastic. The only thing I wish would have been different was for the cleaners to leave fresh wash cloths every day. Other than that it was a perfect stay that we thoroughly enjoyed

Family vacation with two adults and 3 kids. Had great communication leading up to the trip. They were able to accommodate all of our requests: early check in, late check out, arranged transportation, assisted with groceries, and even gave us a room upgrade! We were very comfortable and would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Absolutely stunning and so much larger than I imagined. Plenty of room beautiful decor. Friendly helpful 24hr staff. I cannot recommend it more. I will definitely stay again. Quiet street close to tube and bus. Just perfect.

This aparthotel is truly 10/10. It is very spacious, clean, quiet - amazing value. Your room comes with its own kitchen - fully stocked, with a fridge, stove, and microwave/oven. It has a washer/dryer as well. I have stayed at most of the 5-star properties in Mayfair/knightsbridge and the rooms here are better than most. The hotel doesn’t have its own restaurant or bar. The way it works is you order your own delivery and the front desk will deliver it, like that of a serviced apartment. Every staff member I met was very friendly and accommodating. It was a pleasure to have spent a week here and I will definitely be back.

Absolutely stunning and so much larger than I imagined. Plenty of room beautiful decor. Friendly helpful 24hr staff. I cannot recommend it more. I will definitely stay again. Quiet street close to tube and bus. Just perfect.

Our Lexham Gardens by Cheval apt was extremely comfortable and roomy with lots of old world charm. Service was responsive and helpful. Also extremely convenient to Kensington and Earl’s Court with many public transport options.

Our apartment was wonderful with all the amenities you could need, and the building was safe, well lit, and clean with 24-hour front desk attendant and key cards to get into the building and between sections. It was nice to return to a safe quiet neighborhood at night, though if you're sightseeing it's a bit of a back and forth to get to the sights. The staff was so helpful and took care of everything we could need on our visit. Would definitely stay again.

I had a wonderful stay here! The apartment is extremely comfortable and clean. There is always someone available at the front desk if you need something. The apartment is stocked with all the essentials including bottles of water, tea, milk, and coffee which we greatly appreciated. Several reviewers mentioned they could hear the train. You could hear the underground train pass by every so often, but it didn’t bother us at all. It's actually a very quiet neighborhood. The Gloucester Tube station is about half a mile or a 10 minute walk away. There is a grocery store just down the street and plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. I will definitely stay here the next time I am in London!

There were many quality hotels on Cromwell Street, block and a half away, but that street is noisy and congested. Lexham Gardens is quiet, luxurious and it had its own private garden in the back and a garden square across the street. The staff were wonderful and accommodating.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. The apartment was beautiful, clean and modern. The location was great - within walking distance to a lot of London’s main attractions. Will definitely stay again for future trips to London.

Very clean. Perfect location. Walkable to 2 underground stations. Quiet area. Had a 2 bedroom apartment which was plenty of room for myself, husband and 2 adult daughters. Had washer/dryer combo in flat

Beautiful apartment in great location. Unable to watch smart TV which was a shame when you are self catering. Didn’t replenish tea, coffee biscuits. Would defo rely stay there again.

Everything was over the top great. No detail left undone. The flat was immaculate and the built coffee/espresso unit was fantastic. The only thing I wish would have been different was for the cleaners to leave fresh wash cloths every day. Other than that it was a perfect stay that we thoroughly enjoyed

This aparthotel is truly 10/10. It is very spacious, clean, quiet - amazing value. Your room comes with its own kitchen - fully stocked, with a fridge, stove, and microwave/oven. It has a washer/dryer as well. I have stayed at most of the 5-star properties in Mayfair/knightsbridge and the rooms here are better than most. The hotel doesn’t have its own restaurant or bar. The way it works is you order your own delivery and the front desk will deliver it, like that of a serviced apartment. Every staff member I met was very friendly and accommodating. It was a pleasure to have spent a week here and I will definitely be back.

The whole experience was perfect. Very comfortable bed, kitchen with everything we needed and great friendly staff. Location was perfect for walking to museums, parks, general shopping and wonderful cafes. I would happily stay next time we’re in London.

Beautiful apart hotel with comfortably and high end furnishings. Staff were great and kit out impressive. Well worth a stay. Room can a a bit noisy with train noise but easily overcome with a sound noise canceling app on your iPad

Well appointed apartment, beautifully clean and women on reception were lovely. The property is in a nice location. Our apartment looked out at the railway and the noise was a bit of a distraction. I suggest triple glazing and thicker curtains. While the women on reception were lovely there was a man on one evening when I came down to collect some printing (about.10.30pm during a weeknight). He came out from the area at the back after I called out four times and stared at me. He did not speak, even to respond when I said 'hello'. I told him that I had come to collect some printing and he handed it to me without making eye contact or speaking at all. I had my hand out but he slapped the printing (3 pages) onto the counter beside my hand. Rooms were beautifully cleaned

Wonderful apartment. Everything was new. The staff were super helpful and courteous. There’s someone available at the front desk 24/7 which is really nice, especially because we had an early departure. The beds were comfy including the sleeper sofa. The shower is to die for. Convenient location, walking distance to good restaurants and several tube stops and museums. We had a wonderful stay and will be back. Thank you Lexham Gardens.
