I stayed here for one night ahead of a flight out of Manchester airport, and I would definitely stay here again. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant food was decent, and the server was stellar. The airport shuttle was right on time and fast, even at 4:30 a m. You can't ask for more than that.

Clean hotel with good amenities including a larger gym. Staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms had refrigerators and microwaves. My only complaint was the rather large gap in the hallway door. Would stay again.

The hotel is clean but amenities are very limited. The bar and kitchen close at 9pm and aren't open at all Sunday Monday. Very little snack options from their "market". Bed was really comfy and again the room was very clean. Couldn't stream, when I called to ask they said they've been having trouble for a month... So time to fix that I think. the pool was warm but the towels were made for infants. Overall okay, staff was nice but it's just a stop over hotel for sure

A very nice and convenient hotel, the desk attendants were lovely. My only criticism is that they no longer offer a shuttle to the airport, which differs from what is advertised on Hotels.com

We needed nice, hot showers in the morning and there was no hot water. I mean it was ICE COLD. Not a good way to start the day on my wife's birthday. I expected more from the management considering we stayed there before but they only offered 3000 IHG points. I would need 7x that for a free night, so not really worth much.

Check-in was very slow and gentleman had to go over every detail of an already booked room and physically handle my card despite not actually running. Followed up by meeting a gentleman in a halfway with a cigarette hanging from his mouth walking towards outside. Room findings include multiple hairs on a pillow, pubic hair on a towel and a dirty shower that was stained likely from not being cleaned enough. AC was cold at least.

So far so good , we do come at this hotel 3-4 times a year and it’s a nice place and price are good, service is always good but last week we meet a few problem … since we’re there for 3 nights , first day our tv stop working , no prob they were very fast to change it and we appreciate it next day we woke up with hundreds of ants on the floor , still very fast service to clean it up . The cleaning lady came to clean the room and lock the toilet door ….. it’s not a big deal but when we travel , the first thing we want is relax and enjoy right ! At that point I was surprised that nobody came and offer me a bit of something but anyway they take care of problem fast so I guess that alright

Bed was amazing very comfy same with the pillows. Elevator was broke not an issue for me but a little inconvenient. When I got to my room I always check the bedding to make sure it looks clean and one of the 2 bed sheets didn’t look clean there was hair between the sheets and a stain on the sheet. I called and new sheets were brought to the room right away. Then I slept amazingly. The hotel is centrally located near Walmart, Cassini, bjs wholesale.

The room and lobby were exceptionally clean and attractive (and smelled very good.) The bed was comfortable with nice pillows, and the bathroom was great. Not sure if the hotel is new, but it felt like it. The heat came up quickly, which was nice on a cold night. It was a nice touch to have crushed ice and filtered water machines with cups available on our guest floor near the elevator. We only stayed a single night but would definitely choose this hotel again the next time we're in Manchester.

Bed and pillow really comfy, very quiet. Really nice pool and terasse outside. Very clean but bathroom shower has mildew in the corner and ventilation rust. There was a sent in corridor very strong of oil (elevator ) and in the room smelled strongly of dirty feet not nice at all. A good clean on the carpet needed.

We stayed in the middle of a heat wave and the air conditioner just couldn't keep up. We switched rooms and still had the same problem. It didn't get below 74 in the room until well after midnight. Quirky room with exercise equipment in the room. No free breakfast.

The only feedback I can give and I hope you take this seriously, as I travel overnight for work regularly. PLEASE have your maintenance team tighten the arms that stop the door rooms from loudly slamming. Easy fix to max this place a 10!

Good stay. Location near airport as well as shopping and restaurants. Beds and pillows very comfortable; didn’t use pool or fitness center; left before breakfast. Room was noisy—lots of motorcycles and traffic noise, as well as fridge. But otherwise, fine stay at a good price.

Nicely maintained hotel. Comfy king bed. Traveling to Manchester for a concert at SNHU, good location from venue with shopping and restaurants nearby. Hard to sleep through noisy motorcycle traffic. Lots of motorcycles speeding on highways until 3am outside window.

The facilities were clean and well-maintained, meeting expectations in that regard. However, the doors on the first floor have a large 2-3 inch gap at the bottom, which allowed any noise and light from the hallway, or slamming doors to come through. Around 1am, there was a lot of commotion from other guests and activity at the front desk that lasted for nearly three hours. Unfortunately, everything could be heard clearly from the room, making it very difficult to get any sleep.

I love staying at IHG hotels, but this was by far and away the worst of them. I was told my room would be available early. I ended up showing up 40 minutes after check in and the room still wasn’t ready. When I got to the room, there was what looked like the outline of a dirty glass on the bathroom counter. Additionally, the front staff argued with me about an inability to access my IHG rewards account despite me doing this previously at other IHG hotels booked through Expedia. I expressed my frustration and was told I’d get a complimentary breakfast package that I didn’t receive. Also, my internet access code didn’t work, so at 3am I had to walk down to the lobby during which the elevator was flooded with some unknown liquid. The guy was clueless and ultimately had to log me into the staff WiFi because he couldn’t figure it out. The suite was fine aside from the dirty sink counter, but the staff is really what makes this place terrible. They were not friendly, helpful, and straight up made false claims directly to my face. Truly an awful experience and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Check-in was very slow and gentleman had to go over every detail of an already booked room and physically handle my card despite not actually running. Followed up by meeting a gentleman in a halfway with a cigarette hanging from his mouth walking towards outside. Room findings include multiple hairs on a pillow, pubic hair on a towel and a dirty shower that was stained likely from not being cleaned enough. AC was cold at least.

During our recent stay at the hotel, we had a very disappointing experience. As visitors from Canada attending a hockey tournament, we were shocked to hear discriminatory remarks suggesting we "go back to our own country." On top of that, at 11 PM, we were instructed by police that the hotel staff demanded we return to our rooms and told that we couldn’t use the common areas at all. Additionally, our room lacked basic amenities. We had no hot water, and the TV didn’t work. When we inquired, we were told the TV required reprogramming, but this couldn’t be resolved until after we checked out on Sunday. These issues left us feeling frustrated, unwelcome and unsafe throughout our stay.

Good stay. Location near airport as well as shopping and restaurants. Beds and pillows very comfortable; didn’t use pool or fitness center; left before breakfast. Room was noisy—lots of motorcycles and traffic noise, as well as fridge. But otherwise, fine stay at a good price.

We stayed here for the night since we traveled to see a band play at the SNHU Arena down the road. The location was awesome. In the middle of everything and only a quick 10 minute drive down the road to the arena that we actually where able to get an uber there and back for cheap. The price was extremely fair and no hidden parking fees like most places now a days.

Nicely maintained hotel. Comfy king bed. Traveling to Manchester for a concert at SNHU, good location from venue with shopping and restaurants nearby. Hard to sleep through noisy motorcycle traffic. Lots of motorcycles speeding on highways until 3am outside window.

The hotel is accessible to many outside attractions. The Hampton beach is only about 40 minutes away and the mall and restaurants are walkable if you need wash clothes outside laundry stores are less then ten minutes away. Great stores all all over along with the casino is also only about a three minute walk. Enjoy your stay!!!

PROs: Check in and out is pretty smooth and no wait time. Room is clean, bed is pretty comfortable (not too soft, which we like). Cons: The hotel sits right next to the major highway and a casino, cars/motor bikes' noise comes in late at night and early morning. The bar at the ground floor brings quite a few loud and drunken customers during the night time(it is not even weekend). We travel with baby, hence these all are concerns/red flag to us -- just a note for all the future parents who consider to stay at this hotel.

This review has not to to with hotels.com than EVEN hotel. When we booked the room there was an option to pay for breakfast per day. So I looked at the hotels info and it said restaurant on site breakfast made to order (surcharge). And there was a menu with pricing for normal breakfast options you would find in a restaurant. So I paid the extra money per day only to find out that yes there is a restaurant but that breakfast is free for anyone who stays at the hotel and was just eggs, bagels and some home fries. I sent screenshots to hotels.com and asked for a refund and they told me that the hotel includes breakfast and that I got what I paid for... They failed to grasp that on checkout there is an option for no breakfast at $0 and breakfast for two for $11. Not sure who's fault it is but this location is FREE so don't pay for it. Issue we had with the actual hotel is that maid service never came to our room and when we asked for towels and our garbage cans to be emptied we were told that service is not available after the maids leave and we would have to come down and get our own towels and empty our own garbage. Other than that a nice place to stay and clean and comfortable

The overall stay was good. The in house restaurant was not properly staffed and the guy attending was alone trying to serve a completely sold out hotel of people that came for the graduation. Including myself. My son and I had to wait over 45 minutes for my breakfast and my mom and sister didn’t even get to order. Please fix this for future visitors

When booking this reservation we prepaid $11 for breakfast. However, breakfast was complimentary for all guests. I requested to be reimbursed at the front desk and was told that since I booked the reservation through a third party, needed to contact Expedia.

The hotel is clean but amenities are very limited. The bar and kitchen close at 9pm and aren't open at all Sunday Monday. Very little snack options from their "market". Bed was really comfy and again the room was very clean. Couldn't stream, when I called to ask they said they've been having trouble for a month... So time to fix that I think. the pool was warm but the towels were made for infants. Overall okay, staff was nice but it's just a stop over hotel for sure

The room was excellent and not too expensive. The staff is great, very friendly and attentive. The restaurant has a pretty limited menu, so we opted to eat dinner elsewhere. Breakfast was excellent though, and prompt. The area around the property is not the best, but we didn't feel unsafe in the parking lot. There is a lot of noise from the street, especially from motorcycles.
